I needed to replace 2 garage doors and Accent Door Company was referred to me by an out of business door company. Dean responded and provided a price that was much better than all the other local competitors. They provided samples and colors to choose from. Staff was professional when answering my calls and installers were on time. Doors are awesome and the price was right.Definitely would recommend this company.

Wow. Just wow. I didnt realize the process of getting a new garage door was a hostile one, but be forewarned if you choose this company it WILL be hostile. Found their info on my realtors site and thought they could be trusted.Sadly, they were nothing but rude and unprofessional. They were hostile when I asked questions, didnt show up to bid the job when they were scheduled, never followed up with me, and when I called to follow up with them they were again rude and hostile. The man I spoke with was talking over me, not allowing me to even answer his questions and at one point I said we were no longer interested and would be going with a different company to which he replied, good idea, go with that.What? This is how you do business? Glad youre thriving so much that you can treat others like garbage.He did later call back to tell me the price, which was actually slightly cheaper than the company we are going with. But theres no way Id EVER choose to use Accent Doors.Ive also asked my realtor to remove their info from her website. They should not be getting any more referrals at this time.
