Came in at 2:00 on 2/20/21. Only one customer in store 3 employee waited over 10 minutes for help or someone to say something. Eventually another customer came in and they received immediate help. Ended up leaving never again will I come here. Ridiculous how bad service can be. Especially when they had something I wanted. Can you give negative stars?

I went in there to sell my 2016 iPod touch and 3 Android phones I waited 25 minutes While they help 4 other people when I got there I was the only one there at the time before 4 other people came in and got waited on and Im standing with a box of stuff when it was My turn I set the box of stuff on the counter and said I need to sell this stuff they offered me $ 15 for the iPod that I paid $650 for it new and $5 for each phone that I paid $95 for each phone New I said I need I need at least $950 they said no way the employee didnt even look any info on any of my items and were very rude and I have not gone back

The store opens at 9am, so Im pulling in the parking lot as the worker ladies go in at 8:49am, by 9:04am another car pulls in and goes to the door. Still locked. So we both sit for a few more minutes than leave. I call and no one answers. GET NEW EMPLOYEES THAT OPEN ON TIME AND ACTUALLY DOES THIER JOB!!! NO EXCUSE. BAD BUSINESS, COMING FROM A BUSINESS OWNER!!!

The manager Terri is SHADY, let a new employee lead us to believe that the $30 we were paying was paying down the total. It was to extend the loan 30 days. So I went back 4 days later to pick up my item and she basically said Im beat and blamed it on the new employee. Them proceeded to talk trash as I walked out. I contacted rick wessel the CEO of first cash, the parent company of cash america.

Prices are too high. If you add 10?% to what they asking you can get what ever they selling brand new. They only give deals on things that half work. Real talk dont buy used goods

They have some new kid that is doing Pawn Loans on stuff he has no clue about. He doesnt know the difference between a Processor and a Moped even if he owned both of them....the 2 ladies that are the managers are very polite and know their stuff so thats why I gave them 2 stars but the kid too them in the negative field

Dont go here. This place is shady.. Last time I went in they would only give me $55 for a pair of real 14k gold 1/4k dia earrings ( retail value -$450 ) . The time before that they sold me an 18v power drill with two different size batteries, 1 18v the other 20v and they made me show Id just to buy a power drill!!

Was selling a blue yeti microphone, asking for 40 bucks (130 new, 80 cheapest on ebay), perfect working, pristine condition, but the lady offered me 10 dollars because, her son had one and he got it for cheap, and she didnt do any research on it whatsoever and truly only based the price on the price in which her son got it (which couldnt have been under 70 bucks or so).Proceeded up to the nearest (non Cash America) pawnshop and they gave me 35 for it no problem, went back in to that pawn shop a couple days later and it was sold for 85.Not only are Cash Americas employees stupid but theyre losing money for their business.

I honestly wouldnt advise anyone to do business with this place!!! They are swindlers they literally view the merchandise you bring to them and offer the lowest and mostinsulting prices they can!!! All the while they have exactly whatever you brought in on the shelf for sale at triple the price as they have offered...

I vist the store every once in awhile when I am looking for an electronic. The staff has always been friendly and I have never had a problem with anything that I have bought. Everytime I go the store is packed, and the staff does a great job at telling everyone hello and helping not only the customers but also each other.

They will give you 5 dollars if its worth 150 than say have a good day

This place is the shittiest and most trashy establishment Ive ever set foot in. I had the unfortunate luck to deal with the biggest idiot in the store named Brenda. I think she might be working their on a prison work release program. I could smell the Meth being cooked in the back room from the front door.

If the BBB gave ratings for liars Cash America would have triple As !!!This store and the one on Blue Ridge in S.KC looked at the same piece. One said diamonds had large breaks and chips, would only give 40$. The other said 70$ because it was old. I ended up at another non related shop on 40 hwy and got 225.00$.

Great place to buy used electronics. Have to check frequently because product brands and price change.

Called about a PlayStation 3 controller. They said they had some. I get there and they try to sell me a broke ass controller with no cord.this is a ghetto ass pawn shop will not return!!!!
