We were referred to Signature through an insurance claim. During the time of our repair, the staff kept us informed and were genuinely nice to talk to. The repair work was done on time and correctly. They even made it easy to get and return my rental. Thanks guys!

Staff was incredibly polite, friendly and outgoing. I dropped my car off to have body work done through my Geico insurance. And also use the Enterprise rental car agency service that is also located at this body shop. I cant emphasize how amazingly professional and polite the staff was. Freezes normally I just sort of expect this but the last 18 months Ive learned not to set my expectations too high. Every agent in the three different departments I needed to speak to explained everything thoroughly and understandably. Very conveniently located off of the highway at Lancaster Avenue as well. And again Bravo staff members, was a pleasure chatting and doing business with the two people that worked at the auto body and the Enterprise Rental Car agent. If I ever need these kinds of services again or I know anybody that does this is the first place on my list.

The people at signature were courteous and profesional. They were able to replace my bumper and brake light assembly in just a few days. The results looked like I had never even have an accident!

This place was awesome. Initially I was a little concern because they wasn’t much reviews or pictures but thank god I went in anyways and tried them out. Their assistant was super nice, and made everything easy for me. My car was in the shop for about 1 week and a few days, and they called me during, and after to keep my updated with my car. Which was awesome. No hard time or troubles. Most excellent easy experience ever !!!! Definitely recommend!!

After getting an estimate I selected Signature to do the repair as they are a Geico preferred shop and have a lifetime guarantee of their work. I gave authorization to Signature to do the repair and then didn’t hear from them for two months. I called them up to find out when I could get the repair done and found out they had misplaced my folder after supposedly ordering the parts which is why they never called me to schedule the repair. After getting the repair to replace the painted part of my bumper you can obviously see that the paint doesn’t match. I’m trying to decide if it is worth having them repaint it to see if they can match it better on a second attempt.

Fantastic experience with Signature Collision for the second time fixing repairs for my car after accidents. The staff is friendly and courteous and makes an otherwise drag of a situation into a pleasure and nearly fun experience. Work was done at a great value in a reasonable amount of time, the finished product is immaculate and the communication was top notch from the front office staff. Everything was very bad from A to Z.In brief, they refused to check my car to see what parts are damaged, they asked me to guess and inform them what parts of the bottom of my car are damaged. It took them more than 2 weeks for the estimate, then they replied with parts price estimate only without labors cost. Then 3 days with many phone calls for the final estimate.After spending 2 weeks waiting the parts, I brought them my car which should take them 1 hour only to install the parts. They called said that they ordered wrong parts. So I left my car in signature center for 2 days (everyday they were saying tomorrow). When the parts arrived, they asked me to go pick it up in the afternoon. I arrived at 4:30, 30 minutes before they close, but they didn’t start installing the parts in my car yet. So I had to wait until 5:30, to take my car.

Signature Collision is a superior collision center. From beginning to end the service was wonderful. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My vehicle was repaired to like-new condition. Highly recommend!

Average quality of work at best. Communication was lacking to an extreme amount.Resistant to have them fix the areas of low quality due to the extremely slow work process and inconvenience experienced with initial work.

Dropped my car off and 3 hours later key marks were buffed out, car washed and looking brand new. Great customer service 👏 They had my best interests in mind and I couldnt be happier with the service!

The staff is very unprofessional did not help with my vehicle issue and got paid by the insurance. Put a rim on my Infinity QX60 and took it back like 4 times and still giving me a bad rim the paint keep coming off. Its frustrating keep calling and they will not call you back at all or able to fix my issue when they got paid. I would not recommended this place at all and wont never go there again.

Signature Collision gets 5 stars for the excellent customer service and the speed in which my vehicle was completed. They did a great job laying out all of the expectations and steps to the repair process and followed through on everything they said they were going to do. Each and every staff member was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative! They made the repair process very smooth! They even looked at one of my tires, tested it, and repaired it, even though it was outside of the scope of the work that they were required to do. Hopefully I wont have to be back because no one likes a damaged car, but if I do have to repair my car again, I will definitely be getting ALL of the work done through Signature Collision!

Was very impressed by these staffs common courtesy, and knowledgeability throughout the process. Overall it was a great shop to do with they were professional courteous and very timely. I also love the texting system that they use to tell me when and where my car is in the repair process. I definitely recommend, I have Had many experiences with body shops in the area in the past. And signature Chilision has been far the best. They got my jeep back to me within three days and was better than I could ever imagine.

This place really went above and beyond. They went the extra mile. My car was hit in a parking lot in Philadelphia, but Signature Collision Center did an excellent job putting a new bumper. Also the staff is very friendly and nice.

The quality of their work is absolutely superb. My 2017 cruze looks like it was never hit. Their communication skills are great . They like to keep you in the loop. Id get notifocations weekly from them. Either through email, or phone call. There were some hiccups along the way. Sometimes you cant control part delays an stuff like that. Kim and her team were great, Im very glad I gave them a chance.

Fixed up my challenger very nicely. Would give 5 stars but I was supposed to receive text updates about the progress and on the day it was originally set to be picked up I had to call down while traveling to find out they needed another day on it, also getting out of the parking lot can be a hassle.

I was told to use SCC because the person who hit me had Geico and they are one of Geicos select and guaranteed shops. I was nervous bc my car was just a few months old and in prestine condition sans the accident. They took a week and I had a rental conveniently arranged at the shop. My car looked great. Down only one star because the electrical panel that they ordered was not from my manufacturer and did not work for certain window functions so I had to take it to the dealer (but SCC covered the cost). The staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you!
