This place is full of hard workers and they are constantly helping out. These people will fix ur car and any problems that will come wit it. I recommend speaking to Eddie if at all possibly, but any of the mechanics are great guys and very knowledgeable. Thanks again for the battery change and helping me figure out that it was my alternator! They checked my electrical system to make sure that the bad battery didn’t fry the entire system. Truly recommend

Only went to have the code reader to scan for a miss fire i was having and the gentleman went above and beyond telling what i had bad. Great experience with knowledgeable mechanics.

Very poor craftsmanship. I had them put in the engine for me two years ago and they did a horrible job they didn’t even tell me that bolts were missing and bolts were barely hanging on. It wasn’t until Recently brought it to other mechanic that pointed all they’re mistakes out to me. All these guys do is give you the runaround and take your money. please save your time and money and go somewhere else. These guys are real life P.O.S

Ive used them for a few things recently and I found them to be both knowledgeable and honest. The owner/manager Eddie knows what he is doing and the cost of the work was less than other shops. Not the fanciest of places but you can feel you will be treated fairly.

Best service, and fair prices

I’ve never gotten work done here however I pass by this place often. One night there was a car releasing smokes after their business hours and the FD and police were on site putting out the smoke. Don’t think I would suggest this place

I went there multiple times and then had to go there today after going on Friday to get my tires changed. I would have to fill my tires with air one to two times a day from my previous tires. When I asked to avoid that as an issue and get them replaced to be able to drive without having to fill them with air consistently, I was assured that would be the case. I was never asked if i wanted new tires or an alternative. I was just told that the process would take 30 mins. I dont cheap out, I dont ever want issues while driving. Especially with my line of work, I cant have those issues. However, the process actually took a whole work day and when everything was done, I was told I wouldnt have to fill my tires daily and multiple times daily. After about 5 days (one of those days I didnt drive the car at all) when I was leaving from work, the tire was completely flat and I had no way to call anyone for help as I was the last at my building and we dont get phone service near the building, I wouldve been stranded for a long period of time so I had to drive to the nearest gas station (which was a sheetz a few miles away) and when I arrived the tire blew. Its unfortunate, but when I went back after waiting 2 hours for roadside assistance the night before and spoke to a rep there, they didnt pay me any mind after explaining and another customer came up with an issue and they ignored me, left and went to help them for over 20 minutes while I stood there waiting for them to return. I got frustrated and took my blown out tire and left. I went to another place to get the tires replaced and Ill NEVER go back to T&E. Its a shame since they are across the street from me, but they dont care about their customers or giving us the right information to avoid issues going forward and I have to share my awful experience so others wont have to experience the same problems.
