BEWARE!!! Took my 2005 XJ8L, because engine light came on. Quoted $99.95 to read the code and 1/4 hour of time ($135/hr). They charged me $272 for it. $272 - just to read and reset code!!!! Explained to me thats what it took for them to do it. They charge you by hour ($135) flat fee + parts. Dishonest place! One man show, Tadd - he is mechanic and sales person + person on the phone David - softly spoken, When I had an argument with Tadd, he told me to Get the Fu.. out of here. BTW, most of cars are 2-3 generation old Land Rovers, not Jaguars. I tried to save a few bucks, compared to Jag dealer, guess what - that would cost me less there and after all, I could go after dealership, if needed. I will never use this shop again. Do your own math.
