I recently was in for a routine inspection and emissions test. Even being a 7:30am appointment everyone was cordial and inviting as well as up to the task. With me were also my two little ones, who are typically well behaved but were extra well behaved because of the additional kindness extended by those at Savage. They were kind enough to provide crayons, markers, and even an additional beverage as to not be drinking soda so early in the morning. Its Ma and Pa feel with the big name reliability you want all rolled into one. We were out of there within 35 minutes. Thank you everyone at Savage and keep up the good work.
Went ready to put a deposit on a yet to arrive Jeep Wrangler. I was chatting w/ the dealer online and told them that I had never driven on and would like to. Made an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early only to be told they dont have any for me to drive. I could see at least 2 on the lot. I walked out. Salesman was wearing dirty jeans and a faded sweatshirt, I was dressed better than he was; he looked like a customer or someone from the service department (no offense to those in the service dsept). My appt was with the manager but he/she never bothered to talk to me, just sent the salesman back to tell me they didnt have any for me to drive. 60 minute round trip in the middle of my day for nothing. I was literally going to at least put a deposit down today if not actually purchase the Jeep. I have to put one star but would rather leave it at 0.

We just bought a new Jeep from them last year and absolutely loved it. However, when we added a little babe to our family we needed a bigger car to accommodate us a little better. They were super helpful in finding us the right car for our family in our price range and were more than fair with our trade. Robbie in the service department went above and beyond to assist us with repairing our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We bent the wheel rim on a pothole and it was a difficult repair, he researched all options for us and provided us with an affordable solution. His communication throughout the process was terrific. We were very thankful for his hard work and dedication to getting our car fixed and back to us as quickly as possible. We will definitely be using Savage service again.

Brought my 2008 Jeep wrangler here for a small evap leak. When i picked it up again it sounded like a lawnmower and was leaking gas into the cabin of my car. They refused to fix it and threw as many excuses as they could at me. Im not going back for any maintenance or to purchase a new vehicle when the time comes.

I had what I considered an unsavory initial response from a call in to sales and not getting the help or service I expected.The owner called me directly and addressed my issues and answered my questions after a failed first call.Tim is a straight shooter which I can certainly appreciate.He put together a pretty killer deal on a new truck for me and with the help of another sales rep, and finance it was a quick no BS transaction.Honestly one of the smoothest no pitchy no BS car deals I have done to date, so that speaks volumes.Thank you to all involved for valuing my time and business.
Came all the way down from Fort Drum, NY to get my airbag light checked out on my 2014 Wrangler. I was told at a dealership previously that the light wasnt covered under warranty and they seemed adament on charging me top dollar for anything they could get away with. Thats why I made the trip back home to this dealership. They took the time to actually properly diagnose the issue and they worked with me on the price to get me the absolute best deal. I would 100% recommend Brad and the other employees here to provide you and your family with the best service possible.
I just bought the Jeep of my dreams from Robert. Ive wanted a wrangler since I was 9, and he made it happen for me. He was very attentive and did a wonderful job explaining how everything in the jeep worked. He has jeeps himself, so he even gave some personal tips. My wife and I just finalized our purchase of a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited truck. We stopped by a few months ago with a very specific build of the truck and found out we should order one from the factory to meet our needs. Our salesman Luis made the ordering process really easy and was told that it could be up to two months to have the factory build our truck. Less than four weeks later and our truck arrived. The price we were given was substantially lower than sticker price and then the Chrysler rebates were added on top of the deal. We were thrilled with how we were treated by Luis and the finance dept. We saved some money, they made some money and everyone was happy. Most importantly for us, they now have a customer for life. Honesty in the car business is rare but everyone at Savage 61 stepped up to the plate and made this a seamless and very fair transaction. Thanks to all involved!
Really wanted this to be my regular dealer for a new to me Pacifica. Well first time calling for a possible recalibration of the rear stow and go but the engineering department is not in on Saturdays. Very disappointing, none of the Saturday crew can plug in a computer and push reset.

Boycott Savage 61. I dont think they know how to sell vehicles. You cant even test drive any vehicles unless you commit to purchase at the time of test drive. All Savage dodge and jeep dealer sucks.

Recently had my vehicle in for annual inspection. Drop off was very easy and with late hours someone was still there. They promptly called the next day offering what the vehicle may need post inspection. Good, honest service unlike some other dealerships in the area. Great job guys!
So I recently had my 17 Daytona appraised, I drove it there in perfect condition, but after the appraisal process the guy pulled off my interior panels. I was thinking about leasing another car, but now I dont know, because nobody will respond to me from them....take your business elsewhere they tried to say I ripped my panels off, its a 40+k dollar car do they think Im stupid
I was having problems with the back up camera in my RAM. Savage scheduled me in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be the wiring harness. They ended up changing the harness and swapped out the back up camera for good measure. The service department is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend .
Zach was a great salesperson from the second he met me in the parking lot. He listened intently to my needs before offering up options. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles he was showing me. My wife and I were in the market for another vehicle and we decided it would be fun to purchase a Wrangler. We were looking at the Jeeps and there was only one that she liked. A salesman came out and was helping us with the vehicle. He grabs the keys for the Jeep and we open it up and start looking around. We ask to go for a test drive and the first thing the salesman said was that if we wanted to take a look at what the payments would be first, before taking the vehicle out on the road. I felt that because we are a young couple (I am 24 and she is 21) the salesman thought we could not afford it and did not want to waste his time taking us out for a test drive. We are used to being treated that way because of how young we are. We decided it was his and the dealerships loss and went on our way. We went to another dealership where we were treated fairly and with respect. We ended up purchasing a beautiful 2015 white Wrangler Sahara that my wife feel absolutely in love with. In the end, thank you to that salesman for making the assumption, that we cant afford a nice vehicle, which lead us to another dealership with better service and a better choice for us.

Well, what can I say. Two days before we had visited here, I had already thought I picked out a car that I was happy with. My daughter wanted to go look at the Dodge Darts. When she got such an amazing deal, I decided to take a look at what they had. Jose was very patient as I test drove the Dart, Avenger and the Journey. He was also very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all the features of each car. As soon as I sat in the Journey, I was sold. Tim was outstanding in handling all the numbers and worked with me to get just the right fit. Brad made the paperwork speedy and painless. I purchased our first used car from this dealership and I will say that I will never go back again. I had an amazing car buying experience, but the car has been a lemon ever since I bought it. I have opened this car for less than a year and the cars been in the shop multiple times. I have never had this issue with other used cars in the past. I have fixed things that were rusted out and that doesn’t happen in less than a year. I also put new breaks and rotors 3 months after buying this car. I will never buy another used car from this POS dealer again! Shop elsewhere people!
Had an appointment to purchase new Jeep. We did everything online to minimize contact. When we got there they acted as if we just showed up as a walk in. No one was wearing a mask, and they attempted to inspect our car without masks too. People became rude. At this point we walked out. They give dealers a bad name.

I cannot Express how easy of a process it was to get a brand new Jeep Renegade. We had to wait a bit for a response because of our credit, but in the end Savage 61 was able to get us approved! We purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee this past Friday and boy was it a wonderful experience. Dealt with a very knowledgeable sales staff, great service department and finance department. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Savage 61, and I had an excellent experience purchasing a used Dodge Dart from Bob. After a smooth buying experience and even though it was technically time for the dealership to close for the night, Bob took the time to stay and sit down with me in my new Dart to explain all of the features that came with the car— from working the headlight controls down to customizing stations on the touch screen radio. I ordered a customized Jeep, and these guys (Todd especially) kept me up-to-date on where it was at in the build and ship processes, and even went out of their way to ensure it arrived before I left for a lengthy vacation. Todd made sure to notify me when Jeep had a hiccup with the order and made sure I was okay with changes prior to approving them with Jeep. The sale itself (trade-in included) was smoother and easier than buying bread at the grocery store. Jose was friendly and honest.Not a single person wasted my time in any way, and they worked around my schedule. Todd in particular stayed late one night to handle my down payment personally. All-in-all a great experience.
I gave this dealership 5 stars because the people that I have dealt with, Tim & Matt, make the car buying experience as easy as possible. They are not like ordinary dealerships that do a lot of double talk when it comes to the price. They are very fair and honest. They will do everything in their power to make the transaction as user friendly as possible. I live an hour away and continue to deal with them. I had to call Dodge directly to ask about a recall. Dodge called the dealer for me, was 1st hung up on by the service technician and then when she called them back no one answered the phones. How can I expect service if the Car Manufacturer cant get service. This is for our Van. When I was at the dealer to ask about a recall, they told me one didt exist and I had to pay a large hourly rate for them to just diagnose the problem. A simple google search reveals my cars problem is a very common issue with this van and no one wants to male it right.For my truck, had a driver door issue and after 1 visit to diagnose (bad hinge) and a whole other appointment to fix the door. Door is worse than ever, new hinge looks like they spray painted it with wrong paint and the door is harder to close then others, air coming in, rain leaks in. How could they have ever let this out of the garage and said repaired. I dont have time to keep going back for it not to get fixed.
Bought my first new car!I arrived at the dealership at 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day Weekend. My parents bought a 2012 Challenger two years ago at Savage Dodge and couldnt say enough nice things about the sales and service they have received. It was really busy but Jose took the time to make me feel like what I wanted was important. I wanted a new Challenger as well, but a stick car and they are hard to find. But there was one on the lot and they made me a great deal. I was so surprised to be able to drive it home that same day. It was a great experience for buying my first car. Jose made it memorable. The two hour drive to get there was well worth the trip. My parents were right, Savage Dodge is the place to go!
I had no plans to buy a new truck when I went in too ask a couple questions about my 2016 Ram 1500. Jason answered all my questions and then was so professional that he got me thinking about a new one. I was extremely picky about what I wanted. Jason and his team searched high and low and found a perfect truck for me at a great price. We had one minor issue and they addressed it instantly. I am so incredibly happy with the customer service experience I have received at Savage 61 Chrysler. I am an entertainer and travel for a living. On the way home from a gig my transmission died . I managed to limp my car home. Fortunately I was still under warranty, Chrysler gave me options of three dealers and I went to Savage 61. They already had a huge volume of repairs for other vehicles ahead of me and were honest about the wait I would have, it would be sometime before they could look at my van let alone fix my transmission. I explained it was the only vehicle I have, that I travel for work and we live in the country. I also babysit two grandchildren daily which requires me to be on the road am’s. A few days later I got a call from Brian in customer service. He found me a loaner, the mechanics had already checked what they needed for my transmission, and while it will still be some time because of their high volume of work in their garage, I’m back on the road without worrying how I am going to get to work, pick up grand babies and make a living. Thanks to Tim, Brian and all the guys who were so helpful in the customer service department at Savage 61.

Id say my experience looking for a vehicle here was poor at best. The salesman seemed like he didnt care at all about selling us anything. When we test drove a vehicle he said nothing to us, just totally mute the whole drive it was extremely awkward. We did find one we were interested in, but the entire undercarriage was loaded with rust, and the price was the same as the year it was new. The vehicle was used, almost 6 years old, and had rust! Unreal. Very disappointed with experience at this place. We ended up going to another dealership and had a considerably better experience.

Warning - Dishonest and misleading.On October 25, 2019, Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram asked me to fill out an online credit application. They assured me that they do not put the hit on your credit until youre there and that it would just be preliminary.On October 27, 2019, I recieved an alert from the credit bureaus stating they pulled a hard credit inquiry. The most deceptive part is I never came into the dealership.This is definitely an establishment you want to stay away from.
At first I was not sure if I was going to get a car but after walking the lot with my dealer 23 we found one I liked. 23 was very helpful and friendly! I would/will refer anyone I know who is looking for a car to go there. Hopefully you can get 23 like I did great guy!

Marty was awesome!After driving junk cars all my adult life, I decided the way to go was new..I was concerned about not being able to get a car loan but Marty sat down and went over all options and for the first time in my life, I left with a brand new car and an overall great experience. The dealership was clean and even though it was very very busy, all employees we came in contact with were very very kind. Marty was so busy that day but I felt as though I was the only one shopping for a car that day. There was no rush, the transaction was smooth and the car is beautiful and i love it! All they care about is selling you the car and getting your money, after that they could careless about your needs. I left them several messages to return my call and explained to them on voicemail I left several messages and I would like a call back. Even with doing that I still did not get a call!!!! I recommend you spend your money at another dealership that cares about there clients even after the sale.

This is my second time buying a vehicle from Savage 61 and Marty helped me both times! Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had, yet straight to the point. He understood my excitement to get in to the vehicle that I had my eye on and was almost as excited as I was! He also went above and beyond and helped me fidn aftermarket upgrades! No issue with the sales side.Shame I have to part ways with buying another vehicle from them(purchased a hellcat and a scatpack).If they can’t get me in to change my oil for a week cause they’re running a skeleton crew to maximize profit and the service adviser was mad I interrupted his cell phone call.I can’t do business with them anymore.Pretty sad my brother in law who runs a Ford dealership said I could come in and he would take care of it for me.
Unexpectedly needed a second vehicle for my family. Stopped out to Savage 61 and Zach and Shon were able to get us into the truck we wanted with no questions asked! My jeep Wrangler started running rough and showed a check engine light. I checked it with a code reader and called my mechanic in Virginia. I called this dealer and they said come in and we will do the best we can to get you back on the road. My motel was located in Horsham. Well it took a few hours but they fixed my bad injector and at a price that my mechanic said was a good one. I am now back in Virginia and the Jeep is running great. Many thanks to the dealer and the people working there.
Wow what an awesome experience buying my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. In April, I stopped into Savage 61 to test drive a Wrangler and was greeted by this smiling man, Rafael Seda. In moments, we jumped into a new jeep which I drove and loved. In fact a week later I went back to Savage 61, asked for Rafael and ordered my Jeep. Hooray the day had come and my Jeep (which was built just for me) was here!! My buying experience went smoothly and I left that evening with a big smile on my face driving away in my new jeep!! Thank you everyone at Savage 61 for the beautiful job of making my first time of purchasing a new vehicle pleasantly and wonderfully memorable!!

Purchased a new Jeep Compass from Kevin. He is by far one of the best people to purchase a car from. My husbands car was totaled from the Hail Storm. The way everyone is treated is like you are a member of their family. Free food and drinks are great. My son also leased a car from Kevin on Sat. and that is how we ended up at Savage and am very glad we did. Kevin is a true asset to your organization. I will tell everyone we know about your dealership and that they should ask for Kevin.
Bob was sent to us when we learned the salesman we usually use was off that day. He went over everything we needed to know about the different cars we were interested in, and when we finally made a decision, he spent 45 minutes with me going over all the details in the vehicle. He even told me if he couldnt figure out the answer, he would continue looking. He was polite, friendly, and courteous to our needs. I would recommend him to anyone!

He worked the numbers to come up with the monthly payment & down payment that was within my budget before I even drove the vehicle. Recently moved to the area from southern Maryland. Parts had to be ordered for repair of my tailgate. I received a phone call when the parts arrived (within 2 days) and made an appt. My car was taken on time and the process took a little over an hour. Tailgate now works great. They have lots of goodies while you wait too; fresh popcorn, coffee, bottled water, and fountain soda and tea. Never have I been treated so nice and polite. Staff are very helpful and eager to assist. This is now my go-to place for repairs on my PT Cruiser. Cant say enough good things about my first experience!

Even with financial struggles they still gave me a car, treated me like I was a part of their family, granted the monthly payment is higher than I wanted, but that is on me not them. Recommend anyone that wants a Mopar. Ask for P-Nut
Our outstanding sales person was Luis Grullon. He didnt chase us down like others do. He allowed us to look around and get a feel for the cars that were there and what it was that we were looking for. When we were ready for his help he noticed and made himself available, and he was a great help in helping us find the car we needed at a price we could afford. Just an overall outstanding experience.
