I simply love the staff at the pharmacy. They are always so helpful and you dont have to wait such a long time for prescriptions. I especially love Tosha she is the best and always willing to help customers. CVS on Penn St you have my heart.

I shop here at least once a month because of the savings...I signed up for their Carepass membership back in February 2020 = my credit card gets charged $5 each month for which I receive $10 off my purchase (no minimum spending amount required in order to use). Plus, they email me additional store coupons such as 30% off total or $10 off of a $40 purchase. Sometimes, the store has really awesome sales - for example, taking advantage of their buy 1, get 2 free sale plus using my 50 cent off manufacturers coupon, I recently bought 3 of the 32 load size Arm & Hammer liquid laundry detergent for $7.44 !!! So far this year, Ive saved close to $150.00! Also, ever since July (when Berks was given the green light to reopen businesses), I waited in line just one time - the friendly cashier promptly opens up another register if more than one person is ready to check out.

I was in your store on 6/12/2018. A young gentleman name on badge was Angel,but on the receipt says Miguel. Time on the receipt is 5:39. I was printing pictures from my phone and he was very helpful.Very nice and patient. I needed to print pictures to make a pin for my granddaughter to wear a picture of her Mom. Her mom died in December. This was so she could have a picture of her. She loved the pin. ANGEL OR MIGUEL thank you very much. You went above and beyond. Super employee.

This location is the worst. I called to speak to someone in the pharmacy dept. 5 times and someone kept hanging the phone up every time before it went to the hold music. Im assuming someone on there end picked up and hung up. This is insane. They close at 5:30 pm and im at work so i cannot make it to them before 5:30 pm so im trying to call to ask a few questions.

I absolutely dislike this pharmacy. How can a pharmacy mess up a prescription after service for so many years. They did not even fix the fact that they had my last name wrong just created a new profile. They tried to pass on an old prescription to me very insulting.

So many problems getting prescriptions filled here. Stuff is expensive, but they may have a discount card. I dont know how that works though. I must say its scary how bad the pharmacies are around here. But thats another issue. They fill your prescriptions ASAP, even if you dont need them or if theyre only taken as needed. Ive told them that I would call when I need to get a refill and they tell me alright. Then as soon as theyre aloud to fill them, theyll fill them. Ive told them at least 4 times and still they fill them anyway. I must have a complete pharmacy at my house now, because of this. As we all know, its about money, money and more money! I think about all of these poorer people who cant afford to pay for their meds and I have hundreds of meds at home that are just going to waste. CVS, like so many other companies are becoming monopolies and this needs to stop now!!!
