I Only deal with Bob for storage bin, has always been professional with me, when I was sick with covid my storage was not paid for over a month.It could have been sold but he knew something was wrong with me and kept it from being sold !!!! So why people are bashing him with reviews is not cool at all !!

Very satisfied with service, dropped off cb for repair, it was ready in 2 days and the price was much less than expected.

Good place to get work done on your CB radio. Good prices and he knows what he is doing. Many years experience. Antennas and other accessories too.

Excellent experience going there. 45 minutes each way but Im glad I made the trip. The owner is a nice guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable prices, too. He flatly stated that if he doesnt have exactly what you want, he can get it. From what I saw in his shop, I believe him. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE and Advertises things that he can’t even fix....The owner is extremely rude and isn’t really knowledgeable about modern technology. I hope his business expands but I don’t foresee that happening with the attitude that he has.

The best CB shop I have ever been to in the past 8 years. Most all repairs are done right on the spot with no or vary little wait time to get you back on the road. Any issues locating the shop just ask for the Reading CB Shop on channel 19 in the Reading, pa area.

Hack shop. Snip and clip tech with some knowledge but definitely not exceptional. Does not stock or sell anything new.

It was a complete waste of a 3 hour drive. Stay away! The guy was rude and didn’t even have the courtesy to get out of his chair or even look at me when talking. At first he didn’t even think I was a customer and thought I was there for some other guy in the shop. Yes buddy, ladies too use CB’s too. He hated the unit I had and said it won’t work (never even looked at it) and to buy something else that he only liked. Eventually told me he may have time in a half hour to look at it and to come back. Customer service is extremely lacking. Don’t waste your time or money patronizing his business.

They do not install CB Radios. I called to ask if they install. So everyone knows. Dont bother. Website is wrong
