Any booze place is fine with me! Big store, lots of variety and competitive prices. And there is a Moes Southwest right next door!

This place is great, staff here are very knowledgeable of different alcoholic beverages, even if they don’t actually carry it here themselves. They also have a huge selection to shoes from and can order things in if they don’t have it on their shelves already. I’ll always come here for any wine or spirits I need.

This location is well stocked and the staff is very helpful. I only go here for cooking liquor so I usually gave no idea where things are. They also open up other registers when a line starts getting long.

I have been going to Fine Wine for 20 years now. The store is well organized, clean and well stocked at all times. The employees are very helpful. They can help you pick out something youve never tried but by what you tell them their recommendations are spot on. And, in case you need some boxes for moving or just to store things, let them know, drive around back and ring bell and theyll put them in your car. Cool👍

An item was not stocked on the shelf. Before I approached anyone, one of the employees approached me. She was very cordial and helpful. Much appreciated service. Good job!

Love this place great employees very kind and a great variety of liquor at great prices.

Good selection between your standard store and premium collection which is why I usually go to this location. I have noticed though that many of the employees arent as well versed as I would hope in the products. I understand theres thousands of products there and I am not trying to knock this location, but some of the others in the area are extremely helpful with recommendations or explanations on some of the different varieties available.

Friendly & helpful staff. I especially like the greeting when entering the store. I also like that upon checkout cashiers ask if I had any problem finding my items. The store is clean, bright & well stocked.

Went in looking for something as a wedding gift and get a lesson in what makes wine dry and what the dates on bottles meant from one of the employees. Really nice folks there.

Very friendly and helpful employees! It was closing time, about 9:00 pm on a Friday night. Im sure it was a busy day, also a busy time of year, yet this gentleman thanked me like he would have if the store had just opened! The other gentlemen walking through the store, helped me find a liquor that was compatible to what I was buying, that he knew personally was very good, because he had tried it before himself. The best part about that, is it was less expensive!Very friendly and helpful employees!

I needed help finding a specific wine for a gift, and Theresa was very pleasant while helping me. I only learned her name after who seemed to be her manager barked at her to get back on the register as soon as she reappeared. Considering there was another older man behind the register opposite to her who seemed more than capable of helping out, but instead it was perfectly fine for him to keep his lane closed and mind his business, this reaction I feel was totally inappropriate. If the employees are treated this disrespectfully for simply helping customers, that’s pretty sad.

The staff at the Exeter Wine & Spirits store was very friendly and helpful.

Bill the associate that works there is as useless as anyone can be when someone does not care about providing good customer service. I call to get the availability of a particular kind of wine and obviously he didnt know FWGS product line. He went from I dont understand you to Im very busy and just hung up the phone and wouldnt pick it up after that. I will follow up this in person Im tired of the sense of entitlement some state workers have and think providing customer service is a burden on them.

Great store! Last couple times we were there, they had tastings of wine and vodka. The store is large with lots of different varieties of whatever youre looking for. People are very friendly and helpful.

Anyways have exactly what I want wherever i go there. The shelves are always nicely organized and no matter the staff (there seems to be a new person each time I go there that Ive never seen before; I believe they may rotate certain employees between a number of local stores,) they are always pleasant and helpful if needed. Since they have a self checking lotto machine, they automatically get a few more kudos as well bc they become a one stop shop for me. During the curbside pick up only timeframe they were even organized by giving me exactly what I reserved via phone. Getting through to put an order in was a bit mundane but that was certainly nothing they could control. They are close to my residence so as long as they continue as they have, Ill choose to go to this location whenever Im in need/desire of visiting a FWGS store.

I use my credit card for all transactions and usually do not take a receipt. I purchased the wrong type of rum and went back within hours and they would not exchange. Very poor customer service as I can prove I made the purchase
