Robert and his Team at Red Bluff Motorsports are the best! Excellent Customer service and a fair price. This is my 3rd UTV I’ve bought from them plus I’ve referred over 20 people to them over the last few years that all say the same thing.
So, I was taking a long road trip for a couple of weeks and noticed my front tire desperately needed changing. I was just passing through Red Bluff and stopped by late in the afternoon hoping that they could help me out. The guys In the service and parts department went out of their way to change the front tire on my KLR once I told them I had several thousand miles to go and was on a timeline and couldn’t afford to stay in town overnight. They were friendly, professional, and really went out of their way to make sure I could safely get back on the road. After all was said and done they even went out of their way to suggest some camp spots in the area. If I ever find myself back in the Red Bluff area I would not hesitate to return here if I ran into any other problems. Thanks again.

I recently purchased a 2021 Polaris General Factory Custom from Red Bluff Polaris. I usually go to my local dealer but this was a limited edition and Red Bluff was the only dealer that had one coming in. I called and spoke to a salesman over the phone and secured the incoming model with a credit app. I first met Ali in person when I picked up the machine, the sales manager did the closing ( paperwork) and the salesman spent about 15 mins going over the features and I was on my way. I’d call it a very easy sell for them.The salesman is a nice enough guy, but having been in sales my whole life I was a little set back by the amount of times he told me “No, sorry” or “I don’t know” to my questions or requests. He did not offer any solutions just a straight “ no, sorry we can’t do that”. In contrast I purchased another 2021 General from a near by dealer and they could do many of the things they could not. examples: powder coating rock sliders to match the factory color, ordering after market parts that are not available from Polaris, friendly discounts on accessories with the purchase of a new General, etc. After making the nearly 30k purchase, I asked Ali if they may be able to give me any kind of deal on another one. His response was “ no sorry, it’s a sellers market”. What a weird thing for a salesman to say. So I went and bought the second one elsewhere.Anyway on a positive note:The staff is friendly, their showroom is huge, and the Service guys seem very helpful. The sales manager was and has been very helpful and resolved a minor post sale issue. I would probably give them another chance but would choose another sales rep.

SO impressed with Red Bluff Motorsports!! We found the Polaris Rzr we were wanting and the next day drove over from Idaho to get it. We worked with Robert and we would HIGHLY recommend him. He made sure all the paperwork was ready when we got there and the rzr was ready to go. He met us after hours, 8:45 pm to pick it up. He is exactly what every salesman should be! Nice big place but I was kinda turned.off by the sales.staff.went into the shop I tried to get some.awnsers out.of service department on my can am ran into a dead.end out.3 months on service. Work what good is a.warranty if you cant get the work done at a reasonable time.one year warranty will be expired by the time they get machine into shop.

The purchase of my vehicle was easy and very reasonable, but I did have a few problems. I purchased a brand new 2020 vehicle, but it had damage that I pointed out to the manager and employees but nothing was done about it. There was damage all around the vehicle including broken plastic, loose bolts, and cracked paint. I understand this isnt completely Red Bluff MotorSports fault, but things could have been handled differently. I would purchase from this company again, but polaris may not be the best choice as they dont seem to assemble their vehicles very carefully.

I would give them a 0 if I could terrible service. Went in to spend some money on a rzr and I had 1 guy at the service counter watch me but never said hi or walk over and then two employees staring at me through the glass at their cubicles like I was a zoo animal! Stood in the showroom for at least 20 minutes. They must he killing it and not need the money.
My friend got a flat on his motorcycle while in this city, had it towed to this facility, & they dropped everything to get him back on the road. They found improper installation of the tire & tube from previous shop, installed new replacements, & did it for far less than in our home area. I would not hesitate to use this dealership & would highly recommend them to anyone else who needs help.
Waste of time and money. Told ne to pick up my tire at a specific time showed up on time to get it and they hadnt even touched it. It was still leaning up in the front of rhe service counter for anyone to walk off with. Dosent seem professional

Very few Yamaha street bikes on hand. I realize this is Yamaha Motors fault as they have not released the 21 models yet, but empty showrooms in Arizona, Nevada, and California are making dealerships look bad.

My husband and I came in a few times and looked around and Anthony, not knowing we were serious buyers spend a lot of time showing us the quads, We came back two times a month apart and Anthony still took the time to show us around. That convinced us that it was time to buy a quad and had all the paperwork ready for us as we came through on our way to our cabin, Anthony also delivered it to us, full of gas and gave us some pointers.I can’t say enough about how great the experience was and when we get our second one, we will be shopping at Red Bluff Yamaha.
