Tech left greasy hand prints all over my car door. Entered my vehicle in dirty greasy clothes and did not put plastic on the seats. They did not repair my tire correctly, had to have it repaired at another shop the next day ! The people that worked there were very polite and courteous though!

Les Schwabs Red Bluff employee: Will Atlsel provided incredible, professional and timely service!! Within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone, he was loading his truck and on his way. He replaced two flat tires on a loaded 24 cargo trailer sitting on the shoulder of I-5! Not only did Will resolve the two flat tires on the trailer, he took the time to consider his customers travelling safety by checking and addressing the other two trailer tires and all four tires on the 1 ton truck! We cant thank Will Atlsel and Les Schwab enough for going above and beyond all expectations! Just cant help but trust and love Les Schwab and their awesome employees!!

After driving 5 miles from the shop after having the master cylinder replaced on my dads truck it caught fire in the same place they where working.Had it towed back to Les Schwab, only to have them tell him theres no way it could have been them.My dad has been a customer with them since they opened.If youve ever been to raleys in red bluff you know him.I know he has recommended them to whoever came to him and asked about a tire place in town.Unbelievable that they would behave in this way, after the years of loyalty.

While I was going into town my tire started to make a grinding noise, the closet repair shop was Les Schwab. The service was quick and friendly and thats where the good review ends. I was given a long list of repairs that needed to be fixed a quote of over two thousand dollars, the service technician told me he couldnt find what was causing the loud noise I originally stopped in for. I was then told I was good to go. The very next day I heard a loud POP then nothing but a terrible grinding and the tire struggled to spin. Turns out the bearings were completely disintegrated and part of the casing had welded to the spindle, plus the caliper has grinded pieces of the spindle arm. Honestly I feel as if all Les Schwab wanted was to make money, instead of making sure a potential customer was driving in a safe vehicle. I personally will never use Les Schwab for ANY of my vehicle needs!!

I really like Les Schwab. Even though their prices are high and some male employees view women as feeble, I guess, I think they are a good company. They fixed my flat and were honest about whether or not I had to buy 4 new tires. I appreciate that.

Laziest tire shop i have ever talked to!! I Just called to set up an appointment to have tires mounted onto my wheels for my 2012 Cadillac CTS V and was flat out told by Chris who i assume is the owner no we would rather not do that for you at any cost! Considering they mounted and balanced my oversized 345-25-20 tires last year and had no problem taking my money plus a $100 tip, but now theyre just going to tell me no even though i bought smaller 305-25-20 tires to make the install easier! Looks like Ill never do business with Les Schwab and ensure that all of my family and friends Follow My Lead. I dont know about anyone else, but I surely cant afford to turn away work but I guess at the astronomical prices they charge for tires and wheels they certainly can!

I had REALLY bad tires. I had a blow out on I-5. My tires are size 14 and no one in a 75 mile radios had them... but Les Schwab did!! Got a brand new set (all 4) and they had them on in les than an hour. Only cost me $400

Got a good set of tires for $200. I wasnt excited to wait for nearly 2 hours to get them on my car, but I was a walk in. They also cleaned my rims! (Definitely made my car look filthy lol)

We’ve got a newer Honda Accord that is a magnet for tire damage. 11 months ago it was a shredded side wall from broken asphalt and this week a nail through the treads and out the sidewall. The tires are too new to start replacing sets so both times I’ve gone with a single oem tire that Les Schwab can order but is always cheaper online. 11 months ago it was less than $25 to mount and balance, today it was $50. When I questioned the over 50 percent increase, I was told it was because of the large amount of tires being purchased online instead of from their store. I was in a hurry so I paid the $50 but I would suggest shopping around if you can afford the time. This isn’t the reason for only 3 stars though. I called for a tire quote and was told they’d call me back. I ended up having to call them back. I was told I’d be called when my tire was mounted, I ended up having to call and be told it was ready. Will I still buy LS tires when these wear out? Yes. In Red Bluff? I’ll have to think about that. I like to keep my business local but the lack of follow through is frustrating.

Nice place. Easy access and in an emergency when I didnt want to go down the road on vacation without a spare they were convenient. Too high priced for me to ever go there as a routine matter but convenient on the one occasion. Service was not bad for a walk in with no appointment, but then I heard them up sell a naive woman and I knew that I wouldnt want my wife or sister to be handled that way. Can I say pick pocket.

They ask you questions, so they can meet your individual needs. They are also very honest. Doing what is better for the customer isnt always better for profit. Yet they always seem to deliver the customer needs first.

I have been a loyal Les Schwab customer for close to 20 years. My most recent visit, Tuesday May 21st, I had my tires rotated. When I arrived at home (from Red Bluff to Redding), I noticed one of my hubcaps was missing. Today I went back to town, went in and explained my situation. Without hesitation, they told me they would get a new set of hubcaps ordered and could have them replaced on a few hours. They did exactly that, and I have never been happier. The outcome and, as always, their customer service was superb! THANK YOU!

Went in for an inspection found out that I have to get 940 in repairs. I knew the front suspension was bad, but didnt know that it was that bad. Rear bushings are rotting out too.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The Les Schwab warranty is top-notch and they honor it with no fuss. Wait times can be a bit slow without an appointment (usually not less than an hour for basics like tire rotation), but thats just because theyre so busy. Appointments for service like brakes, alignment, etc... are faster. They are thorough and do things right without any pressure to upsell you (though they do give you all the options available). I work do all basic and intermediate work on my own cars and can attest to their professional honesty.

I came in to get tires on my trailer changed, they told me it would be a hour wait plus another 40 minutes of labor. Sounded good so I went a head and waited, 20 hours later and they hadnt even started while I watched people come in and out getting their car serviced. Im glad I dont live in Red Bluff so I never have to come here again.

UnbelievAble!!!!! Ive never been treated so poorly by a Schwab! Just to be told they could not, or would not, repair my tire.... 110° and made us wait an entire hour!I love Les Schwab... or used to... and always used the Anderson Store for tires...But i think. Americas Tier has a nee customer!

The service is friendly, and they offer free popcorn from a popcorn machine, and coffee. However the wait can be a little long. Also it seems like a hang out spot for folk.

My name is Ken Olmstead and I was traveling from my home in Klamath Falls,Or. To my home in Palm Springs, Ca.Just shorty have passing and accident N. of Redding, I had a alert on my dashboard, low tires pressure and signalled the right rear.My truck a 2017 F-150 Crew Cab was driving fine and I slowed down. But it still was driving fine just letting me I had low pressure on all four tires.Just about Noon when I hit Redding I thought maybe make it little further down the Road and Red Bluff might not be as busy as Redding.Made it to Red Bluff and pulled in to the Les Schwab Tire Center.The Service writer Chris immediatly helped me and wrote up the repair and inspection work order.Just about 1/2 hr later the technician my the name of I think Delmar B came and explained that everything was looking ok, had taken the right rear tire off the truck and couldnt find anything wrong. Except all the tires were below recommend air pressure, and that he had address that.But noticed the lug nuts had been stripped from who ever had rotated my tires last. And he was trying to find some better lug nuts to put on!!! Even took me out to the service bay to show me!!!I really couldnt believe the service I was getting bring that I wasnt a local customer.All this took just about an hour with out an appointment!!!!!Delmar brought my truck around front and said Mr. Olmstead you SAFE to leave now!!!As I signed for the release of my truck and went to pay for the Service, He stopped me and said No there wont be a charge!!!! I couldnt believe this and insisted I pay, but he insisted there was not a charge, he was doing a complimentary flat repair!!!These two employees Chris & Delmar B the Les Schwab Organization should be proud to have not only as Employees but two individuals that care about Customer Satisfaction & Safety.I thank them both for going out of there way to make sure I was safe to travel.Thanks again Chris & Delmar B 👍👍👍🙋

Update: the manager was kind enough to take the time to email an apology. That meant something. Just for that, uping to 2.After all the good things my parents and Nan have said about Les Schwab, I disagree.I walked into the Red Bluff location. One person helping a man at the counter. One or two walked by headed to the shop. I waited for over 5 min to ask if they did oil changes. I got an abrupt No. Ok they had no idea I had just moved in. They also had no clue and never asked if I needed other services. My car still needs 4 tires, at least front shocks, possibly brake replacement...and I have a 4x4 at home with some needs as well. They could not even say there was an oil changing place just up the street.-I went back, gave them one more try and was waste of my time. I gad to wait about 10 min for the quote guy to come up front. He did not even go look at my car, just produced the 2nd highest quote for the tires and shocks.-Note to manager: acknowleging a customer who walks into your business is a very positive greeting and way to start a sale. I felt like a time waster in your location.
