After searching high and low for my beloved dunhill cigarettes in this part of California, I found them here. The lady working here was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Price was even a couple bucks cheaper than my go-to smoke store in Sacramento. And... AND! she even gave me a complement on my Mazda hatchback. :-)

This is the friendliest retailer that Ive had the pleasure of doing business at in Red Bluff. From the time you walk in the door your greeted with a smile and you are welcome and treated like your time is very important, so they help you get what you need. There prices are moderate, but well worth it, not only for the quality offered but there personal touch that makes the customer experience something that will cause you to realize that this is the only shop in town that really makes you feel appreciated, because of the personal touch. Anytime I have a need, it is filled and I always feel like Im the most important customer to them. They have a loyal customer base which confirms all of my review. This is your only choice in smoke shops.

Normally a good place. They had someone working today that Ive never seen before. I wont be going back especially if shes there. Hadnt a clue what she was supposed to be doing. Inefficient and ignorant of the meaning of customer service.The store was well stocked as always. Its always clean and fresh. Theyve got better coffee under $2.00 than the major coffee shops.

Great staff great picks from all brands, cost is cheaper than most. Well one clearly see staff who spends time to explain whats that and that with a line 5 deep. Well come see & enjoy the smell of intense from bengalore and chill for a bit.

Always clean and comfortable. Easy to get waited on and friendly owner and people working. You can buy cold drinks and shop for unique gifts.

The staff is always super helpful and patient. They show you merchandise out of the box and will show you how it works. Not to mention they have some of the cheapest prices on tobacco products!

I didnt hate this place, I do think that there butane is overpricedand for being in tobacco shop they should have lower prices on their tobacco than the gas stations and other stores

Great prices, great selection and nice employees. Even give free lighter with carton purchase. BUT they NEVER open on time! If youre not going to open at 9:30 am, change your posted hours. Ive often waited 10 to 20 minutes.

Im always pleased. The two ladies I deal with are consistently kind and polite. Half the time I dont even have to ask for what I need they just know and go get my carton. How much more better can it get geez people its only a smoke store what are you expecting?

Awesome place. They helped me so much finding out prices for things we had bought elsewhere, finding e-juice comparable to what I used, making deals for discounts, and most of the prices were cheaper than what we had been paying 40 miles down the road. Whoohoo.

Id like to give props to this shop. Their prices are amazing. On a pack of woodtipped Black n mild. $1.99..can I believe that?? Good deals on smoking devices. They also have Kratom pretty cheap.

Freaking love that place and especially the lovely lady who runs it /owns it. Id go in there rather than sub culture or darkside just to enjoy the positivity she exudes while she helps customers. Besides that they also have a much wider selection of products and the people at sub culture AND darkside are just plain rude and not very helpful.

This is not a bad smoke shop. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they dont charge a credit card surcharge.

Great friendly service every time. I once got an out dated can of chew, brought it back after cracking the code lol( date of expiration) the gal working hooked me up with a sypathay can on top of my replacement. She always remembers me when I go into the shop. Customer service here is great

This place is a horrible tried tobuy an item if found out they dont do returns if you dont like the item thats crazy take somebodys money but wont give a return its worse than that game store called Plutos.because not only are they brand new items you should be able to say theyll definitely work

Id have given 5* but they didnt carry my tobacco, but thats a personal preference. Staff is always helpful and Im satisfied with what they have .... So maybe 4.5*. Its less than a mile from me so its more than convenient.

Great paraphernalia problem is I bought a vape pen from these guys went bad less than a month after I purchased it I called the store to try to get an itemized receipt and they told me that they dont do itemized receipts so I spend $55 on a garbage vape pen that doesnt work and yocan would not replace it without itemized receipt very upset about how I got stuck with a defective vape pen
