I try to be fair when doing these.i try to do this so i can help others in my community.circle k .is changing hands in just a few days .ive seen this beforeSometimes it helps sometimes it doesnt.this store is always busy.the people who work here are friendly.the only thing ive seen that was wrong and shouldnt happen is at times theres only one clerk. And this person has no relief so there is always a chance youll have to wait 15. To 30 minutes while this person takes a break .ive seen 30 cars drive off cause they dont like to wait.

Not too bad of a store, but everytime the weather starts to get hot they run out of straws. They know they are going to need more, so they should order more before they end up running out. Its like this for pretty much the second half of spring and allllll of summer.

This store is always gross, the floors are sticky and black from not being cleaned. The soda fountain is always out of drinks, ice or cups, and is also always disgusting. The food stays on the rollers for days and nothing gets stocked properly so the drinks are all warm or the food in general is just expired- the expired stuff they sell for a deal and hope no one says anything. The staff is always chatting with the local tweakers or hanging out and not attending to customers. On top of that the staff doesnt even wear their masks but wont allow customers in without them. They dont follow protocol that requires them to clean the counters inbetween customers but thats not surprising considering they dont clean anything. This store is honestly just gross and unmanaged. Edit: I forgot to mention that the parking lot is always nasty and trash is everywhere.

They need new people working there. They are all so rude and inconsiderate. EXCEPT Brittany she is awesome and always so friendly. I love there products and prices. Just need to hire people with better customer service. Needs to be cleaned more often. Counters are always dirty as well as the floor and sticky. Parking lot is gross. Illegal activities going on out side constantly. Some of the rude employees have favorite customers that they take care of before ones that were in line first. Some customers are allowed to leave without even paying for their items. Needs to get new employees that have real customers service skills and this place would have a higher rating

I find this circle k to be a unprofessional and embarrassing place considering the fact my kids dad and I werent even separated yet and the girl that works the night shift from 7pm to 3 a.m. had been with my husband we havent even been separated yet they deserve each other but the sad thing is they didnt have anywhere to go so they had to go to his dads house And were told to leave there too I pretty much figured this night shift girl is marriedn too they had no where to go but in the ugly beet down car pathedi peeps good luck Chris Wilson and I definitely will get your name to 7 to 3 a.m. circle K worker who slept with my husband Ill post that next

The redbluff location is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I come to the store because I save money and get welcoming good morning and smiles every time.

Staff are helpful and friendly, even despite their mad rushes. Theyve even updated the store with healthier alternatives, and their sales are great too.HOWEVER, It worries me that there is often only one, lone female working at night. At night, the side parking lot is like a drug addict drive thru. I wont even GO there alone at night.Please get some security for your employees or ask the police for more frequent checks on the spot. It only takes a moment for them to pull up and shine their spotlight on the dealers and junkies...theyll run away like the cockroaches they are!

They have some of the rudest employees. Brittany is the sweetest and most attentive employee there. The rest are sooooo rude and lazy. The floors are always sticky along with the counters. At the register youre lucky if you get told thank you and to have a nice day. If theres 2 employees at the registers they are usually talking to eachother and not the customer which makes it take much longer. The good prices and location bring in a lot of customers. The employees however dont make customers want to come back. The parking lot is disgusting and theres lots of drug dealing that goes on.

They have decent prices but the customer service is definitely lacking here. The store is disgusting as well, is it that hard to pick up a mop and mop every once and a while. Maybe even wipe down the sticky counter...

Friendly staff, but the facility has continued to go down hill. The store has an odor that never seems to leave. The soda machines need to be thoroughly cleaned more frequently, due to the high volume of sales. Beer and wine not available, they do not possess a license to sell.

Locaction needs an upgrade in my opinion. A level parking lot and a couple fuel pumps would help as well as being able to buy a beer. This place is missing key items that I look for as a customer one is public restrooms and I,mentioned the others.

They are amazing..There drink prices are up beatable...and they give free ice in your own container without ever complaining..

This store I only like for their drinks. 89cent its a really great deal! Just sucks how their slushy machine is always broken. Very friendly staff they have.

Parking lot is filthy. There is always some unsavory activity taking place along side the building. The clerk closes the store during her break?! Ugh.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! You cant beat their price($.89+tax) for fountain sodas!

Every time I go to this place recently there has only been one person working and theyre either in the middle of a break or just about to go on one. This is extremely frustrating as this place is always busy so you would think they could schedule 2 people.

At 1:30 am they had no hot coffee and 6 pots full of blue cleaning solution. The clerk gladly made a pot but ended up neglecting other customers waiting to pay.
