Communication wasnt great. Needed glass tops for a wedding...made multiple trips in to check on order no one could ever help us. Made numerous calls to owner and never got an answer or pickup. Finally glass was picked up 5 days before the wedding, and we had originally ordered 3 sheets of glass and we only got two. Wasnt able to get another one here in time for wedding, had to go to a different business for that.

Came out to measure a window and bad mouthed a neighbor and then asked why dont i have my grand kids put the window in.

Super nice and friendly . They came out right away and cost 120 dollars less than the first place I called. So happy I would definitely recommend them .

First of all, communication was horrible. Came out to measure some windows for screens, was quick to email the bill but I had to get ahold of him to ask when they would be ready as they had been a week and I hadnt heard from him. He then told me he would call me Monday to schedule a time for installation. Instead just came over to my house with no call or e-mail, installed them and then when I went to pay him told me they dont accept cards. Wouldnt have went with him if they didnt...
