From the first time calling for prices (which are affordable for the quality) to the in-store visit to purchase the beds, to the next day delivery, they were so nice and helpful and personable. Im very happy with my new beds and my experience here. Two thumbs up!

Super nice peopleI went in to get a recliner for my dad today who is getting out of the hospital after a back injury the salesman helped us find just the right chair and gave us a nice discount.I will definitely come back for future purchase.

They have an immense selection of couches and recliners here. They even have a replica of the black leather couch, which COULD be used for some type of casting or audition purpose.

I love the sales people they give me plenty of time to look around and decide what I want and they always give me good deals on what I buy.

You dont know how rare it is for me to give 5 stars to any business... but this one deserves it... great customer service, and patience with a very picky lady! I called multiple times to chk. On my sofa, got fully informed every time. AND BUY AMERICAN!!! this sofa is made in America, materials are sourced in America, brought across country by Americans sold by Americans! Do your part. Highly recommend these guys. Oh yeab price was cheaper than furniture store in redding!

Waited 4 months for a chair, which had to be ordered. When I went in and questioned about it, the manager of the store was beyond rude and actually yelled at my husband. We got our deposit back and left. We usually deal with a man named Dave, hes always been friendly, Dave was not there. I will go out of town for all my furniture needs. Sad, we have given them a lot of business in the past.

Purchased a couch, coffee table and tv console from here. They have a good selection of furniture, ours are holding well, great quality. I would recommend checking their store out if you are in looking to buy. We live right in town so free delivery for us as well.

Furniture Depot Is Awesome!My wife and I have never been Furniture shoppers and were very pleased with all the help and direction we received form Mike Klein. The inventory was plentiful and the prices VERY competitive.But more important the Customer service in answering of questions, time spent with us and the courtesy of the Staff and delivery personnel was spectacular.We felt so good, went back and bought another chair.Thanks Mike!

The service was great. Pricess were fair. My husband and I were bed shopping after the fire. The staff offered us 30% off so we could start our recovery. The owner, Mike made a point of helping us get our mattresses the same day we ordered them.

The owner is not real friendly if you have done lots of research about mattresses and the start of the manufacturers sordid history.You dont get a friendly vibe at all just wants to make sales. No literature about the mattresses I was looking at.The next place I went to also in Red Bluff had sunshine streaming from the owner. You can get custom mattresses at a better price. That are pretty much the same. She also knows all about how they are made, what goes in them and everything. Went the extra mile and called the manufacturer put it on speaker phone to explain their 10 year warranty. If it fails somehow like a spring pops or sagging, or anything,no problem.I have a certain memory foam and recommend that you run from those. If you need something for a bad back they aint it. They might feel ok at first but after a while you get a body divit and have to spin them when changing sheets and they are heavy. They are not flippers. The new one is a flipper made to my specification, very important. She also encurages you to lay on them, sleep all day on them in the store to get what you want.If you want to go to a much better store where you will not believe how nice they are for mattresses and furniture and lots of other stuff, drop me a question.As always I must say this is my personal opinion and experience.I hope I have helped if even a little. Thank you for sharing this little bit of your life with me. Its mine now and I am keeping it.My mother always told me not to tell people to have a good day but to tell you to have a great life instead of just one day.Please dont waste a minute of it in this store because it will be lost forever.You only have one shot at life dont waste it and be nice to everyone, DONT TAILGATE, and use your TURN SIGNAL please.☺😀Thanks
