I’m renting equipment from this place for several years already. They would always work with me and find the right piece even if they don’t have it in stock. I did rent from a wood chipper up to a tractor and everything I had was serviced and worked great. It happened once only when i got a pice of equipment that wasn’t working properly I did call back and had it switched at no charge. They have a large choice and great people that will always direct you how to use properly your rented piece to avoid damage and even in the job you are planning to do. They are respectful to your time and it’s a easy and fast deal once you did schedule it upfront. Definitely recommend them and hope more people will use they service so they can expand and have more to offer!

Horrible customer service. Last time I rented from them the tiller was broken. Had to spend my own money to fix and so had to rent again because wasn’t able to complete the job I rented the tiller for. Then they increased increased the price by $10 not even a month later and billed me 2x once at the regular rate and once at the increased rate. So active price gougers, and dishonest business with billing 2x.Reporting to the BBB.

Never had a problem at red Bluff rental guys. Rented a 3 inch pump, demo hammers, and a power dog splitter that shredded. Prices are better than the big box. Always start here.

These guys are shady and there equipment is falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. The only reason they got one star is because I have to choose one if not they would have gotten minus stars

Ok equipment, a little beat up but what do you expect with rentals. A little overstaffed and not much on customer service but I dont care as long as I get in and out

These guys always have the best deals. They have good service Everytime I need to go in there. If Im not sure what something is I can describe what I need and they know exactly what Im talking about. Thank you rental guys for helping me keep up the good work :)

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, able to direct me to the perfect tool for my project. The Material lift I rented. Worked great and I was able to place a heavy beam for a 16 ft high door into place with minimal effort.

Good equipment available and fair prices but I avoid renting from this place because one of the people working there, I think hes the manager, has been over the top rude every time Ive gone in. The other people who work there have been nice. Also, the last time I went in, it smelled like someone had hotboxed a carton of camels at the front desk.

Called to rent a cement trailer.. The sales person was less than helpful... Almost argumentative... Wont go there ever if they have the lowest price. Ill find some place that wants to help...

We love guy rents when we need something they come through and love the service quick and easy

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this store and the people who work there. They can get what I need, when I need it and they make sure I know how to run the equipment before I leave. If I have a problem with equipment on site, they will patiently talk me through it or come right out and fix the problem.

Worst place in the entire north state to rent equipment.

Rude as possible. Not going here again
