I called in a desperate time trying to hook up our new gas stove. We had an issue with out electrical outlet and I called because of a 5 star rating just hoping they were open. The gentleman, Jeff, told me he wasnt able to make it to our home in Lake City today, but hed be able to walk us through what we needed on the phone, and sure enough, he did! We stopped by the store and found that all of the technicians were out and would be unavailable for a number of days, due to their work load. We are people who know nothing about technology, and were having great difficulty setting up security cameras and connecting it to our (first ever) smart phone. Shirley walked us through everything we needed to know related to the smart phone. Prior to going to Astound, we had talked with a number of techies before, but it was Shirley who was the genius in not only knowing about security cameras and smart phones, but also in teaching technology-ignorant seniors how to do it!
