My daughter, learning to drive, had what looked like a minor accident. After calling my insurance (local!) they referred me to Falk Auto Body (local!). Even though they were 4-6 weeks out, they took my vehicle since it was not drivable and began to work on it. Falk kept me up to date with emails and texts and phone calls. My car was returned to me like brand new!! Not exactly finished on the time line they expected (since parts didn’t always come in when expected). AND they are rechecking it in a month just to follow up! They took care of me and my vehicle!
