Theyre handicap/disabled in-store services are terrible. They only have 3 handi-cars, and none of them were charged. So I still havent been able to shop here. With so little customers here at any given time, Im worried about further shopping experiences anyway.

I shop at Target in stores and online. The people who work at the stores and the people I talk to on the phone are unfailingly polite and helpful.

At the Red Wing Target, the woman waiting on me was so wonderful. She has worked there for years and does a fantastic job. I am pretty sure her name is Shirley :-)

The convenience factor is great. Id just change the need to directly interact with the pickup person (the bar code scan) if possible. Also a little frustrated about the selection at my local store, and the inability to get things that are at other stores - Id be willing to wait for a store-to-store transfer!

I question whether this Target location has the online order pick-up process figured out. Part of the orders are prepared behind the desk, but then the employee has to go to a random room at the front of the store OR another room at the back of the store to get other parts of the order. It is also a good thing I double check that my full order has been handed over to me, as more than one instance they missed a bag. Please make this process less clunky & give your employees the training they need, so they can be successful!

My trip to Target today, even though I did not get what I needed, was very pleasant. The team members were very kind and friendly and they were taking cleaning seriously. I really appreciated that.

I chose this store because of convenience to my location. I work nearby, so am glad to have this Target in Red Wing. I always have a good experience there and find what I need. The staff is friendly!

Target employees are helpful and engaging. The stores are clean and I enjoy using the app both in store and online. If a price is missing I can look it up using the app. It is convenient and an all around pleasant experience.

It was a quick and easy pick up and the gentleman put it in a cart for me so I could take it to my car. I like the store a lot. I really wish it could expand to a Super Target with full groceries, etc.

People at counter seemed to not know how to look up order. Order was not at pickup counter. It was put away in another part of the store. After finally receiving the merchandise, the clerk did not tell us the transaction was finished so we waited for him to look up something that did not pertain to us. All in all it was a poor customer service experience.

I like this target. It’s clean and not overcrowded like Walmart. Awesome Blu-Ray selection. I wish they had music playing though.My question is, does this target do enough business to stay open and compete with Wally World? Because TBH I’d rather shot at Target and spend a buck or two more, than smell the constant BO of the people at Walmart... I just don’t want target to close.

The store is easy to navigate, probably the best customer service in town too. The workers are usually friendly and ask if you need help with anything. Which is not what Ive seen at Walmart or other big stores.

Its Target. In a small town. Not a lot that can set a location like this apart.This location does a great job of maintaining a clean, well lighted atmosphere that appeals to the upper-middle class. Always feels safe and friendly to visit and - when I have a specific need - they always heve what I am looking for.

Lots of vacant shelves in standard/essential areas... Looks like getting ready for the Holiday/Christmas gift giving season, at least I hope? Clearance was centrally located to a clearance aisle... I like the way Onalaska WI does clearance with secular rear end caps of clearance merchandise with-in department because an entire aisle gives the appearance of a discount store type of operation and hidden rear end caps give a store a more upscale appearance.

Possibly the dirtiest target Ive ever been to. Very nice staff, but the dressing rooms smelled so strongly of urine I had to leave. The entire store was a little dirty.

They make sure you wear masks and they sanitize

Staff was very helpful. My first time thru I did not enough to qualify for the gift card. They helped me figure out what I needed to do and were very friendly throughout the process.

The poor pharmacist was alone at 1245. Couldnt find a set of prescriptions for a gals husband in front of me. She graciously offered to return another day. I was most disturbed by the lack of help the man had vs the 12 min wait. CVS was mb not a good shift.

I go there a lot only today I couldnt find the plastic cups I was looking for. The check out lady was congenial but it seemed she was in a hurry.

Worst customer service EVER! I shop at Target stores all of the time this is by far the worst Target experience ever. When I went to check out the price rang up wrong. When they did a price check I was told that price wasn’t there. I went back to meet the girl and show her where it was when I got back to the place the worker had removed the tag that had been there (it was then a blank space which I know it was not 2 min ago when I picked up the product) when I told her she removed it she denied it which I am 100% sure she did! When I talked to the manager she said she would “have to have a talk with her”. You could tell by her demeanor that she was not interested in doing any of it. I will NEVER shop this place again and would suggest anyone with another option not to also.
