This store has a lot of discounted fabrics! And as much sewing as I do, I cant go wrong.

This was the first time I was in this store. The staff was great. Im planning on reapolstering camper cushions and this store has more options on fabric then I expected.

The store is fine, but the service is terrible. There is rarely someone at the register and you will wait a long time for someone to come help.

Live this Joanns even though they did not have my body model they made me feel good and that they cared that I was spending my money there..only needed a few things ended up spending well over 150.00..attitudes do make a difference..I spent more because of nice EMPLOYEES

This is a okay store for the crafter. As a rule the store is well staffed as far as most retail stores go. They hold classes, which are surprisingly good. I havent been but the feedback is good. The reason for fewer stars is this insane coupon program. Almost always the coupons dont apply to what you want. The coupons are also not uniformly applied. Its really depends who is working. We have left the store in frustration over it before. Why pay more than you should have to?

I love the Joann Fabrics in Red Wing. I pass other Joann’s to go this store. I make special trips to Red Wing to shop there, (the Wal-Mart and Target should be thanking you, I have given my business to them as well). They are always smiling and just a joy to shop with. They are knowledgeable, helpful and great people. The only complaint I have is sometimes I have to wait in line because they are so busy. If you have a chance to stop in and shop, you will not be disappointed.

We ordered a sewing machine online, they processed the order and accepted our payment. After driving an hour and waiting an hour in line, someone came out and told us they didnt have our order. That is just completely unacceptable as now we have wasted our time and effort for nothing. Orders should not be accepted if you do not have the product, thats just basic guidelines. And now we have an hour drive home.

Love their coupons and selection of yarn. Cant wait to check out thier vinyl section.

Everything was great until we tried to check out waited about 15 minutes for a clerk about 6 people in line. Rang the servive bell 3 times.

Great store, terrible customer service! I had no problems until Sunday. Normally it’s the same people working when I go. This time it was two different lady’s. They did not help me whatsoever! Very rude!

I love this store super helpful staff, and very nice, the only reason not giving it 5 stars is because a lot of times there is no one at the register... there is a bell. If they are cutting fabric, you can wait awhile to check out.

They have the best Bandana selection in town by far!

I was very surprised that they didnt have a washi tape section. I went there specifically to buy micro washi and I didnt get a single one. Who would have thought Joannes would not have washi tape? I give it 3 stars because its Joannes.

Why bother to send me coupons if I can never use them?

They are smaller than a lot of the Joann stores in the cities so the selection isnt as big. But they have what you need and the staff is great.

Awful customer service, especially over the phone. They treat you like they cant take two seconds to check the price or availability of an item. Acted as though i was bothering them by asking if they had something in Stock and prices. It isnt hard to go look when your store isnt even that big. Ill continue doing my joann shopping in woodbury. Feeling very disrespected.

Its really great to have a craft store in red wing, staff is always helpful, although I wish it was bigger. I hate that their coupons are always for one item, though.

Not very initiative staff and not very friendly or helpful but large variety and selections on items here

I didnt like that they dont have a variety for things such as fabrics or yarn.

Its very small and does not carry a lot of products as other stores. There arent as many crafting items for kids.
