If I could rate this 0 stars I would but I want people to read my experience as a new guest so one star it is....Hairdresser: hi do you have an appointment?Me: no I was wondering if you guys take walks ins? (They do)Hairdresser: sure what did you want to have done?Me: I just need a trim. Get rid of all the fried ends.Hairdresser: ooh.. well were really busy and booked up through the rest of the night...Me: *laughs sarcastically* okay... and then I left.*there was not a soul in the parking lot or in the building and I had even went online in advance to see if there was anyone waiting it said 0 guests. I arrived at the store at 6:15pm*Thats cool. Great business. Great hairdresser. Great.ALL SARCASM.

The turn around for employees has been significant in the past, which makes it hard to find a stylist, but recently Ive noticed the same people there. Which is nice. Either way, I usually get a good cut and brow treatment. Theres always that exception of a bad stylist, no matter where you go.

Absolutely horrible cut my daughters hair to short then sat and blamed me that’s what we discussed!

I always come here maybe every couple of months. All the ladies are professional and very nice.

Absolutely insane that this buisness continues to require mask after the mandate is lifted. I stated that I have had my shots and it was still required.. Get off the paranoid train and if you want to wear a mask do so, but dont try to require that fully vaccinated people have to wear a useless mask. Just lost my buisness and sure anyone with common sense will be leaving also.

I havent had a haircut in a couple of years.I need to get in there to get a haircut but dont have time.

I got my hair done here and loved my hairdresser. But of course they always leave....sad face. So its been forever because the anxiety is real people, having to pick another hairdresser and hope its what I love....sad face. But that does not hinder my 5 star rating because, I truly did love my hair last time i went.

23 dollar cut. 6 minutes to cut it. It looked terrible. I could of done it better at home with my own clippers and scissors. Way over priced. Never again.

Sometimes they are great! Other times they dont talk to you at all and just wanna get your hair cut as soon as possible, and for me that resulted in a bad haircut. Its not like this is great clips, they actually charge a bit for a haircut, and i expected more.

Always too long of a wait time they tell you 25 to 45 minutes and an hour and a half later your still waiting you should no be able to get your name in first online its not fair to those who really dont do many things online

My sister paid for a hair cut for me and I thought it went well until I got home and the curls had relaxed. The hair on the left side of my head is an inch longer than on the right side. The right side is layered up too high and I cant do anything with it. Now I keep it back with a hair band until I have to pay someone reliable to cut it tomorrow. FYI, the older lady with the short gray hair did this to me. Ill never get my hair cut there again.

Always super hellfuon product pirchasing. I wish they had more products to choose from.This location seems to rotate staff a lot. You getvused to one and the next time you go they arr no longer there. A couple have been there awhile now, I hope tonsee them stay- i like having the sane people do my hair.They do a good hob and are friendly

Nice shop! Often there is a wait. Prices are never the same, from one visit to the next.

Sometimes they get pretty busy but they do a reasonable job and most of the people are professional and courteous
