The one lady there is really helpful but i cant remember her name. She sat at the desk in the back right corner.

I brought my grandma to Corner Medical to try out some new wheelchairs since the one she has is becoming too run down to be safe. We were immediately greeted and received the kindest, most attentive service from Matt! My grandma was so reassured and I was so happy to have someone that knowledgeable and accommodating helping us out! 10/10 will go there again.

I came to corner home medical and was greeted by Tina and I wasnt really sure what I was suppose to be getting, as my doctor had written a prescription for me for a TENS unit. Tina went through my insurance and what was going to be covered and then explained how the unit works and what I should and shouldnt do with it. I felt so much better by the time I left, she was very sweet and knowledgeable. She is a great asset to your company. Please dont ever let her go. I know when I need more medical supplies or my family and friends need them, I will be sending them there and will be sure to have them ask for Tina. Again Thank you Tina for making my experience with your company easy and stress free.

My mom was in dire need of a lift chair, as she has many medical challenges. Sarah helped find the perfect chair for HER, then took our case on directly, helping us navigate through insurance and communicating with her doctor, on our behalf to ensure everything was done right. She was AWESOME, from our first interaction to actually getting the chair delivered right to her room. Corner Home Medical is our go to when we need any medical equipment! Larissa is always very helpful and explains our options very well!! I have rented a knee scooter and my husband and my dad have been there for a few different things. Our very healthy 89 year old mother who still lives in her own home recently had emergency surgery with complications. This had us bringing her home with an open 6” wound that needed fresh packing three times a day. Her local drug store recommended that we go to Corner Home Medical in Red Wing for our supplies to take care of her. I went there and talked with Tina. I was shocked and so very happy at how “over the top” helpful she was! She took the information I had and contacted my mom’s doctor at Mayo for the extra information she needed to process all of the costs through Medicare. She then had all of the supplies sent directly to my mom’s address. WOW!!! What an incredible and stress free experience! I received a letter from Phillips Respironics informing me that they are recalling my CPAP machine and they suggested that I stop using it immediately as it may have adverse consequences to my health. This was extremely upsetting for me as I totally depend on my CPAP machine. In fact, I NEVER sleep without it! I called the Red Wing Corner Medical store and found out that no one knows how long it is going to take to fix this problem or replace my machine. My alternative was to purchase a different CPAP machine by a different manufacturer. I went into the store and met with Tina who helped me to purchase a new CPAP machine. She was absolutely awesome and helped me so much with the new machine. Thank you, thank you, thank you Tina for all your help and, in a way, for saving my life! Love my new machine!

My husband needed a new c-pap machine. We made an appointment for 10:00 Thursday, January 28, 20. We were greeted by a very courteous man who escorted us to the assigned area. Even though he was not the gentleman who was to take care of our transaction, he was very helpful. When our saleslady, Larrisa, arrived to assist us, we couldnt have been more pleased with her pleasant demeanor. She was very thorough, did not rush us and answered any and all questions we had about the machine and insurance. All in all we couldnt b happier with our experience and will definately return when more is needed (the older we get....uggg☺️)

Two people in the office pretty much doing nothing any time I have ever stopped in, but no one will answer the phone. Wont return phone calls for weeks because apparently doing nothing is a full-time job in itself. In the off chance you call enough times in a row to finally get someone to answer expect to be treated rudely. Not just once but again and again. We couldnt get the CPAP to work acceptably. Tried to call countless times for help with adjustments. And then they ended up taking the machine back because we werent using it. Three guesses as to why we werent using it. Dont bother. Worst customer service ever. Worth driving anywhere else.

My clinic, Mayo, had sent over an RX to this store on my behalf. When I hadnt heard anything back from the store, I finally called myself. The girl/woman who answered the phone was incredibly RUDE. You could physically hear her sighing in response to my questions and acted as if I was bothering her. Why would I even look at bringing my business to this facility? Not impressed..........

They do not have professionals answering their phone and certainly are clueless as far as dealing with public. 😬

The service was horrible. I have in mind of a medical facility being sensitive to the elderly or the disabled. They are not! Service was terrible.

We have been trying to get some forearm crutches for my husband for over a week and it was worse than pulling teeth. Nobody will call you back. They keep insisting that they didnt receive the faxed paperwork from the doctor AND Physical Therapy that was sent several times as my husband was there as it was sent. What a disaster this store is. I wish we would have gone to Woodbury.

I have personally used Corner Home Medical for my CPap machine and supplies. Always courteous staff. I worked with Ranada and she went above and beyond to explain many of their products from the store which clients had asked me about. They even gave me pamphlets to help explain their products.
