Had a great experience both times. Once with carpet and once with Cambria countertops. Deb offered great service and follow up. Their installers are also very professional.I do a lot of DIY, mostly Menards but for flooring or countertops I prefer River City.

River City did new tile, carpet and hardwood all in one shot. They were responsive throughout the process and everything was done in a highly professional manner.

River City has completed several flooring projects for my home - both carpet and solid wood flooring. They have excellent customer service, great products, and wonderful installers. I have been very happy with the process from start to finish!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They gave me several estimates with various options to work within my budget and get me the carpet I wanted. The installer did a great job and I am very pleased with the new carpet. I’ll definitely go back to River City Carpet One when I redo the carpet in the other rooms of my house.
