Both Brea and Austin were extremely helpful! Brea helped me order my new phone and made sure to help me get the best deal and explain the plan to me. Austin helped me when I picked it up and was wonderful in helping me get it set up and transfer all my stuff over! Best service I’ve had at a Verizon store!

Brea was amazing! Professional and very personable. She took time to answer all my questions and I never felt pressured or rushed. Within two days I now have my new iPhone up and running and know what to expect on upcoming bills for my trade in credit. She is a credit to Wireless World and Verizon! Someone promote this woman! She would be a great manager and/or trainer. Note that I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and in the past month have visited two other Verizon stores and left disappointed in the customer service and almost switched to ATT. I am glad I stopped into Wireless World in Red Wing, MN!!!
After having problems with another Verizon store my husband and I decided to find another one by checking the Reviews and I am very glad we did. We stopped at the Red Wing store they were very busy but I was greeted and told they would be with me soon. As soon as Austin finished with his customer he came right over and asked how he could help me. I told him the problems and he went to work fixing them and reassuring me it was no problem thats what they are there for. Thanks to Austins patience and reassuring way I felt like I was a VIP customer!

When I entered the store a male clerk said hello and slowly began to walk out from behind his desk. Then a girl came out from the back of the store. She had a great hi and smile and asked me immediately how she could help me. We had several laughs as she was very friendly and personable. While being very professional. She even found a 5 dollar coupon for me. Great experience. It was most obvious that the male clerk had no intention of assisting me. Katja is the name of the associate who was so helpful.
Scott was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, pretty much everything you expect at a store like that.
I didn’t have much time this evening to buy a new phone and it took 10 mins to get every thing done, I was in and out awesome 👏 job, I was very impressed with the service today.

Wish I could give less than a star. Walked in tonight to switch my mom over to my plan and get her a new phone. Was an hour long wait then says oh actually the service is on the east coast and their closed and won’t be open til Monday. After we walked out I made an appointment for the same thing in river falls Wisconsin. What an absolute joke that lady was 0/5 stars

Jordan did a wonderful job in switching our mobile services to verizon and was surprised with the rebates given to us, its awesome! He answers all our queries and help us to choose the best unit to suit our needs! He is a great customer care personnel!
They did a wonderful job of transferring all my data from my old phone to my new (older style) phone. It was a huge process and they didn’t complain. They also reviewed my account while I was there and got me a new plan with more data and a new iPad for less than $2 a month. I’d say I came out way ahead.
Jake worked on getting me the new iPhone 12 pro and my situation was a little unique but he worked endlessly to get the job done and was on top of it, he was professional, he took a stressful situation and made it seem easy. The manager was also amazing....so really everyone here is just great! If I could rate my experience here it would be 10 stars. I will only be working with Jake and this wireless retailer going forward.
I went on a few days before I bought my phone with general questions about my bill and the phone. Jordan was super helpful and was very friendly! When I went into to trade in my phone and upgrade he was very informative and walked me through the process. He was very nice! If hes still here when I upgrade I will definitely ask for him!
I went into the store bummed because my iPhone had died, wouldn’t charge or turn on, locking me out of my ICloud (apple help couldn’t even help get me sign into it on my computer). At this point I was in sure if I would ever be able to retrieve my thousands of pictures. Joshua was amazing. He gave me my options for new phones, but wasn’t pushy at all. Explained to me that we may still be able to get my stuff back once the new phone was sent up, if not we may have to make a new Apple ID. Lo and behold literally everything transferred to my new phone! Thank you!!

Great experience, called a few days ahead and spoke to Joshua and when I was able to make it to the store he remembered our conversation and had the model iPhone I was interested in. He made it very easy to drop my boost mobile and make the switch to Verizon! He even helped me set up the phone and show me the new iOS and transfer everything over. Very happy with this visit and I know if I have to go back it won’t be as bad as the DMV!

Called too see what I needed to port a number to Verizon with a new phone that I had purchased, but didnt have a Sim card for it. Austin was so helpful the phone, gave me the information and let me know that there was no waiting for service. When I got to the store, the process was easy. He took care of everything and even transferred everything from the other phone to the new one. That was extremely helpful that I wasnt required to input all the contacts in again. Great helpful service from beginning to end. We were switching carriers and with only a few hiccups, due to forgotten PIN numbers on our end, the options were explained and the changeover was seamless. This location has done a great job keeping customers safe with Covid 19. All staff was knowledgeable, smiling and helpful.
