Friendly staff, which is nice.Im very disappointed though. I was getting the loon maxxs from there and they were only lasting me a day, if that.Well I started getting the KP Enzos and they say 2500+ puffs.. thats not exactly true. They only last a day or 2 at most. Plus some taste so good as soon as you get them, then other ones will have hardly any taste as soon as you get them and go out within hours. On top of that, they are like $26 for one. I dont know why I keep getting them, I guess I just keep hoping for one that will taste really good and last me like 3 days, which is rare. Also I get the same flavor everytime so I know its nothing to do with flavors. I have tried switching up flavors and they just dont have many that I like of this particular product.Also if you hit a product in the store and it does hit, even if it doesnt taste good at all, they wont let you return it for a different one that actually works like it should for the price.

Red Wing Smoke Shop is a very well run and well stocked store. I can always count on them to have high quality - but affordable - products. One thing that keeps me coming back is the friendly service; Moe, Kaleb, Tony, Al, Gabby, Ana - everyone here make you feel like you’re part of the family. Talking to them, they put a lot effort into making sure their products are all original (not counterfeit) and I trust everything I purchase from this shop. I highly recommend!

LOVE Red Wing Smoke Shop. I live up in Saint Paul and visit family in Red Wing frequently. None of the shops here in the metro have anywhere near the selection that Red Wing Smoke does!! As a disposable vape / vape juice user, I love the HUGE selection that they have. CBD products are awesome as well... I have been going to the Red Wings smoke shops since they open their doors and have had nothing but great experiences with them I moved 45 min away about 4 years ago. The person that was working while I was there did not seem interested in making a sale. It was almost as if he were annoyed by us being there. And I never received any kind of instructions to tell me how to take care of my purchase. Not even a box or receipt. Nevertheless a sign saying that all sales are final. Junk!

Every time I go into this place I have a bad experience. They act like they know vaping but they dont and then make it seem like you know nothing. Is that how they want there customers to feel? If your going in looking for vape supplies i would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. And if your a knowledgeable vapor, have some fun and go in there and ask em a few questions, wont take you long to leave.
