Very poorly business!!!! I would not bring any thing here

The screen on my laptop malfunctioned after I had bumped my laptop. I feared the worse. The RWC team quickly assured me, after hooking the laptop up to their monitor that my computer was OK and that it would just need a new screen or possible video card. The staff was friendly and professional.

Have used this place several times. They are outstanding.They give estimates prior to the work and they give options to save the customer money. This week extremely helpful. Got me in right away and solved what could have been major catastrophe.

Due to a series of very vexing and recurring issues with Google and all my needed apps, I chose to give RWC Tech a try, as a relative newcomer to the area. Great choice, excellent source, resolved the issues and at a very reasonable cost. Recommend without reservation!

For a computer place youre pretty slow at putting a simple software on a USB drive, honestly it should take you no less than 20 minutes to doFor anyone thats looking for computer tech help Id suggest you watch YouTube videos because this shop wont help you with anything and will only take 4 days to do something that should take 10 minutes or less

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Redwing Computer from start to finish. It is stressful when your computer is down and both Paul and Chris went out of their way to answer my questions and put me at ease. They are knowledgeable caring people and I could not have asked for more. The service was professional and the prices were very fair. They even followed up after the fact. Paul at RWC was unfailingly polite and knowledgeable as he worked out the computer issue that had baffled me for two days. I cant speak highly enough of the customer service I received.

I cant say enough good things about the help I recently received from Red Wing Computers. I received a popup that looked like it might be a scam on my banks website. Being computer illiterate I could not escape the site so I called Paul at Red Wing Computer in tears he walked me through my problem and waited while I tried to enter again and when the same site came up again I asked if I could come down and he readily agreed. He explained my problem in a way I could understand and told me what to watch for in the future. Needless to say I left the store with a smile on my face and know where I can safely go with any future problems.

Professional, helpful, and organized. You can get your computer repaired, have 24/7 service, or purchase items for your computer. They will also special order anything you need or want if it is not at the store.

Drop off computer. Pay lofty troubleshooting fee. Tell them it may be a while before you can pick it up since you are out of town. They choose to destroy the computer without giving you a pick it up or else date. AWESOME SERVICE!

Had my screen replaced for my Iphone and the digitizer went out within three months. It was a great price and the staff was friendly but proceed with caution when selecting aftermarket parts. I called and was told that it wasnt covered.Update: when the store heard there was a problem with the product they immediately reached out and are working to repair my phone. Its a local owned business with amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

My Ipad mini was dropped and the glass broke. I didnt want to purchase a new one, so I bought it into Red Wing Computers for a fix. It looks like new and was finished quickly. Thank you!

Pricey for purchases of computers you can get elsewhere cheaper, but they are small, but they are the experts of repair and system setups. Great for small businesses.

I needed a laptop charger. I got a used one from them for $20.
