This location has the best service and the staff have the knowledge to help the customer with everything they need in the eye wear arena!

Having recently moved to Red Wing, this was my first experience with Dr. Cardinal and the staff at Pearle Vision. I couldnt be happier. The exam was very thorough, and Dr. Cardinal was a pleasure to deal with. The assistance I received in selecting new frames was outstanding and I am extremely pleased with the three pairs of glasses (normal, sun and computer) that I purchased. I highly recommend Red Wing Pearle Vision for their professionalism, friendly demeanor and wide selection of frames .

I visited the Red Wing, Mn. Facility, and had an Amazing experience. The entire staff instilled in me the confidence in my eye care . If you need eye care and you can take a Beautiful drive through the Mississippi valley GO THERE AND BE AMAZED!

Sized contacts wrong. Been using the same size contacts for years. They insisted that I needed different sizes than usual and now I wasted a years worth of lenses. Simply put they do and will not stay in my eyes. Also extremely pushy about buying from them when their contact and glasses prices are 300% above what you would pay on line.Response to owners reply:I called your redwing location inquiring about what could be done (same location as the original appointment). I was told nothing could be done unless I paid for yet another contact fitting. And yes, I am well aware that in a retail location you will traditional pay a bit more than online. However they are NOT a value added service when the most basic part of the service is not provided (fitment of lenses). Also as point of fact. I went to a different optometrist yesterday. My BC has always been 8.5 your staff measured my eyes base curve at 8.7 that is a shift of TWO MILLIMETERS! And low and behold 8.5 is what was the readings were today when I had them rechecked at my cost as no one offered anything to help at the redwing location.Honestly, as you brought this up. This interaction demonstrates why companies like yours not only are but should go out of business. If you cant or wont provide the most basic level of service needed why should we pay marked up prices for extras we dont want, certainly dont need and you are using as a distraction and reason to carry on operations as you were twenty years ago.All I wanted was a contact and glasses Rx. That should not have been difficult.

The entire staff was very helpful and fun to be with during my time there.

Made my appointment 3 weeks ago got there and didnt have me down will never go there. I took time off work drove 17 miles done told me to come next day and they would try to fit me in yeah not so much Tracy took my appointment and when I talked to her acted like like she had no idea. Never will I go to there again

Great friendly professional service.

The doctor I had was very knowledgeable. She was helpful in explaining the condition of my eyes in terms I would understand. During my visit she let me know exactly what was being checked and why she was using the methods she was. I would definitely want to have her as a doctor again! It was a quick and painless visit. After getting my eyes checked I picked out glasses. The salespeople were not too pushy like some places. They helped me decide what looks best for my face shape and choose between my two favorite pairs of glasses. I was pleasantly surprised to hear my glasses will arrive in just two days!

Dr crutchmer is a amazing lady, great at her job, super friendly. The whole team at this location very good. I have been bringing my kids and self here for over 10 years and even with moving away still travel back to the best! Not all pearl visions are equal. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I have been extremely happy with the service!

I had an appointment set up and the day of the appointment I show up and the lady working said they cancelled my appointment for no reason. They say they sent a message to confirm but I got no message. So now they just cancel appointments even though Ive waited a month to get in. Horrible business practice. I work for a huge company and if we just cancelled appointment without talking to the customer we would go under. Will never shop for myself or family at this location.

This business is just incredibly good! I have bought glasses online in the past...you know, Zenni, Eye Buy Direct, etc. Never again, not when there is a staff like this to look after your needs. It is worth every penny of your money and every moment of your time to get your eye wear needs met by this staff of dedicated professionals.Thanks Pearle Vision Red Wing for truly superior customer service from start to finish. Absolutely amazing service and workers. Very friendly and helpful with all my concerns and questions. Dr. Chamoun was wonderful as well, they managed to get my fiancé and myself glasses ready next business day. 100% recommend this place.

The most in-depth vision screen and exam I have ever underwent in my life. Dr Antoinette Chamoun was professional and funny. I learned more about my eyes in 10 minutes with her than I have with any other Dr.Highly recommended.
