Market Street Auto was reccomended to me by two friends, been by twice for different issues, both times work was completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Only the work requested was done, there were no surprises. On my initial visit, I requested a price quote, the following day when the work was complete, the final cost was within $2 of the quoted price. On my second visit I was confident enough in my knowledge of the cost of parts and labor that I didnt even ask for a quote, upon completion, the total cost of parts and labor was within just a few dollars of my expectations. I would confidently recommend Market Street Auto to anyone that asked.

Have used Steve probably 10 times over the past 3 years for various work on our 3 vehicles. I have always found him to fair, honest, trustworthy and reasonable on his costs. On the first visit, he told me if I ever had a concern or problem with any repairs he did, come talk to him and hed make it right. Never had a problem. Steve has been our go to repair person and will continue to be as I feel I can trust him to diagnose and fix correctly.

Steve has always been a reliable mechanic. Hes oftentimes less expensive than other places and I never feel like hes trying to bs me or take advantage. He never talks down to me because Im female and I trust him to do whats needed on our vehicles. We recently had a horrible experience with a local dealership and Steve took care of the issues and let us know what really needed repairs and what didnt. Its always nice to be able to trust your mechanic.

First time I went here was on a last minute realization that I had 2 blown head gaskets the day before a paid trip right after covid shut downs everyone in town was swamped they took me in fixed the problem fast and affordable flash forward to today needed a power steering pump replaced affordable again and fast problem is fixed also checked my tire pressure and put air in my tires gonna be my mechanic from now on and familys

I had my transmission go out and Steve gave me the best price in town. In addition, he also did the work in one day after getting the parts. I and super satisfied with work and he gave me a a guarantee of his work.After a month, I went in because my car was not driving right but it was metal plate under my car dragging. Steve looked it right away and fixed it immediately, even though he didn’t need. He gave the best customer service. I will also bring my car back to him because I trust his work and integrity. I really recommend his automotive shop especially if you are a woman, like me who has no idea what is wrong with the car.

Had brand new catalytic converters put on my truck had a leak but took it back and was taken care of immediately great service very professional and honest would recommend them to anyone

Guy pulled bait and switch on me. Upped my price by 300.00 bucks not to mention he didnt finish the repair. When I went to pick up my truck it was damaged, poorly stoored, battery was dead, and he left my front windows down so my truck was filthy. The mark up on the parts was insane! Some parts he doubled the price on. I called 3 other shops and part stores and when price check came out we were all stunned! On top of the lack of professionalism he has no problem taking advantage of you by using your vehicle as collateral. My truck left his shop and went to another shop to get finished as he was in capeable of finishing the repairs he had started.

Less than congenial at times. Been there with one of my hot rods and another vehicle. He has been short with me on both occasion. He sent me to one shop and all they wanted to do was to buy my hot rod. Not a good referral. Went there because of prior postings by other customers.

Nice work, great communication, reasonable cost, explained everything, highly recommend. Found to be trustworthy and will bring cars there in future.
