I had a very pleasant experience with trusting Veterans Diesel & Auto to work on my truck. We have a wildland fire engine and our AC went out. They made room for us and got us back on the road cool. They were so nice. I can not say enough good about these guy.

My husband and I had a great experience in Redding Ca. Our Ford truck decided to have engine issues on a Sunday afternoon on our way home to Nevada from Lewiston Ca. We were stuck at a grocery store parking lot with the hood up. Justin, owner of Veterans Diesel & Auto happened by and was able to help us limp to an RV park for the night. The next morning we took the truck to his shop for repairs. Justin and Tim, his mechanic were waiting for us! They got our truck up and running within a few hours and we were back on the road to Nevada. It could’ve been a long hot night had Justin not seen us. I have had a terrible experience here. Paying another shop to redo all the work they did. Having inexperienced kids working with no supervision makes for poor business ethics.

Justin Locke is the magic man! We have spent alot of money over the last two years trying to have our other mechanic find the reason it would just quit! Yes it was a F350 6.0 and we paid the other place alot of money and they never could find it. Well Justin thought he had it fixed, and it still quit, THEN he took it back and wouldnt give up until he found it, now we are talking about 2 plus years of anxiety and frustration and he gave us hope again to be able to relax and drive it for another 100k miles!
