Dan and his wife are great. They took the time to fix a very large awkward piece. I’m really happy and they did it short notice even though I know he was super busy. Absolutely nice! I can’t wait to get my boat done this winter. Thank you so much Dan for squeezing our jumper in. :)

Took my boat bow cover to them. Waited for a month for them to remake cover with no results. I called to follow up on the progress. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. She yelled in the phone she never promised me when the cover would be done but she had three different times. I finally picked up my cover to take it elsewhere. When I voiced my concerns the lady ordered me out of her shop and screamed as I went out of the shop dont ever come back. I said due to the poor performance I will never come back. One star seems to generous. Beware!

Had a difficult repair for a leather briefcase. Dan was able to repair it very well.
