This was a delightful experience. From the minute we were greeted when we walked through the door to asking for and getting helpful and very pleasant assistance, to cutting fabric, to pleasant and efficient checkout. The staff was amazing pleasant and helpful. The nicest experience i have had in a Jo Annes in years. Thank you all. It was fun and thats how it should be. Even the customers seemed to be having a pleasant time.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Ive not been to this store before but I will be back. I loved how well stocked the store was. I was able to find all of my supplies needed to cover my dining room chairs.

Fabrics, crafts and deals galore.A fun place to check out deals on fabrics. I go there for vinyl for boats and cars.. theyre very limited in that department. Usually have usually something that will work, and the coupons are usually worthwhile 40 to 50% off on a lot of stuff. The big store with a clean layout, well-lit and friendly staff.

If you like sewing, knitting, crocheting, art, crafts, this is the place to go. Theres much more than that though so take a look.

Great selection and good process. Be sure to check their website for instant coupons on your phone. The gave me 40% off in a regularly priced item a there were 30% off sales all over the store. They are our go to for fabrics in the area.

When I called they were very kind to help me try and find material that would keep bees away from me and wasps. I was stung 5 times in the face last Fourth of July and I need to protect my head. Wasps like to go behind my eye glasses and in my ears so I need something that will keep them away from me. Sounds like they have what I need. When Im ready I will go in and get it. The young man on the phone was very helpful and very kind.

We were shopping for creative ideas on a home DIY project that we were dreaming about. Well, after our visit to Joann Fabrics and crafts, I am on board with believing we can do this. Not just a couple items we would need were within our budget, pretty much everything was. We are making our list and going back to purchase everything we need from one place, how nice. From selections of patterns, to batting and stuffing. From fine silk material to heavy canvases. Everyone was helpful and engaging. And thats just one part of the store! Looking forward to our return there, and seeing the end results of our efforts with the quality of the materials used. Thanks for the positive experience.

Its always nice to shop for DIY sewing or craft projects at Joanne. They have a fair selection of tools & supplies for many hobbies. I dont think I have ever left this store empty handed.

I love this store. They have awsome stuff I LOVE TO CROCHET. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED...

Lots of great choices, but today the store was a mess. All disorganized! It was close to 5, so maybe it was a busy day. Then when I checked out, they rang me up for $91, the total corrected was $36. I think they had a rough day.

Has a great selection of fabrics. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for, quality fabrics. Also if you pay attention they almost always have sales going on and tons of opportunities to receive coupons. I love going in this store I have been to a few different JOANNS and this is by far the best one I have found!

Okay prices. It can get messier in this store than the other craft stores in the area. You can sometimes find things there that arent sold at other craft stores though. Employees are usually polite and friendly too. Rated it okay because I dont find it as creatively inspiring as Michaels or Hobby Lobby.

They ran a sale add. I went there the same day and their Halloween merchandise was almost non-existent. The store was filled with Christmas items. Dont advertise items that are not going to be in your store. I drove over miles to get there.

Was looking for a specific fabric and they didnt have it. They are definitely more expensive then the other place I ended up buying from. Nothing wrong with anything that they had but, a little out of my budget.

My favorite place to shop. And they are the only craft store that has riding carts for the disabled. An A+in my book. I wish that Michaels and Hobby Lobby would think of their disabled customers and get a couple of riding carts. Disabled people craft a lot due to their limitations. Thank you Joanns!

A lot of variety in the fabric department as well as christmas craft and home decore, and jewelry making. I found the best candle wax however it a very small selection. Not enough customer service, i had to search for a long time for someone to help me! Plan on spending a lot of time in line. One cashier while i waited in line for over 20 minutes.

Love this store! I can pretty much always find what I need and a couple things I didnt. Im pretty bummed they started locking the bathrooms though. As a pregnant lady with a potty training toddler, its a detriment.

It seems a little let go. The environment is pretty chill already but while I was there it was pretty messy and no one seemed to be doing anything about it. No staff members approached me nor did I find anyome nearby to places where I searched for products. It was a little intimidating to walk up to a busy cashier and ask for help so as any introvert would - I just left with my questions unanswered. Its also priceier than Michaels so I went ahead and shopped there. They lost my business that day but as a true crafter, I may be back and who knows might update this review if my experience is more positive!

Easy in and out for an online pick up in store purchase

I always find what I want in the fabric area. The bead section is old and tired with no Sterling silver or 14k gold findings. Lots of sales and coupons available online to get good prices.

I guess maybe the kind of crafting I do isnt popular or something with the buyer of this store because I often go shopping there with their generous coupons only to leave empty handed. I find much less mixed media art supplies here than at competitors. And no Gel printing supplies as they had never even heard that term.

Ok this is Joanns fabric. My wife loves it. I love my wife. So I am along for the ride.
