I went into mattress firm in Redding to look for a new bed because mine is becoming lumpy and the springs are starting to give. Rich was extremely helpful and pleasant. He doesn’t make you feel pressured and gave us space to talk about it ourselves. He was very knowledgeable and showed me a great array of mattresses. One of the other gals at who helped me checkout was very friendly and pleasant as well. We eventually found the one We wanted and decided to purchase it. Overall was a great experience very friendly, knowledgeable staff, good selection of mattress for everyone’s budget and a very clean pleasant atmosphere. The people that work here are con artists. They will lie through their teeth to get you to buy more and more. I bought a mattress for a little over $2,000 and it did not work out. I went back and returned it and they would only refund me $1,000 out of the original $2,000.. not a good company to shop from. I honestly dont know why there arent thousands of one star reviews. I hope people see this before it gets deleted and are aware that they will lose a lot of money for no reason. Dont believe a thing that Chris or any of the other employees tell you when theyre trying to sell you a mattress because its all a lie once they get you to sign that paper at the end of your checkout.Pro tip go to Costco and get your mattress there! No hassle with returning and no extra fees that are not discussed. You will find the exact same mattresses on the showroom floor at a quarter of the price and you can take it home right then.

I anticipated driving all over town, going from store to store to find a mattress but Chris G. made his store our one stop shop. He spent over an hour with my husband and I showing us all they had to offer and helped us narrow the choice down with his knowledge of spine alignment and mattress technology. He was honest, made suggestions and was not at all pushy with the sale, exactly what I want when buying a big ticket item like this. I will definitely be sending my friends and family his way.

What a great company! The products they sell (mattresses) are very high quality and yet reasonably priced. They deliver and set up the beds. They deliver when they say they will, and the delivery people are very courteous and helpful. If you are in the market for a mattress, I would highly recommend Mattress Firm!!

I had a problem with checkout when i ordered a mattress set online. I went into the store for assistance and was helped by Chris quickly, very efficiently and had a great experience. Delivery was next day. Awesome.

When we walked in, the building was nice and cool, outside was hot (it also smelled very good inside). We were instantly greeted by 2 very kind ladies and instantly they both worked together to help us with what we were looking for and to see what was in stock. Such kind, outgoing, professional yet personal ladies! One lady kept our kids entertained while the adults checked out. Such an easy check out, I am still shocked at how fast and non-problematic it was! We were able to take 2 beds home (the kids are SO excited!) and we will get the rest of our order next week.

He knows his products well, very friendly, patiently answered every question, listened to my needs. Then matched me up with the perfect mattress and pillow. The best part is that it is being delivered tomorrow, completely installed. I love that I got to support a local business!
