A locally owned shop with experienced people running it. They resole a variety of boots and can custom tune your shoes to fit your feet, if possible.No fluff or guff. Just good old fashioned service, great shoes and professional folks.

After receiving poor service at a national chain store. I went to Shasta Boot Company. This was my first time doing business with them. They are clearly experts. They knew their product, which was the same brand I considered at the chain store, so much better than the staff there did. I was properly sized and fitted. I left with great boots, great care instructions and absolute confidence in the product and fit. I received old school excellent customer service. As for cost, they were the same price as the chain place. Skip the chain retailers and go the this local expert.

This is the best place to get work boots. They know their stuff. Unlike work world which is good but work world seems to have cashiers and not real knowledgeable staff. I went in one time to Shasta Boot Co. and the worker could tell things like how spaced apart the gap was between the laces on my boots and recommended to try a different width. I never know this is things to see in fitting your self with work boots. They were friendly and helpful.

I bought the boots that I used to build my house from here, I forwarded them for almost a year now and I still love them. Prior to shopping here I had never owned a nice pair of boots and the person helping me who I believe was the husband of the owner seemed very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great boot for the job.

Place to go for firefighting work boots anything these guys know whats up and repair all kinds of shoes aprectiate you gentlemen a satisfied customer they also have you in a system so if you need some new boots on a fire someone can go in say your name and they got your size and every thing

All I can think is maybe the guy working was having a really bad day. I have heard wonderful reviews on this place and have received lots of recommendations. However, I dropped off my boots this morning to be repaired and the guy was RUDE. Not welcoming at all, not friendly. My boots were in the box still with all the stuffing, he was pulling everything out and throwing it and shoved the box back over the counter and ripped my ticket said $25 dollars on Friday and threw the ticket across the counter and walked away. Trying to stay positive but it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth!

I came off the fire line to find my boot needed repair bad. I couldnt go back to work the way it was. Look up boots in Redding, and Shasta Boot Company came up. I leave out of the out of the area. But I called a Jason said come down and lets take a look. They dont work on boots and Saturday, but he fit me in to see what he can do. Well he fixed them and sold my buddy boots and will fix his by Tuesday. Very good customer service. Definitely will be going back . Thanks Jason
