Absolutely the best customer service! One of my tires had been setting off my low pressure indicator light, and I stopped by a few times for them to fill it up. Showed up to have it repaired, they had a line of customers, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They fixed repaired my tire for free and my tires were not even from there. Will never go anywhere else. Amazing folks at the front desks and working in the garage!

It should be understood that not all customers will know how you operate your station. If they ask questions about times, how long youll hold the vehicle etc. That you should welcome those questions, not be condescending and irate.

Great customer service and they stand behind their products and service. Very accommodating and get right to work on your vehicle. The best thing about Les swabbed is they stand behind the products they sell. Unlike Big O tires. Bought 4 Big O tires, three days later a side wall blew out. When I took the tire in to fix the problem they absolutely would not honor their warranty 3 day later. I wouldnt use Big O tires if you gave them to me. Thanks Les Swabb tires

Traveling through Redding on our way to Oregon coast and accumulated a screw in my 5th wheel tire. Took the tire into the Hilltop store and was told it would be 5-6 hours, Andrew said he would handle it and got us out of there in 3 hours since they were absolutely swamped. Jennifer, Christy, and Andrew along with their staff in the shop deserve a huge shout out. Then to top it off they charged me ZERO! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

This shop opened very early and the service attitude was good. We came to California for a vacation from Canada. The tires burst on the highway. At the beginning, we went to Costco and Walmart. They used excuses for repair. Then I came to this store and they warmly welcomed us to help us repair the tires so that we can get back on the road. Thank you very much

The service here is excellent. I feel the prices are competitive considering the extras you get with your normal tire purchase, rotation, fixed flats, ect.

Update:I took my 2016 ram in for an alignment and noticed the truck was sagging on the passenger side also. Which I pointed out and asked them to see if they can find anything wrong.They ended up doing an alignment. That only made it worse. And noticed on their alignment report the caster specs failed. Both sides in red. So, I told them it’s not fixed. They then proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my front Carli coil replaced because it was broken/failed. Or they can replace the front suspension with one of their lifts. No thanks!Here’s what I got in response after wanting my money back:Hi Jason!I just wanted to reach out to you about your experience at our store. I want to make sure you understand the caster angle is off because of the vehicle sagging on the right side not the other way around. We can easily fix it and get you driving straight down the road after that spring is replaced, but that would need to be done before we can make it ride better for you.Assistant manager- Andrew JacksonThe fix:After researching the issue myself, it turns out it was the caster setting. Not the front passenger coil. Drivers side was 180 degrees different from passenger side causing the truck to sag on the passenger side by 2”. And creating an axle roll which made one sidepositive and the other negative caster. I ended up using a friends lift to set the caster cam arrows to be on exactly the same mark. Carli recommend using the marks that point towards the rear axle. Worked perfect! Truck sits level and the steering doesn’t pull to the right anymore.Had to adjust the drag link to center the steering wheel. But wasn’t a big deal.At this point, I wouldn’t let Les Schwab change the air in my tires. Definitely would not recommend them.

I figured if others can write long negative reviews, I can write a long positive review.At this location, I recently purchased new wheels and tires. Andrew helped me through the process and he was awesome! He helped me understand more about wheel offset and tire size, specifically to how it will look on my truck. I noticed he is very personable and knowledgeable when helping customers. There were no issues with installation, and the set up was exactly how I wanted it to look. Kudos to Andrew and the rest of the crew who helped make it happen! 👍👍👌🔥I have been to this location for other things in the past as well...When I needed new brakes, they were installed with no issues...Another time I came in with a nail in a tire and they fixed it quickly free of charge, even though the tires were not from Schwab (other locations have done this too)...Another time I came in to have the brakes checked on another vehicle. I was recommended to replace the fronts, and had everything set up. Shortly after an employee started looking into it, he came in to tell me the brakes don’t need replacing after all and explained why. I walked away happily informed without paying for anything.

Really pricey for the battery I needed and 1.5 hours wait time for install.

The folks working there are very nice. Id like to say that they fixed it in No time FLAT, but it took a little while of waiting. It is too be expected when you just walk in. It was alright. I had a flat that morning and I changed it to my donut, discovering a nail was the culprit. They were able to repair without having to buy a new tire. Awesome! Thanks guys and gals!

On a multi-state road trip, we started having brake issues coming down from Lassen on a Saturday around noon. The staff were amazing and were able to get us fixed and back on the road by the end of the day. They were incredibly helpful and kind, giving us a place to park our trailer and not batting an eye with our many requests as we were in a foreign city with no functional vehicle. This issue great location if you are in the same situation as there are a ton of restaurants, stores, and hotels within walking distance. These guys are experts at customer service and we appreciate them so much!! They made a hard situation much easier for us!

I have a small leak in my tire, so I came early to see if they could take a look. Two employees opened 15 minutes early at 7:45 a.m. to assist us all in the parking lot. Give the gift of new windshield wipers. Les Schwab has them and you can use your charge account there. And the best part is that even put them on for you. I tried them out and they worked great.

Went in for brakes and was told I needed new tires which I already knew along with some other stuff when I asked how much rhe tires would be they told me about $700 which is way to much and I told them I will go get tires some where else and was basically told by what Im guessing was a manager then go have all the other stuff done there guess what I am that was very rude and I will never be back oh and I did get tires from americas tire for $300 cheaper

Two hours turned into four and never fixed my tire. Take the drive to Burney if you want customer service.

Had to change my rating as I had my front end done and spent a pretty penny only to have taken my vehicle back 7 times to fix faulty or broken parts that where installed in my truck not even 3 months and having trouble. Also was told the problem was not from there work until I took it to another mechanic who confirmed it was all of Les Schwabs doing. Im done with them.

Im an inpatient person and spontaneous. I decided to take advice from kylee and set an appointment for tire services. I did and I was in and out with an hour. Les schwab has the best warranty and great service.

Both locations have consistently gone above and beyond for our cars. I trust them completely. Theyve even fixed my tires that I got from Sears when Sears wouldnt help me!

Spent the day fixing stuff for other people and then got a huge bolt through my tire. Stopped by Les Schwab and they were really busy but got it fixed and sent me on my way for free! I have bought a lot of tires from them over the years, but this set of tires were OEM, so not even theres. This is why they have a return customer! Thank you for taking care of me when I needed it!

Lied over the phone refused to fix the issue. When I mentioned that was wrong they refused to do any service because I was not one of there usual customers. Everytime I have to go there i remember why I switched to Americas tire. Customer service. Wont be calling back after the way the way the shift manager spoke to me and my wife.

Very disappointed,after almost 2 hours waiting for a flat repair they came back and said they can’t repair because the tire is to bold and I ask for the warranty and they said is voided because I did not balance the tires, I will never came back, I do not recommend.

I am very impressed with how they fixed my tire with a puncture in it. I had no idea that they actually do this for FREE! It took a little longer than they thought, but they were also busy that day when I came in, which is understandable. Every employee there was working very hard and I was helped as soon as they were able to due to the small line of people at the counter. I will definitely come back for any tire issues.

I purchased tires today. First, the staff were very friendly.I must say I was disappointed in what took place. I needed new tires. Was leaving for a trip. I was given 2 options of tires. Low end, no warranty. Very high end, 65k mile warranty. Yes, I agreed and purchased the very expensive tires. I can not help but feel taken advantage of. I went to Les Schwab because they never made me feel that I needed my husband with me, and always had a fair deal. But today, I feel that because of my age, I was completely taken advantage of. I asked the salesman why he would sell the very low end tire, no warranty. He explained some people can not afford better tires. How sad.

Went in on a Tuesday at 9:30am. Unfortunately, unlike most Les Schwabs, where it is typically 1st come, 1st serve, this store allows appointments, and are always understaffed. The wait time is 2.5 hrs,, so far, I was just told itll be another 30 minutes, and my truck hasnt moved yet. I have Schwab tires, and require a balance. Because they are too busy accommodating the appointments, I keep getting pushed back. Which means they are going to have to rush the job on my truck, which is never good.I will finish with this: they are SUPER polite. Its a gorgeous store. And my truck now drives like a brand-new vehicle.

I hit a pothole on a windy road it destroyed my right front tire... I stopped put my spare on and went to Les Schwab when I got there I was immediately greeted by a employee which didnt try to sell me a whole set of tires. I was not looking to buy a whole set at that time... He found me a good used tire to match my other 3 for half the price!! I was extremely happy.

There great when they want your money. But when you come in for the free maintenance the offer and encourage after your purchase. They treat you far from priority. Over 2hrs for a rotation and not many cars ahead of me. Im also fairly sure they put other cars ahead of me that arrived after me. The slow speed is unbelievable for the amount of customers. Horrible. Cannot be more frustrated

Rates are high like San Francisco high, find a local mom and pop shop in Redding. They are busy so be prepared to drop off your car and come back in a couple hours. I saw them turn away a lady at 11:30am cause they were all booked up for the day. But they did the job right so I cant complain beside the premium rates they charge for being a small town shop

Most excellent service. Decent prices on tires and the time estimated to put on tires was 2 to 3 hours. They were finished in 1 & 1/2 hours. The employees are very nice. The store is clean. They let you know if there are any problems you should be aware of and how much it would cost to fix the problem(s). We will be going back for services because we love the service there. Harif, Nate and Brady waited on us and they are so nice, helpful and an asset to the store.

If google had one star that’s what it would be for customer service. I believe the woman in office is Shelly. She is incredible rude and shows no empathy for someone who is stranded with a blown tire. I asked, how long the wait would be and she said more than three hours to have one tire put on my car. The tire which is mid level is 125.00 plus balance 185.00. I called American tires a better tire for 68.00 and they got me right in considering I was a female stranded alone. Call American tires they are quick and friend.

When I started driving, someone tried to remove my tire from my car. I didnt realize what had happened until I was on the freeway. By then the tire was coming off. I was out of town and on my own. Les Schwab fixed it for free. I have had excellent service every time I visit.

I came in this morning (with no appointment) with a nail in my tire with no rush on getting it fixed right away and they had it done within an hour and at no charge. Emmanuel at the front counter was very nice, I will definitely be returning for my future tire needs based off of this experience.

These folks are all about service. Picked up three sets of snow chains I was in and out in 15 minutes. They checked the inflation on two cars and the trailer while being checked out at the counter. We highly recommend these folks.

Most of the people here pretty friendly one guy actually came running out to my car like they do in the commercial to want to know if he could help me they found me a tire found me a rim the installed just the way I told him to I will definitely go back to this place. They have free popcorn and some drinks and water ice cold purified it was really nice to hang out in there its cool it was so hot that day

Saved us after we broke down! They were so nice because an hour after we pulled in with a limping trailer our truck broke down! They let us sleep in our trailer, found a place for us to plug in. Super nice in the morning gave us coupons for a free sub at a place around the corner. Fixed our trailer, helped us get back on the road. Cant thank them enough for all their kindness!

This used to be the only place I would even bother going. It still has some of the best and fastest service. Theyre open on Saturdays too. However, their prices are getting a little high and they dont really price match.

Literally always chaos and trouble with this place. Les usually has been good to me in other cities etc. But the one here in Redding is the worst les Ive ever been to and I regret buying my tires from them. They push toyos because they own that company now or its a partnership. I was quoted one price for a service then show up to my appointment and was told 30 dollar more. I tried getting my tire leak fixed and a tire rotation mid week while they were slow and I waited over an hour and 20 min while half their employees stood around chatting and snacking. I cant say enough about how poor their costumer service is. Other tire places in town are waaaaay better with costumer service and price and u will be very happy u didnt choose les for ur needs.

Nearing the middle of our 1000 mile road trip, we noticed a nail in our tire when stopped for food. Thankfully this Les Schwab was right around the corner. They told us their wait time was about an hour and a half, but ended up getting us in and out in about 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and price was great!

I went in for an alignment and they did it within an hour. The staff has a great attitude, and they have very comfortable seating arrangements with a wide waiting room.I would recommend dropping it off then going to Country Kitchen for breakfast or Madaynes across the street (thats a big bonus for me that I didnt have to sit there for ages).

This location did not exhibit the same helpfulness as our regular Les Schwab. They didnt come running as they advertise. We went to the Tire Cobbler and got taken care of quickly and felt far more appreciated.

The employees are absolutely great! I have taken several of my vehicles for service throughout the years. Also free check on tires pressure just drive up to the first stall n they know what to do.
