I felt completely comfortable with her and had some really great conversation. She was very kind to my family that I brought in. She made sure that I found the dress that I was looking for and didn’t stop helping me until I found my perfect dress! I will recommend this small business to everyone. I absolutely LOVE this place so much!!!! If you are looking for your perfect dress do not settle for any other place but here! I had gone to David’s bridal prior to coming to simply elegant and I had the worst experience ever! I had to put my own dresses on which was extremely difficult and they pressured me into trying to buy a dress but thankfully I made an appointment to come here and I was one of the best experiences I’ve had! As a bride you want to feel special and you want to have that special moment and the simply elegant staff will give you that! I worked with Michelle to find my dress and she was amazing! She listened to everything I wanted and was so kind and kept telling me how beautiful I looked and I felt very special! I chose a dress that day and it came in super quick which might not happen for every bride but I was so excited! I got a call from Marilyn saying my dress had come in and she helped me make an appointment! A few days later I went to pick it up and try it on and Marilyn herself helped me and she is SOOOO KIND! I love her! They all hyped me up and it was such a good experience! Even with a pandemic, they cater to every need, while also the feeling of safety. AND THEY ARE SO ENCOURAGING!! WoW!! Says it all, this was my very first bridal store that I went to while planning my fairly small wedding. I was open and honest about what I wanted and what I didnt care for and my associate Laci was extremely helpful ❤ I showed her a picture of the dress I wanted and sure enough there was one left on a rack. I put it on and fell in love!! However she suggested that I keep looking just to make sure, and we did. I tried on a total of 5 dresses but in the end I said Yes to the very 1st dress I tried on. I ordered a wedding dress from another Boutique a couple of months ago. I Went to go pick it up and it was lost! I had to get a full refund on my dress. My wedding is in less than 6 weeks. So I decided to call Simply Elegant. I told the lady on the phone my story. She was so sweet and offers for me to come in at four, mind you they close at four. I took her up on her offer, I went in to look at some dresses. Laci that was the lady who was literally saving my wedding, looked me in the eye and said lets do this! Lets find you a dress! Holding back my tears almost the entire time I was their, feeling a huge weight and stress lifted off my shoulders! This was the first time in planning my whole entire wedding I felt like a bride! I tried on only two dresses, I fell in love with the second one and then she put the veil on and it was perfect. She also kept the veil and dress in our budget. Im very modest and I felt nothing but relaxed and comfortable. I never dreamed I could have an experience like I did yesterday. This place deserves more than five stars! Unfortunately, I am one of many brides whose wedding was derailed by COVID. We had to change from a fall wedding in Hawaii to a winter wedding in Oregon in early 2021, but the owner wont exchange the wedding gown, even if I promised to buy the new one from them. Not even partial credit. Not even consignment. Every business is hurting and I wanted to keep my business local for a new gown. I guess store policy is more important than a satisfied customer.

If you have any question of where to go, if you’ll receive the care and time to find THE dress or are just trying to get an idea of what you’d like, you HAVE TO GO HERE!!! I was surprised by my mom and sister to go look for a wedding dress here. I went in not really sure what to expect (well actually expecting more of what you get at David’s Bridal which is just some dressing rooms and these kind of pods with mirrors). What I actually received was a true bridal experience! My family had an area for themselves to relax, we had Lacie helping us and she was just absolutely amazing! We all loved LACIE!I truly didn’t think I would find ‘The Dress’, I just thought I would get some ideas of what does and does not look good. Lacie was patient, kind, funny and really felt like part of the bridal fun. You can tell she loves what she does and makes you feel special. She was right there helping me to try on practically everything lol sure enough it was the very last dress that was it for me. I and my family fell in love with it and I can’t be happier with my dress and with my experience. Thank you for making this experience so memorable and fun!!

Such an incredible time in your life to try on wedding dresses. Simply Elegant made being a beautiful bride possible by having the perfect dress that my stylist chose for me, as my choices were not the perfect anything. I found my dress thats going to make me sparkle and that was done by filling out the questionnaire before I got there! They took the time to understand and know me, and that was so important in finding the dress. I went alone which was perfect because she sees brides everyday, whereas the family and friends dont. Their eye is better than my own, too apparently, so really trust the process. They stuck within my budget as well even when I was going in blindly, they corrected me properly. I wish I would have done a private fitting party after-hours because that looked like so much fun and so worth it. Highly recommend

Two days before coming to Simply Elegant Bridal Boutique I had gone to David’s bridal and had just an awful time and left even more confused about what dress I wanted. During my appointment at Simply Elegant, I believe the owner was helping me choose dresses and she was great! The store was quiet and clean, the dressing rooms were huge and even had a pedestal for you to stand on. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one I said yes to, and it was an amazing experience! If you want a fun, stress-free dress experience, book your appointment right now! 😊

Went in today to start looking for a dress, and was completely ignored for over 20 minutes. Was able to look at their entire selection of dresses before anyone greeted my mother and I. Angela was very nice when she greeted us, but I wont be back. I understand being booked up with appointments, but it only takes 5 seconds to greet someone when they walk in your store, especially when you have someone sitting behind the front desk.

Loved my experience at Simply Elegant. I wasnt sure what it would be like when I made the appointment for trying on wedding dresses, as my budget is definitely on the lower end. I hate the idea of feeling put down because I dont have many hundreds or thousands of dollars to spend on a dress, but I neednt have worried. Laci was an absolute gem who made my mom and I feel so at ease. She never once made me feel pressured into spending a lot of money or going outside our budget. Her main focus was finding me a dress that I felt great in. She even went out of her way to call a seamstress to see if an issue with a dress could be fixed and called me back the next day to let me know. Even though I may not end up with a dress from Simply Elegant, I wanted to let people know about my great experience here and how great Laci is.A note on the process for those who are uncomfortable undressing in front of people: the attendant has you step into a curtained room and put on a robe over your underwear. Then when youre ready, she brings in a dress and spreads it out on the ground so you can easily step into it. She then turns her back while you drop the robe and start getting into the dress. Then when youre ready to be zipped or buttoned up, you tell her and shell turn around to help. Same thing in reverse when its time for the dress to come off. She turns around and you step out of one dress and straight into the next!

Picking out a dress was probably the most stressful experience of my life. Before I went to Elegant Bridal I made an appointment at David’s Bridal and was treated so poorly and was so overwhelmed. Just within making my bridal appointment at Elegant Bridal I could already tell over the phone is was going to be a completely different experience. A girl named Kaysha I believe was my consultant and she was nothing less than amazing! All my girls picked out dresses so did Kaysha and the owner Marilyn who actually picked out the dress I purchased! I felt so comfortable and probably the lease amount of stress I’ve felt through this whole process! They were so helpful and warm and made you feel beautiful! I love buying local and I love buying from good people are these girls are amazing!

Went to help my bff get her wedding dress. These gals are amazing! Their attention to detail, and determination to make the brides experience as happy as possible was astounding. Keep in mind, they are a small botique, but what they lack in size they make up for with knowledge and charisma. If you are looking for a wedding dress I would highly recommend giving Simply Elegant a visit.

In January 2018 I had the pleasure of helping my daughter pick out her “perfect” wedding dress at Simply Elegant Bridal Boutique. We worked with Marilyn who is amazing.We were unable order a dress because the wedding was only 3 months away thanks to my impetuous daughter not wanting to wait another minute to marry Mr. Right.I traveled to Redding for the appointment from out of state. As I was unfamiliar with the area I was apprehensive about what to expect.Simply Elegant Bridal Boutique surprised us with an extensive collection of dresses we could buy off the rack as well as all the accessories you could want to complete your perfect look. Think bling!My daughter looked amazing in almost every dress she tried on but none of them were quite right for her. We were getting discouraged and losing hope of going home with a dress. My daughter told Marilyn what she liked about each dress and what she didn’t like. As the last few minutes of our appointment ticked down Marilyn walked over to a mannequin took the dress off of it and put it on my daughter.It was the “perfect” dress! Went to look at dresses and the girls were so rude!! Said they would be with us and then told us they were closing after waiting 10 minutes. We will never go back or recommend this store to anyone. It could of been handled way different.
