Taking our business elsewhere. The 5 people in the store could not be bothered with even acknowledging I was there for ten minutes before my husband showed up and for us to be ignored even longer. They lost a good sale! And future sales. Such a shame as we would rather buy local.

Wow! INCREDIBLE business. Not only did they go above and beyond to help us order materials, they delivered them promptly and did a great job communicating and getting the best products. They also were raising money for local families in need and I love that a company would be so connected to our community. Overall I couldn’t be happier and I will absolutely use them again in the future!

Eric was one of my contact when I requested for a metal roof samples. As he promised, these samples arrived at their store location exactly as he mentioned to me. When me and my husband picked them up, one of the staff who sat at the first front row was also very helpful. He also showed us some underlayment samples for the metal roof. Not only hes knowledgeable about the product, he offered us other items and brochures as well that they have in the store. What matters most was that we knew what they have in the store . In the near future, we will come back again. Good customer service, keep it up!

Do not allow this company to deliver products to your home for example I was getting a new roof and the roofer hired this company to deliver The material there were two younger kids driving the truck had no idea how to drive it basically pulled up against my house leave in a hole in my driveway two big ruts in my driveway and my walk area also breaking the concrete on the pathway to my house upon arriving at my home the driver came and knocked on my door and said here sign this and when I asked him where he said I don’t know Anywhere is fine assuming I was signing for them to drop off the material not knowing or being informed that it was a waiver like I said to them my fault I should’ve read it but maybe educate their drivers more on how to explain to customers the way everything works instead of causing damage and now with a claim filed the waiver will be enforced and they are not taking any responsibility for the damage is done it is just ridiculous

Great bunch of guys. I needed one 2x4 and cut to size...these guys didnt hesitate to offer to cut it at no extra cost. Thanks guys.

Good products but the guy on the forklift who was suppose to help load just sat on the forklift and let me load it after he asked me if I wanted him to do it because thats part of his job description. I pay the money you load it for me, or at least put some effort into your job.
