Decided to install a new stereo system in my sons Jeep Wrangler and found everything we needed to do that (including mounting plates, adaptors, etc.) here. Jack and his son were EXTREMELY helpful in guiding us through the installation process even though we came back many times with questions. These guys are awesome!

Its easy to trade in games, DVDs, records, etc. Pricing is very fair, and everything Ive purchased has been in great condition for being secondhand. High prices. No cash return policy, only store credit, which isn’t stated anywhere on the receipt or in the store. Owner changed from nice and helpful to a jerk when I showed him the amplifiers manual that stated a larger wire was required. I need a few more things to install the amp I bought from him, but I will never shop there again. Too bad, I was looking to install amps and speakers it 2 vehicles.

Terrible! This guy convinced me I needed a steering wheel interface for my wifes head unit it was 70 dollars. All I came in for was a wiring harness and dash kit that was 30 dollars total. Turned outi didnt need the 70 dollar interface. So I went to return it. He would not return the product he knows that I paid for. Terrible would not recommend

I thought this store would be different and have more retro stuff when I first came in. Even though they didnt have what I was originally looking for, they do have a very good selection of all kinds of cool random stuff. After looking at some knives, the one I wanted didnt spring perfectly (not bad, just not perfect) and the (owner? employee?) was more than accommodating because of it. I also asked him if they had Donnie Darko in stock, and he said he had it at home and would be happy to bring it in. Gave him my number, and within a couple days he called to tell me he had it in the store if I wanted to come buy it. The customer service here is what all other stores should aspire to be: helpful and friendly without pestering you. Also, the store itself has a good and reasonably priced selection, and the location makes it easy to find and get to. 5 star place, definitely recommend checking this store out if youre ever just browsing around.
