I found Family Carpet very professional, very helpful, very competitive in pricing, and installation was quick and beautifully done. Cindy helped me choose carpet in my price range. They have a good selection of remnants at reduced prices for smaller spaces. By the way, they do linoleum and vinyl flooring as well. I highly recommend this company to you.

Chuck was absolutely wonderful. The flooring is amazing. I love the Deluxe Vinyl Planking. It is so much better than Laminate. He even came back to change out the transition strip from the hall to the bathrooms. Great experience with Family Carpet Center.

Ive had the pleasure of having Chuck and Cindi in our home to do some carpet for us, and they really are the best! They are extremely personable and helpful- as well as honest. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are experts in installation too, and very careful- not like other places that have left my walls or baseboards scratched or scuffed. Turn out fantastic. We had both carpeting which Cindy went through great efforts to find exactly what we wanted and we love it and we went with a tile that we saw in the store and it turned out absolutely beautiful.

Quality work and very good family business. They are honest, fair, and absolutely trust them whole-heartedly. Weve moved twice in the past ten years and theyve put in carpet, laminate, and engineered hardwood. They all look great. Chuck and Cindi are the best!

I have dealt with Chuck & Cindy on several occasions, twice with my own home, they are great to work with and the work is done so well, I just had the floor redone on my entire house, great job even around a stone hearth. I highly recommend them.

I enjoyed working with the family - very nice people and very helpful as I chose my carpet and dura-ceramic. My carpet was installed in a very curious way - threads sticking up in the doorway to one bedroom, and the dining room piece running the opposite direction of the living room piece. Also, I dont recommend dura-ceramic. By the nature of the product, getting it sealed is a multi-visit challenge, which means water gets down between the tiles.

Talk about a business and a family that goes above and beyond! I cant thank Chuck and Cindy for helping us so much and doing an incredible job!
