As a woman walking into this store there is was an opportunity to feel uneasy as I knew what I wanted and I hoped that I could articulate that to whomever waited on me. I ended up working with Jacob and Jason both. When there was a problem with the item I purchased, Jacob made sure my door was retrieved from my home, fixed and then returned back to me. Customer service at its best!

Very bad experience with ordering windows from this company. It has been 8 months are we are still waiting for them to send the correct windows. They have sent the wrong ones 2 times. Both times the size was wrong. The 2nd order the window was broken. Still waiting for them to make it right.

I went in last week to see about interior and exterior doors for my new home, the old guy at the far right side of the counter was completely rude, no idea how he is still employed, someone else tried to help, much better customer service, he told me to grab some brochures and get a feel for what I like, then come back in with a set of the plans for the house.I went back in today, the guy with customer service skills wasn’t there, of the 3 other people that spoke up, none of the had any interest in helping me, then the old guy at the far right end of the counter decided to see if he could top the rest of them with rudeness,I have no idea how a place like that in a relatively small community like Redding can manage to make it with all the office types being rude, short and uninterested in helping, I’ll gladly spend my money anywhere else but there!!

Knowledgeable and helpful in the showroom. Lots of samples and displays. Busy shop making doors for all the building going on now.
