Very helpful staff. Said hi when I walked in. Asked if I needed help. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable on the product. Clean store and very well stocked.

Went mid-day on a Tuesday. They were not open. No sign or notice on the door. Two other customers came while I was in the parking lot trying to call - no answer or voice mail. I had not been to this location before and was hoping to buy local. I reached them the following day and they stated they had opened late to afford people to vote. A posted sign would have been helpful and encouraging to customers turned away, rather than feeling a disregard that we made trips that were unproductive.

The blonde lady was super rude. I was going to buy more but she kept following me around and being creepy. I just wanted to leave. Bought the rest of my stuff at GNC.

Prices are good. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

New to Redding but not to The Vitamin Shoppe. I came in needing a multivitamin and Lori and Winterhawk gave me so much valuable information about how to maximize my health and performance! Ive been working out for years but they schooled me on stuff I had somehow never heard of before! They have tons of super affordable varieties of anything you can think of. We talked about the pros and cons of all the different products and how they interact with one another. I appreciate them going out of their way to help me find the perfect supplements. They even told me about the local gyms in the area. Im very grateful to have this Vitamin Shoppe and the knowledgeable employees here in Redding, CA.
