My husband and I are younger and we went to a couple other spa places in town before going to affordable spas. When we went into other stores in town no one gave us the time of day. Acted like we weren’t there to buy a spa, then when an older gentleman came in everyone tended to him. The second we walked into affordable spas Robert the owner came over right away helped us and let us look at the entire inventory! So attentive and helpful! We found the spa we loved and also was within our budget! We bought it and set a date for delivery! Robert and his team came out and set everything up! Made sure we knew exactly what features our spa had and how to work it before he left! Every time we go into affordable spas Cindee and Robert make sure we have all the chemicals we need and are so personable and helpful! Thank you both! Affordable Spas is a great store. Not only do they give good service but the workers are very friendly. Theyre a trustworthy business and I am glad I went to them to get my hot tub. They answered all of my questions as being a first time hot tub owner and explained how I need to take care of it. The set up was all taken care of and the maintenance instructions very helpful. I had a question a few weeks later and called them. When I called Affordable Spas Inc. to get it to my house, they were so prompt and professional. 4 years later and many service calls to Robert, we decided to get a brand new one after the old one stopped working. I have known Robert for over 10 years. He used to work for a different spa company. I bought my first spa from him and he did a great job explaining each spa and setting mine up. He had a very easy going nature back then and still does. He is professional and very knowledgeable. He is never to busy to talk to you on the phone and he has made several trips to my home over the years for small issues with my cover and also for checking measurements for a swim spa which I hope to purchase from him by next spring. He has had backed up orders on them. I have only talked and seen his wife a couple times but she is nice and knowledgeable too. Great Service, Attitudes, Professionalism and friendliness. Robert even went as far as calling one of my neighbors down the street to ask if I could stop and check out his Swim Spa before I purchase one. Which I was allowed to do. What an amazing company I can’t say enough about them. My 13 year old child has colon cancer and was suffering from pain. I called Affordable Spas, ordered a hot tub and financed without leaving my home. The tub wouldn’t be delivered for a month but Cindee knew how much my boy needed this hot tub. When a customer delayed his delivery Cindee immediately called me to see if I wanted it. I said yes and she had to me in a week. 💙

After cleaning out the old strawberry bed to get it ready for new sets and mucking out the stall to get ready for the next new calf, I really needed to soak in our Caldera Martinique hot tub. The sun was setting, making it my favorite time to enjoy the spa. With its salt water system, it is always ready to use. It so seldom needs any attention. Just dip the test strip in the water to confirm that all is well. It has so many lovely features. My favorite is the salt system, since it is so nice to my skin. It has jets for every achy part of my body, adjustable lights, waterfall, stereo system, hydraulic cover lifter. All this and the utmost in customer care and service. Thank you Robert and Cindee. I recently wanted to buy a hot tub & I had no idea where to start. All I can say is WOW! Our first time buying a hot tub. We walked into Affordable Spas and met Aaron. Friendly, knowledgeable and we didn’t feel pressured in any way. We had such a great experience that we actually didn’t go to any other hot tub places to look around. When our hot tub was delivered, Bill and Dominic were so kind and patient. They took the time to keep moving the hot tub until it was exactly how I wanted it. They explained all the bells and whistles and how to test and use chemicals until I felt comfortable with the process. You can also call anytime with any questions if needed. As with most of my large purchases, I meander for about 2 years trying to figure out what I want, what I want to spend and who I want to give my hard earned money too. Well, after going to lots of sports, boats and home shows, (prior to Covid), it was time to make up my mind. I walked in to Affordable Spas and I knew right then and there that I was going to give them my business. I felt at ease and welcomed when I walked through that door. I purchased a spa from another dealer in town and I was buying my chlorine cartridges from them over the past year. I ran out of cartridges, and went in three times over the last three weeks. Each time, I was told they would be in shortly, and then yesterday said they were on back order. I then asked if anywhere in town might have them. The owner relayed to their employee that nobody else in town had them and on back order everywhere. They indicated the same with another product I bought from them. I found Affordable Spas and found that yes, they do offer these as well as other places in town. I was lied to by another dealer that nobody had them. Robert at Affordable Spas was great, did not take advantage of me, and did not push me for his business. But I will go to Affordable Spas for now on, found them great to deal with! The guys that help with the install are excellent and the customer service is fantastic. I had a minor problem within 24 hrs. and within a day, someone was at my house to get it right. My experience with affordable spas was so great!! Cindee and Robert were an absolute pleasure to work with! They made the whole process a breeze. I was so lucky to walk intoAffordable spas last summer. Not only is their product superbly rated, the attention I received from Robert made it such a confident choice. What a pleasurable experience, from entering the showroom to todays soak 6 weeks later. The jets are powerful, plentiful, and perfectly variable. The lighting is attractive and the water sparkles. Deeper seats and higher options are a plus for cooling down or submerging, and the lounge is perfectly designed for comfort. There isnt a place around the tub that ISNT comfortable to relax in, and the controls are easy to operate. I cannot find anything I dislike about the Caldera Spa process, and the knowledge and personalized service from Robert and his family made it ideal.

My husband and I have owned several hot tubes and I can easily say that Affordable Spas has been the best company we have ever worked with. They are family owned and have great prices. They have an excellent delivery service and have been there for any questions we have had. They are by far the most trustworthy people you will ever meet! Just purchased a Azure Hot Tub from Cindy & Robert. On my first visit we shared laughs and was allowed to look at all the inventory. They made me feel comfortable, no rush, no hassle and no pressure to buy or buy something out of my price range. Financing is easy (if your credit is approved) Very, very easy install. The Hot tub is QUALITY! (I can only spend about 30mins in it) They jets are more than enough to massage joints and muscles. Plus its running on a 110 outlet, so no heavy electrical conversion. If you have EVER thought about getting a hot tub, I would do it...get your money right for about $100 payment...and its smooooth sailing after that. Hopefully in 5 years or so I can upgrade, but I do really like the Azure. Conveniently located in the Enterprise District!

We recently had the pleasure of finding the most wonderful hot tub store in Redding, CA. They are called Affordable Spas. From the minute we walked in the door, we were treated as if we were the only people in the store. This purchase will be our 3rd hot tub in 22 years and so we have had lots of experiences on this process. Not always are you given this amount of attention and information on their different spas which includes warranties and services. Robert, the owner wrote our information down before we ever left the store and so when we called back to make the purchase he had it all down and could access it quickly. We were explained all of the ins and outs of how the warranties work and how they stand behind their products after years of working with several different spas. One of the advantages of choosing this place to purchase our spa is that they give a veterans discount which means a lot to us. Not many of your smaller businesses will honor those who have served their country. We were able to buy one of the spas from their showroom floor and they were very accommodatingon working out a very quick time that we could get our hot tub delivered. We live 90 miles from their store so it is quite a trip for them to make but that is all included in their service. They also haul away the old hot tub and accessories . The set up went very smoothly and Robert was also very kind as to assist my husband with some of the wiring . My husband is knowledgeable in wiring but so many things have changed since we had our last one installed. Robert had the utmost in patience when working with my husband. Robert brought along his son, Dominic, who was also very helpful and its interesting how much knowledge he has already amassed while working with his dad. Never once did he offer any resistance to whatever his dad asked of him, unlike a lot of our kids would. Although we have only had the hot tub less than a week, we already know that it will work our very nicely and the new Salt System that they have seems quite nice. However, we have been given 4 months on deciding if we like it better than the ozone system we had previously. We would absolutely recommend Affordable Spas to all of our friends and relatives. We have very rarely been as motivated to write a review but this experience should not go unrecognized for how very special it was. When Chase and Dominic brought our spa to us, they got it all set up and spent time showing us how to work it, they were very curteous. If you are thinking of buying a spa I highly recommend Affordable Spas. We bought our spa as an early christmas gift and I cant believe it took us so long. Their customer service is the best and Robert has been so helpful with my new spa owner questions.We ended up getting a model a little bit bigger than I originally planned and it has been perfect because my kids can get in too and I still have space to actually relax! Our whole family loves our spa!

Robert, Cindee and Chase are all awesome. When I started looking for a hot tub I stopped by Affordable Spas and was greeted by Cindee who took the time to show me all the models they had in at the time and answered all my questions. When I returned with more questions I talked with Robert and he gave me contact info for an electrician and saved me labor of pouring concrete by letting me know about their hot tub pads. Chase was awesome when it came time to deliver and made a 2nd trip out once the electrician was ready, even when it started raining on us. Weve used our spa plenty of time over the past few weeks weve had it and not a single complaint, we love it.If you looking for a great spa with local family friendly customer service then you need to check out Affordable Spas. My husband and I purchased a Freeflow Tristar from Affordable Spas and it has been one of the best purchase we have made. We use it almost daily.
