HANDS DOWN WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I own 2 buisnesses a here in town and am so blown away by my experience with them. Said if we rented a tractor over the weekend we would only be charged one day if the time stamp was under 8 hours. Had an employee tell me he would call me when the tractor arrived to talk about it and work it all out cause he couldn’t do much without the tractor there. They were trying to charge us for multiple days with the time clock at 5 hours well they NEVER CALLED. Charged me anyways for a weeks amount and then I called back and they said oh sorry I stepped out of the office you can come back and get it if you would like.!!! I wouldn’t have returned it if I knew I was getting charged a weeks amount but you never called like you said you would! especially when we have spoke to you guys almost everyday and you knew it’s just been sitting on a trailer trying to get returned and acted like it was no big deal. Totally was nice and explained everything the man anger was rude and said too bad pretty much and said doesn’t matter what any employee says even if you come down and point them out. Will never rent here again. Watch what you are told and read the facts cause they are trying to get the most money possible and do not stand by there word.

Friend rented and was repeatedly told one thing by employees, that apparently the owner/manager refuses to stand by. Customer service and your word should be more important than a dollar. If you need money so bad you are willing to lie and steal from your community to get it I feel sorry for you!

Hoping owner will change things in his management. I own a rental company and would never treat people like that manager does. He’s the big dog and no one matters apparently.

Been in tears all morning from this place saying one thing and doing another. Employees should be held responsible for saying things that aren’t factual. Makes me sad that big businesses like this know they can screw anyone over Because it won’t matter. We do matter. If someone tells you something don’t write there name down and time, ask for a manager cause they won’t care.

I made reservations two weeks out for a trencher and a trailer (had to be two weeks out, because that was the earliest they had equipment available). I showed up at my scheduled time and was told they had the trencher but not the trailer. I guess reservation means something different to this business than it does to me. Not only did they fail to keep their word, but they refused to deliver it to me to fix their mistake--they had the audacity to say it would cost me $100 to have it delivered, even though they dropped the ball. Worst of all, they know they didnt have any trailers before I arrived--why didnt anyone call and let me know so I didnt waste a trip to their store? Why wouldnt they let me know they couldnt keep their word and give me time find alternate plans? Probably because Rental Guys doesnt care about customers. Oh well, they lost me as a customer for life sue to their failure to keep their word and failure to fix their own mistakes. STAY away from Rental Guys. Ill rent from a reputable company that isnt staffed with tweakers.

Rented an excavator for a week from these guys and they were awesome - especially Jason who handled the delivery and pickup. High quality equipment and service. Thanks !!

I rented a barrel sander & sand paper got it to the house called someone to help unload. I live north of Lakehead it wouldn’t start it had sandpaper jammed uparound the roller. Tried to get it out didn’t want to be responsible for damaging it. Took it back & was accused of putting the paper in incorrectly. They unjammed it & reloaded it. I never even got it started I could see the jammed paper. The person renting it was rude, unprofessional, no discount or apology was offered. They obviously don’t check their equipment upon return. They didn’t check it out whenI returned it either. I give it no stars however it wouldn’t let me post until I gave it a star

We rented a drum sander to refinish our ancient pine floors that were covered with gouges and layers of paint. The equipment worked first rate! The floors really look awesome and the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this outfit to anyone. Thanks.
