Found Redding All Terrain Tires on the internet. I was preparing for a trip and my Moto Guzzi Stelvio needed tires. I had ordered tires from Cycle Gear, but their website was misleading and didnt ship as stated. Still havent shipped. Anyway, stopped in Redding All Terrain Tires and spoke with Terry. We discussed tires, he happened to have a rear tire in stock and said he could get a front tire in a couple days (this was Wednesday). After a little consideration, I had him order the front tire. The tire arrived today (Monday). He installed the tires immediately upon my arrival at the agreed upon time. He was efficient and competent, and the tires make the motorcycle look good. I got a great set of tires and a fair deal from Terry. I definitely recommend Redding All Terrain Tire.

Terry was amazing! I was a stranded motorcyclist on a Sunday and couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone till Monday.When I called him first thing Monday morning, he told me straight up that he didn’t have the tire. He recommended I call the only dealership in town that was opened on a Monday that starts with a Y. He was willing to turn away business so that I wouldn’t remain stranded. Unfortunately that dealer doesn’t understand that a stranded Motorcyclist always takes precedent. When I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes the service advisor told me they were three weeks out and there was nothing they could do. I later called back the owner and he apologized and had a very serious talk with that service advisor. I called back Terry and he snapped into action. He ordered the perfect tire for the bike, and it was ready exactly when he said it would be the very next morning. His prices were also terrific. I highly recommend this business.

When you need new tires or work done to your bike this should be your first stop!To begin, I cannot say enough about the owner/operator Terry. He is professional, friendly, timely, and knowledgeable.I came across this shop when I was riding my motorcycle across the country. I happened to catch a nail in my sidewall and I needed to find a shop that could get the job done quick and right. I called all over trying to find a shop with the right tire(s) I needed. Riding a BMW adventure bike, the sizing was not common. Terry was able to find the tires in short order when no one else could! Further, Terry understood I needed to get back on the road right away, so he stayed late and helped me get the job done! Four thousand miles later, tires are still riding fine!I also need to mention the pricing, its the best Ive seen anywhere in the country (Ive lived and ridden all over). I typically change my own tires at home because its just too expensive to have a dealer do it. If I lived in Redding, I would have Terry do it because his prices are so competitive.Lastly, Ill note that Terry is active in the community. An individual came by handing out flyers for fundraiser to raise money for the family of a fallen fire-fighter, Terry not only agreed to pass out flyers to his customers but he made a donation himself. Its great seeing a business owner personally invested in his community.In short, if you need tires or have a bike issue, this should be your first stop!

I will have more to say after my appointment on Monday. Seems like a very nice shop. Im getting a new rear tire put on my HD motorcycle and all my oils changed, clutch, motor,. And secondary. The owner was very helpful on finding me what I needed. So Im looking forward to Monday.

Needed a set of tires installed during a road trip i made from Canada, He had both tires installed within an hour on a CBR 954 !! Tires were still on the bike when i delivered it to him. Well balanced, perfect job - Super service- reasonable prices, highly recommended.
