Dropped off four forged wheels & tires to be shipped to Minnesota. They packed and shipped them through UPS for far cheaper than even the UPS store quoted, and were confident they could pack them without risk of damage in transit. They did a 10/10 job! Arrived without any damage at all and the receiver even commented on the quality of the packing job.

I’ve tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt but each time I go in the employees are rude to me and act like I’m inconveniencing them. I thought the first couple of times they were just having a bad day and brushed it off. I’ve since gone back a couple more times and still get rude service. I want to support local but I get better service at the post office.

Its Christmas morning and I just discovered that multiple things were stolen from the boxes I sent to my family members. I dont know if it took place at wrap n pack or through UPS, but somewhere in transit someone stole stuff from me. I am livid.My experience was great up to this point. Again this could have happened through UPS.

Nice local business; best place to ship. You can compare the prices & services of all major carriers. I shipped a package and was told USPS was best price, but after adding insurance FedEx turned out to be better.
