Ive been here several times over the last year for gear and FFL items, and found all the employees to be friendly, knowledgeable, funny and super helpful. As a small female I was looking for a CC holster that would work for me. They took the time, found the perfect piece and even allowed me to test before purchase. Lots of guys dont like dealing with women in these environments, but not here! They were so accommodating and kind!Thanks so much guys! I know Ill keep coming back!

Was told the ammo I bought was new. When I tested out the ammo, it was getting stuck in the barrel. Took my AR to a local shop to take out the live round out. We measured a few rounds and found out that they were reloads and not NEW like they sated. Called evolution sport and they said sorry no refunds on ammo, the ammo is new sorry.

Good place for aftermarket weapon parts. Also ammo. 📯🎗️

Rude customer service as other people here have said. They think because they know slightly more than the average gun owner about guns and gun laws they are allowed to arrogantly talk down to customers. There are much better gun stores in the area who actually want to help you. Avoid these guys.

Good group of guys working here. Wide variety of parts no matter what kind of firearm youre working with. Also very reasonable fees and policies especially when youre an idiot and miss your DROS pick up date.

I did not know this place sold firearms or ammunition until a friend told me about them. Their service was great and the technical instruction on ammo types and other firearm features was superlative. I look forward to doing further business with them.

I came in today to get two cans of green gas for my Sai 1911. As I was leaving I dropped one, and the can shot across the room like Elon Musk had called it home. We could only stare as it soared around the store. For 11.99 you get a lot of propellant. When it was all over, I grabbed the empty can and tried to leave with what dignity I had left. The owner called out, “Hey! Get that guy another can!” And I was given a replacement for free. Five stars.

I seldom expect great customer service at gun stores during the pandemic but they found a way to disappoint. Luckily I didn’t complete the transaction and left. Looks to have had a great selection though.

Today was my first time in this store. The employee that helped me has no business in consumer service. He made me feel like I didn’t belong there. That’s a very big deal with gun store employees. a lot of them think they are better. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

***Update***Came back the following day and met the Saturday crew. They were very nice, informative and professional. The individual I met last time was not present and I purchased firearm. Will come back.Very rude to customers asking basic questions. I am convinced the only reason they have anything in stock is because of thier terrible customer service.

The only place I go for my gun, and now airsoft needs. Very knowledgeable staff, that don’t try to oversell. They set me up for airsoft for my son, and myself. I am very happy with both recommendations and price. They really went above and beyond helping me understand what I needed and didn’t need. Actually saved me money!

I went in with questions about my AR (new to them), Taylor, Tyler, cant recall the name was just awesome, he helped me out with a quickness and showed me some stuff, even had the gunsmith put it on to show what it would look like on mine. Then I decided to go a totally different way with it and without missing a beat he helped me set up and get what I wanted, really liked his customer service, nice job dude!!

I came here after going to another shop that had poor customer service. Being a first time buyer this was important to me as i had questions. As i arrived it was busy very. However an employee still asked if i needed help. Pointed me to the correct line. After asking questions and getting information i needed being new in all. I made a purchase. The process in all was long ( first timer) you need to do your safety test. Start a background. So i spent a good 2 hours here. Mind you its busy right now because of everything going on. I did read the reviews posted and i can see why both good and bad. However my experience was made easier by ALL the staff. Im glad the other place i visited was rude because if i do purchase more in the future. This will be my store!!

I went to Evolution Sports for a couple of questions I had....I was helped by a big caucasian fella, did not get his name, heavyset. So I am asking basic questions, every answer I got the man was extremely rude. Before he helped he was talking to perhaps a friend of his and I feel as if his conversation was interrupted by me, which was not my intention. However, what bothered me the most was the simple fact that as I asked questions, the staff member kept reaching for his firearm. It really made me feel uncomfortable, since I started my conversation with him my hands were crossed and visible to him. After I asked half of the questions I had in mind I decided to just leave because I really thought that gun was about to come off that holster. Not going back there. The simple fact that I was the only minority in that room also made things a lot more awkward. Horrible experience.

Great experience here, staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the fire arm we were looking at ( ended up getting, and love). Never got frustrated with our questions and explained the process very well. We will definitely be going back.

Had the displeasure of being helped by the overweight guy here. Barely said words to me. Had a terrible tone like it was such a chore to be working, and gave me incredibly short replies to my questions on his opinions like I did something to upset him, which I didnt just wanted some information and his opinions. The other employees here and helpful for the most part. Not buying a gun or anything from here now, going to turners or bass pro.

This place is great. They always have everything I need, down to the smallest part like a channel liner for a Glock. That and the staff is always super cool. You should definitely check it out.

This is a great local firearms/firearms related shop. The prices are great on not only firearms, but ammunition as well. I actually made my first firearm purchase here, and they helped me out alot. It can however feel a little awkward in there at times, but its a great store over all with cool staff.

These guys are knowledgeable and professional. I was bit nervous that Id be dealing with gun shop gurus, you know-- guys who are alphadog know-it-all types who go out of their way to prove you know nothing, as has been my experience at several IE gun shops.Absolutely NOT the case. No posturing, no b.s. Just a bunch of highly professional folks willing to help out with whatever youd want to buy. This shop has earned my repeat business.------------Minor update for 2020. I had asked the gunsmith for some help with my pistol. He put me down for what I asked and said he would fix it but did not make accurate adjustments (to equipment they previously installed). While driving through Nevada, I stopped at range 702, threw some bullets down range and still had problems. The gunsmith there took care of the problem for me. No charge. The shots stayed in a tiny group within the circle on the target after that.I still give this place a high rating and will continue to shop here for the things I need.

I have been visiting this store for the past 2.5 years now. Both owners and their employees are awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable. You have questions or concerns, they have answers and solutions. I went into this store for the first time 2.5 years ago as a very novice and inexperienced person when it came to firearms. They were helpful and never made me feel uncomfortable due to my lack of knowledge on firearms. Through my many visits to the store for purchases or just to say hi to the gang, I have continued to learn a great deal from Evolution Sports. I am a customer for life and highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Avoid the guy with the red hair and beard with glasses, he is rude and nasty, besides this they do not refund your money if you do not pass a background check on firearms, other than that the rest of their employees are ok but still seem to lack the quality of having nicer attitudes, there’s better places to go and get treated like you matter

I walked in the door for some Ammo and was greeted right away. I asked the person that greeted me if they had the Ammunition I was looking for. He was with another customer at the time and said if you can give me a few seconds I will go in back and look. After a short polite wait he returned with exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. I highly recommend Evolution Sports if you are looking for Air soft, Paint ball, Radio Control, or Real Ammo. If they dont have it most likely they can get it.

I bought an airsoft gun and it did not work properly. Took it back very next morning to exchange. Store person took gun apart and messed with it for 20 minutes, then said he fixed it. Well, he actually messed it up more and would not exchange it. I asked for exchange as it clearly states on receipt that they dont refund, but exchange. The store person was very visibly shaken because Im sure he knew he damaged the gun and he should have just exchanged it. In summary, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I know you should have made an exchange when I purchased gun the afternoon before and came back next morning. It would have been the right thing to do.

One of the greatest places for people that are new to owning guns to go to for help. All employees except for one of them are very knowledgeable and helpful. Stupid people that have a screen name of 420 and talks about people WITH JOBS being on drugs need to stay home and wait for you government check and shut the f**k up

Please, whatever you do, do not purchase from this store. They are thieves and basically stole all my 10 year old sons birthday money. Currently in process of disputing charge with credit company. My brother went in with my son and purchased an airsoft pistol for his birthday. They were quick to sell, unknowledgable and rude. When they got home, the $150 pistol would not fire. As I arrive home from work, my son is distraught as he spent all his saved birthday money on a broken pistol and equipment. I tell him it will be ok and took it back to the store the very next morning. When we arrived, the salesman whom stated he was management took the pistol to the back and messed with it for 20 minutes and claimed he had fixed a BROKEN gun we purchased the night before. OK, my response was we still would like an exchange to ensure this gun is fully functional when I take my son #airsofting later that day. This salesperson refused to exchange the BROKEN product he sold a 10 year old due to it being used. Used? How was it used when you claim to have just fixed an inoperable pistol you sold the night before? So I took my business elsewhere, and upon arrival to the new shop I had multiple people take a look at the pistol my son bought from evolution the night before. Here was the conclusion, evolution sold us a very used product and claimed it was new. Even worse, when they took the gun apart, the two pieces didnt even line up which is why the gun was malfunctioning. It was two different parts of a gun! If the gun was a display model, which it very visibly looked to be, by law evolution sports needed to verify this before transacting. The wear on this gun was not from shooting off one clip, this was months worth of wear. And I have proof! So, so shady, and to do this to a 10 year old! Evolution refused to exchange a broken gun due to it being used, when THEY sold used broken product! To a 10 year old! Just extremely bad business guys, I will warn everyone I can.

Prices are a little high but I hear theyre also negotiable. Great place to get what you need to build your AR-15. Very knowledgeable staff and constantly asking if you need help finding anything. Hurry and go in to sign the petition so that Governor Brown cannot take away our 2nd Amendment rights

I bought my first pistol from these guys and the experience was flawless. Chill staff, explained everything to me. Had a great experience.

Paintball: If you have a LUXE, Ego 10, or some expensive top notch gun, this is the place to go if you want to be admired. If you have any beginner markers... be advised you might feel a bit talked down to, or get a sense like your guns not good enough.... If you can buy the parts and fix the gun yourself... this is strongly recommended. Customer service is sometimes available and sometimes you have to wait like any other place that deals with their customers only when they want to or feel like it. Decent Variety, decent attire, etc.

Employees were very kind and helpful in every way. Showed me all around the store, and showed me how to work the gun I bought properly.

I have been a Customer with Evolution Sports for over 10 years now. I started paintball and went to evo right off the bat. From paintball I jumped to airsoft, and finally ended up here on firearms. Every time I have gone in the store I have had a great experience, the staff have always treated me the same, with respect, and always able to answer any questions or concerns I have ever had in regards to a product. Will always do business here and keep my dollar local.

Its hit and miss here some days they are great willing to help other times they blow people off completely, for AIRSOFT you looking at paying a little more than other places, PAINTBALL its about even and sometimes a little under. And FIREARMS your paying about even with ammo bros and under turners.If you can get their attention your likely to get some decent answers when it comes to paintball and airsoft, when it comes to guns and ammo again its hit and miss.

I have only really used this store for firearm related services; ammo and PPT. I used to work in Redlands so it was nice having a local place to find ammo, and do the odd PPT. Overall its a great store, sure prices are a bit higher however they carry a wide variety of goods.

Not recommended for airsoft. Their selection is abysmal and theyre more concerned with making a sale than customer service. A jack of all trades but master of none. It seems like they only carry airsoft to expand their customer base and get unwitting customers to buy stuff they cant use. The first time I came in I brought my bb gun in to avoid getting the wrong stuff, but the guy that rung me out gave me pellets instead of bbs like he has no idea what the difference is. Fortunately I also have a pellet gun, but they dont even have the right caliber bbs for the gun I brought to the store in the first place. He guy should have told me that they dont have that caliber instead of trying to sell me pellets for a bb gun. They acted like they knew their selection sucked and you can either take it or leave it. Theyre like a car salesman; you cant tell them you dont know anything.

I dont understand why everyone is writing such bad reviews. I started going to evolution about a year ago and they have been amazing ever since. I started as an airsofter and eventually moved to paintball. When I need help with airsoft things they were nothing but helpful and kind. When I need help with my polar star they did there best to help. When ever I go in to get my paintball gun fixed or buy new parts for it they are nothing but nice and help me right away unless they are helping someone else. I highly recommend this store.

Bought and airsoft gun took of home fired 3 shots and broke took it back and no refund or exchanges if I would have know that I wouldnt have bought it there.....very disappointed!!!! Ok update its two weeks later, I had to drive down to kwa to find out they never told the store to fix it, and up buying the parts myself then brought over to Glaze sports where I should have bought it from in The 1st place they got the gun running and ready to go. So the run down is after paying $47 on parts that were already broken for being dry fired. I wish I could post the picture of the paperwork but it wont let me. Oh forgot the price that evo sports gave me was $78 to have the gun fixed. Also today I noticed the fake reply by them on my post. Ive also showed that to kwa and they were very shocked that they would lie like that. Anyways i swear on my life will never shop there again, will make a video and post it soon, and will tell all my airsoft community!!! Ive been a customer of Evo since 2004 after getting into paintball. Taylor and Dan immediately earned my business with honest, real customer service. They took the time to listen to all of my questions, and answer each thoroughly.After returning a few times, they remembered my name before I knew theirs, and would steer me towards products that fit my involvement in the hobby, and more importantly, away from those that didnt, even more expensive ones. Bam. They had my business.Since then, Ive gone through them for equipment & help with airsoft, RC planes, and firearms, and theyre always spot on, because they are IN the hobbies they promote, and they dont sell things they dont find value in.The store is always clean (even the bathroom) and immaculately merchandised. In every instance Ive ever overheard, Dan and Taylor both treat their customers and employees with dignity and respect. Ive taken the time to observe several instances when a customer enters the shop for the first time, new to a hobby, and needs help. Dan and Taylor ask questions, listen to answers, and use noob-friendly language.Highly recommended, because Ive never found a hobby store within 100 miles that even comes close in quality of gear or service.

Generally okay. The gentleman who helped me with Airsoft was splendid. Helpful and great to talk too, and recommended some great equipment. Got a propane adapter and some silicone oil from them for use on my GBB rifles.However, checkout was uncomfortable. I was told that they would price match, and this turned out to be mostly false. You cannot compare against Amazon, Evike, Redwolf or any other company I enquired into.The gentleman who helped me check out was rude when I asked him to recommend a site that is match-able with them and could get me a decent price on the adapter I wanted. I was scoffed at and told that He couldnt disclose that information. Ended up paying 30 dollars for an adapter that is 19.00$ online. Guess its my fault for not doing my research, but still.In summary: good store, good selections, but prepare to be scoffed at if you ask for variable pricing. Customer service was hit or miss.EDIT:After response from the owner, to which I agree with, I must make some changes too my review.Though I didnt like getting scoffed at, I do understand that turning a profit is important. That said, I didnt need to be treated rudely.

If I could give this shop negative in the stars.. I would.. Horrible customer service.. They belittle you if youre a beginner.. Nothing but cocky arrogant staff.. This shop is much closer to my house.. But Id rather drive down to San Bernadino to Quickstop. Sucks to suck.

The customer service here is completely inconsistent, sometimes i go in and ask for help and an employee arrogantly blows me off, other times the service is great and i get good deals. It honestly depends on whos there. For paintball, they are alright most of the time, although ive had some bad experience with them before, I took my paintball gun there a few months ago because it wasnt working and ended up having to bring it back three times after they had supposedly fixed it, cost a hell of a lot in gas but i had already paid a hefty amount for the fixing of the gun. But other times ive gone there for airsoft guns and equipment and gotten great and helpful service and fantastic deals. Never gone there for actual guns before, but in my extended experience with this shop...airsoft: pretty good service and advice, but inconsistent as always with this placepaintball: ok service most of the time, though again its a hit and miss situation

Very helpful employees. Went in looking for an airsoft mask. They have a decent collection of paintball/airsoft masks, and the staff were experienced with airsofting and have actually used enough of the masks to give very valuable opinions about which are good. Price was fair too, and the mask I got was actually cheaper here than it was on Amazon.

Went in to look at their RC selection. They had an entire wall full of RC supplies. I checked Amain and other internet sites to discover they had the same price. There O.S. motor was priced $60 cheaper than Amain, Nitrohouse, Horizon Hobby. I spoke to Lewis who is a book of knowledge. He patiently answered all my questions. I drilled this guy with about every component on a 1/8 scale nitro buggy. He gave me the information I was looking for without even having to ask. Like what rating do I need to start with on a servo etc. This place is the best and I did not even make it around to all the firearms and ammo they had. I guess that will be another day. I do not mind ordering from online places when I clearly can get a better deal, at least 15%. However, nothing beats walking in/out of a place with the product needed for the same price as online.

Besides being the only place in town, they are very helpful despite what people have said in their reviews. I have never gone in the store and havent had at least two of them ask if I needed help. Maybe years ago when the workers were young, but the ones that have stayed are very helpful and knowledgeable. I do all my ffl transfers here and obviously all my painball airsoft needs get met at evolution. Yes, prices are a little msrp but if you cant afford to play paintball at msrp you probably should pick a cheaper sport or get a better job. Anyway, they do know they are basically the only game in town, but in the end they get the job done.

This place is a great alternative to gun shops when it comes to tactical gear, as theyre not in the business of fleecing all these doomsday preppers for every last cent before the zombies take over. So if you need a rucksack, MOLLE vest or holsters in the price range between surplus and zombie-fighting gun store, its a decent place. They also sell a small amount of .22lr stuff like S&W mags.Customer service is a joke. If you dont look airsoft, youre not going to get helped. If you look like a noob, youre not going to get helped. If you look like you dont fit in with their little squad of teammates, youre not going to get helped. You need to be alpha as hell and control the transaction.I dont know. Maybe theyre just gamers and dont socialize well.

I have had a horrible experience with this shop. i ordered a barrel and was told i would receive it in a week. after the week went by they told me it never came in and was promised within the next few days. i never was contacted so i called back and it still hadnt shown up and once again i was promised a no later then date. after this happening three times i called once again today which is the day after i was promised the third time. i was told its not in but only a couple more days. i asked to speak to a manager and that never happened. i then asked for a refund since this seems that im not going to get what i ordered. they told me no cause they didnt order the part and told me i would receive a store credit only. when i explained that this isnt a normal situation they said they wouldnt make an exception. it is a couple days away from a month now on an order that was promised in a week. they have not once contacted me to even inform me on my order. i will not spend any more money with this shop or recommend anyone to it. i recommend you stay away and find another shop in the area.
