Carbonara is well-balanced and came in big portion. Came on a Saturday lunch time and it wasn’t crowded. Great place if you are looking for a quiet corner in orchard.

Went there for breakfast. Nice cozy place. Food and drinks taste excellent. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Its a walking distance from Paragon.

I really quite enjoy the food at Kith. Its delicious and across all the outlets, the environment is always pleasant with good service. Today I was served by Hannah who has a sparkling personality that added an extra cheer to the excellent service!

Food was pretty good. I was starving so i ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and an iced black coffee. Coffee could be better. Service wasnt the best. I was disappointed with the service. But will be back for the food if i am in the area

Its great to be back at one of my fave cafes. Was early for an appointment, couldnt resist trying the Apple and Olive Oil cake. Dessert first before lunch. The cake was light and delicious, love that it wasnt too sweet. My coffee was good as always. For lunch, I had the Loaded Cajun Popcorn Chicken, enjoyed it.

Kith cafe has all the food i love in one place with staffs that are outgoing, friendly and loud!Even if you have special requests that seem like it cant be done they will try their best if its possible. What i like is that they will not hesitate to change your order and give you service recovery if you tell them you are not satisfied with it. Always apologetic and open to criticism and will always work on being and providing better. :))

It is the restaurant of Ascott Orchard Serviced Apartments, which is different and a good idea. The food at Kith is good and tasty. Open from 6:30 am to 10 pm.Communication is a bit difficult. The service from the Filipino ladies was good.

Avoid at all cost. Even if you are hungry and its the last place open. Completely overpriced mediocre food and horrible service.Paid 44 dollar for a salad and burger.They forgot to give me the burger.How is that even possible.And the cutlery.The food was also very mediocre. Worth 10 bucks max.Go to Newton Food Centre or Plaza Singapure. Anything in Singapore is better.

I had a great experience dining-in at this café! Its one of the few cafés with good quality food, free wi-fi...and is open until 10pm! The atmosphere is cozy, clean and has fantastic lighting. I arrived two hours before the closing time as my school café had shut down unexpectedly. Even so, the staff were still upbeat, warm and accomodating. The waitress, Joan, is a hidden gem! She was extremely sweet, charismatic and has a wonderful personality. I was the only one dining in, and she took some time off to talk to me while fulfilling her duties! She truly is a gem! The food was fresh, delicious and arrived in double-quick time. The iced latte was highly effective in helping me stay awake as I cramped for my finals. I will definitely be back!

Its a bit hard to locate the cafe but there are directions provided from the parking lot to guide visitors to enter from their back door. Their latte is solid with 4 shots of espresso and the staff will inform you when ordering. Food is good and cafe has free wifi and charging points for us to do work. Service is great as well and the staff is patient to accommodate your requests.

Brunch & lunch are good. Tiramisu & chocolate cake are so so. Price is higher than other cafes. Service is slow. Remarkable thing is not so busy here because out of the main street.Overall, here’s OK.If you look for the place where you can relax with your friends, this brunch will be one of your option.

Very very average food at best. Avocado was not very ripe. Scrambled eggs are OK but a bit cold. But the cafe is quiet and good for talking, and slightly cheaper than other cafes in the area. Service is quite fast.

The service crew staff is very friendly especially Chris, he is very welcoming with the customers and provides excellent service with the ice water as well as instructions for ordering off the online menu.

Out of all the Kith cafes, this spot has to be my fav! It’s in a central location yet never too crowded to the point I don’t get a seat. I enjoy the quiet ambience here, it’s perfect for a chill catch-up over brunch before running errands in town. Friendly staff, efficient service and great food, 5/5!

One of the best breakfasts in SingaporeOn appearances the menu and interior look like a standard diner, but dont be fooled. The simple breakfasts are exquisitely executed....soft scrambled eggs with smoked sausage and mushrooms, seasoned and selected to pair perfectly together.The nuanced attention to flavour and seasoning was surprising and delightful. This restaurant punches WAY above its weight class in quality.Someone running this place really cares about the cooking, and it shows.

Pleasant Cafe with amazing service. Their location is also great, in town and slightly away, perfect for a quiet afternoon. Go for their Kith Breakfast, large portions with superb cooking, scrambled eggs cooked perfectly although their poached egg could do with a bit more work.

Generous portion for the Granchio pasta which tasted good and really enjoyed the coffee. Breakfast set was OK.Service was disappointing. When I arrived, I volunteered my name and that Id ordered self pick up from Foodpanda. Was then advised to have a seat while they check. Sat there for 15 mins only for them to pass me the wrong order... and that was when they realised that my order was actually ready at the counter when Id arrived 😔...Honestly didnt mind the boo-boo as there seemed to a few other orders.. but just as I thanked them and was leaving, was told in a cold and almost condescending manner that I should just my order number next time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Suggestion: how about you just ask people for their order number when they arrive?Also, was surprised to see the staff handling the bread for the set without gloves or tongs outside the kitchen witu P2HL going on.

Excellent and exemplary service:The staff were very polite, explained in details why the coffee came late (machine was undergoing cleaning as they felt the coffee was too bitter). Service with a smile.Later on when one food dish was accidentally left out, they compensated with a complimentary cookie bag after serving the food. Didn’t have to, but it was a really nice gesture especially for this festive season!Thank you for the pleasant experience despite the small hiccups! Good recovery, and will definitely return.

Disappointing and misleading experience for lunch on a Saturday. Kith Superfood Salad was fine but pumpkin soup was bland, lacked salt/pepper, the croutons were soft bread chunks and pine nuts would benefit from being roasted first. We came because of the HSBC Entertainer app which provides for a 25% discount off the bill when dining in. When it came time to pay, we informed the staff at the cashier that we would like to use this offer. The manager Mabel advised that the company policy is that the Entertainer offer cannot be used on weekends. This is not shown on the HSBC Entertainer app terms & conditions, which states - and I quote - that Offers are valid 7 days a week any time during the issuing merchants trading hours, unless specified on the Offer and minimal exclusion days apply. There was no variation of this provision on the terms of the Offer - the only condition is that this is available for dine in customers, which we were. When we raised this with Mabel, she was extremely unhelpful and did nothing to alleviate the situation - only saying that management reserved the right to change the terms & conditions. Kith Cafe should not benefit from the advertising on the HSBC Entertainer app if they are going to mislead consumers in this way, and they should train their managers to have some customer service skills rather than just saying nothing and staring blankly.

Kith Cafe breakfast menu is always the best. Good time for brunch on the weekends.

The beef was truly medium and tender, the potato crisps were really crispy, and the whole combination of wild rocket salad-lovingly sliced beef steak-potato crisps-Parmesan cheese was heavenly!

I preferred the robertson quay outlet to be honest. Coffee was wayyy too strong i shouldve said no when the staffed reccommended 4 shots. Then again im not enough of a coffee enthusiast to make an informed opinion so yeah. Steak had a slight charred taste to it. Salmon was ok.

Worst matcha latte ever . Powder not melted and undrinkably bitter. How such a thing can cost 10 $.If its necessary to charge high price because of the location, they should serve descent quality at least ...

The food is acceptable. I give 2 stars because of the coffee. For Vegetarians or vegans...options very limited. Scrambled eggs full of liquid almost dripping. If you order delivery they are highly inefficient...they don’t bring your orders complete but they charge you for it and never send you the missing items. Service in place is very slow.

Tucked at a corner of orchard road and its quite a walk behind the Heeren Mall. Food and coffee here is decent but pricey. They have this kids corner that is decent enough to keep kids occupied while parents can have their slow brunch and chat. The salted chocolate cookies is really nice but as expected its expensive.

The Staff just said that i cannot use my Entertainer App before 11AM and we ordered 10:57AM thats whyni was not able to avail the 1 for 1. Talk about customer satisfaction. In the app, theres no written rule about it also. talk to your vendors about this.

Quiet place, generous portions, avocado was a bit watery, probably bad luck... I personally dont like sweetened drinks, but their matcha latte happened to be, unfortunately, sweetened...

Very nice place and ambience. The food is good too, especially the truffle fries. Only factor that does not align is the cost. It is more on the expensive side.I ordered crab pasta, and there were 2 occassions where I bit on a bit of broken shell. Not really complaining, just that it may be even better with the high cost.

Your favourite Kith flavours (tasty, hearty meals at a slightly high price point) at a new location. Space is slightly small, and I believe its shared with hotel and event guests. Phenomenal service when I visited right after the opening.

My partner had his food served in 15minutes, I waited for additional 15 minutes and asked about it. Only to realise my food was left at the kitchen, it came COLD. Not room temperature but cold. Returned it and they simply microwave it and not apologetic at all.Asked for bill, waited for 15minutes again and didnt come. Asked for bill 2nd time and it came. Restaurant only had 4 tables of customers.Indifferent attitude service staff.

I really loved the food served and the service had. Bernice was especially helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Thankfully the cafe is tucked in a corner, under Ascotts Residences, so its not as crowded just yet. Parking is also convenient at Ascotts itself.

Went for breakfast at 6:40ish, we were at the door and the waitress was standing by the service desk but didn’t notice us. I had to greet her instead. She stunned.. I thought the cafe was in preparation and asked her ” are you open ?” She then offered us a seat.The $16 ( looks and tastes like reheated food ) pancake standard just doesn’t match the premium price.The cafe latte is soooo strong in cafein. My heart still beating fast after 3 hours. Robusta bean ? My body says yes!

Nice kith bf set and yummy granchio

Im used to going to the Bukit Timah branch of Kith, so I thought Id try this one to meet a friend for lunch.Its on the ground floor next to the Ascott hotel in Orchard. The main door isnt immediately obvious so improved signage would help.I ordered the lunch set and asked for it without chicken, to which they kindly obliged. Note: they dont offer Student Specials here, unlike the BT branch.Staff were attentive and helpful and even after my friend left, they let me sit there reading my book without ordering anything.Kith has a laid back vibe and the food is really good. Although I didnt try any cake here, I know they have wonderful cakes at the BT branch so I suspect its the same here.Note: toilets are down a corridor, presumably shared by the Ascott hotel guests, and as such they are clean and well-maintained.
