Ive always enjoyed CBTL for variations on coffee and tea drinks. Unlike their competitor, I like their teas the most. Their cold brew teas are refreshing. Their pumpkin Chai ice blended is always a nice change from the PSL.

Stop by to get an iced blended mocha. Was not the best service nor the worst. Drink was made to my liking.

Whenever I passed by Redlands, I just spare my time to come by to this place and buy ice blended,It’s awesome taste and good that’s the reason why I always come here.But one evening, I came and the baristas serve d a person in front of me, after done with that person,so it’s my turn. But instead serving, she just keep enjoying chit chat with his coworker.She didn’t say nothing to me and I’m just standing in front of cashier machine, it’s look like I’m invisible for them.Anyway, I just tried to be positive thinking “ ok May be coz they are too busy to full fill online order” and they are only 2 people and keep talking each other. Without bother that there’s a customer standing.I usually gave a tip at least 30% to this place but Because I was mad with their service, I didn’t give that evening, I just want to take my drink and go.After they finish make my order, I said thank you and have a good night, no even reply, still they are too busy talking.

This place was really nice to check out. The workers were really friendly, they were really helpful in helping me find a drink that would suit my dietary needs and I got exactly what I wanted.It was really cool to see art on the chalkboard drawn by someone local, a very nice touch that goes a long way to make the place seem more than just a branded coffee place.I do have the say, it was crazy how amazing the bathroom looked. I feel bad that all I had to do was wash my hands. It seemed as if it was an altar to the gods themselves and I was insulting them by not taking a dump there. Hopefully Ill be able to fulfill that in the future. But for now Ill always remember how clean and amazing the bathroom looked.Highly recommend the coffee and EXTREMELY recommend using their bathroom. You will be amazed with every part of your experience!

This location is now my favorite fast and friendly staff and my drink was probably the best peach Ive ever had

As with all coffee places I just wish there would be some consistency. I order the same thing every single time I go to a coffee place and sometimes its really sweet sometimes its not sweet at all sometimes there is an inch thick of caramel at the bottom and sometimes theres almost none

Had a regular hot macha latte. A bit sweet for me, may be perfect for someone else. Was not chaotic around 2 PM, discount available via the social hour app.

This is my favorite coffee shop to pick up my order from. The street parking is convenient for just pulling up, grabbing my drink and jumping back onto the freeway. I love the Vietnamese cold brew.

I was in the mood for a drink forthe long drive home amd I was pleased that the staff asked me what my likes were. We settled on a blended mocha with a bear claw to go with it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and tidy. Situated right off Orange Street comma access was easy and the coffee house was simple to find. I sat down here before and Im glad I returned.

Cool place. But one thing . Please if the establishment could unwrap the burrito out of the package before heating it up in your microwave. I really didn’t not enjoy the paper melted burrito. I thought that was a given fact but next time I will ask for it.

I got the Vanilla bean cold brew and it was really strong and I had to add milk to even it out. The pure vanilla Affogato was strong too.

Holy f$#@! This place is amazing! James the employee there was super helpful and friendly. The carmel macchiato, Oat milk frapee and strawberry banana ice milk were absolutely perfect!

They discriminate against the medical exemptions and religious beliefs on not covering your face. Ive been there several times without a face covering and one particular lady would not serve me because I did not cover my face.

Come here everytime Im down the hill best tea ever my favorite is Jasmine Dragon hot tea you can also get this cold. Its a green tea and if you are ever feeling under the weather the hot tea is awesome I was in the hospital few years ago had major surgery and could not stop throwing up even with all the meds they gave me my daughter got this for me and not long after drinking this it settled my stomach and allowed me to heal faster as I was noooooooo longer vomiting.. the staff at this location is awesome and always super friendly!!!!!!

This is a pretty amazing little coffee shop. I think its favorite place to get coffee in Redlands. The staff here is super nice and friendly they also get you your order pretty rapidly.

They. Are. Always. Awesome. I would prefer to clearance peruse not on Christmas day this year though. These beautiful workers deserve a day with everyone they cherish outside of needing to make drinks for their fellow people. Lets keep supporting them and consider paid December 25th with only vital public human rights organizations open, eh? Best ice water this side of the Sylvan Park.

So much better than Starbucks. I love that they carry tea! My favorite, out of the few Ive tried so far, would be the Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl (green tea). The service there is great as well, very friendly employees! Very personable.

The service here is excellent! They always have a wide variety of treats and the specialty drinks are made very well. Ive never had a bad experience here. The app is a must-have! I dont come here all that often, and I still get deals and discounts through it.

This was my 1st time to the Redlands coffee bean.I asked for suggestions and she said mango Tea.Explained I didnt want anything too sugary or sweet she said OK lightly sweetened.At the T it was delicious but super sweet.I ask for 2 more refills of ice in it to water it down.It was clean and nice place.When I walked outside there was wet paint but no sign. I got paint on my bag. 🙄

By far my favorite coffee bean and I live in Los Angeles county. Whenever I am in redlands, I make it a point to come here. The staff are so knowledgeable and polite. They will really make sure you get something you would enjoy. Wonderful wonderful place!

I love this Coffe bean location. The staff is always nice. Never too long of a line unless I go early which is understandable. Bathroom is always clean too. Excellent all around.

Customer service was lack-luster. Seemed like they didnt want us there (17 people) so we obliged and took our business elsewhere. Not racist or mean, just youngsters who didnt want to work for their money. Supervisor must have been gone around this time.

This place is very nice, with very good products and super service. A nice thing is their daily selection of both coffees AND teas (which are actually BREWED, as opposed to coming from a bag, box, bottle, or can). Baked goods are normally quite good, but some are seasonal. Oatmeal, parfaits, and an assortment of packaged salads and sandwiches help cub the munchies. And as one other reviewer noted, their coffee is easier on the stomach. Finally, their app definitely helps with regards to earning free goodies, and finding other CBTL locations (a HUGE plus if youre in an unfamiliar area). 🤩

I generally feel the Coffee and Tea leafs keep their quality store to store. Despite the location being fairly well in size, there are a lot less menu offerings than at other stores. The front display isnt always packed and stocked with all their offerings, but its a quiet, clean place with this of parking. Good coffee!

Coffee is good. Ambiance and service is also good. However, the bagels are not real. Dont know where they get them, but better ones exit.

Very clean inside with good temperature. It was busy inside but they had available seating outside which was convenient. Barista was welcoming and got my order correct.

1st time there. Great customer service. I had a raspberry blended tea thing. It was tasty. But i gotta say: the best thing is the Malibu Dream! It has no added sugar! I know this cuz i go to Krispy Kreme & they have em there. Its better than Starbucks cuz if ur not a coffee lover the stench of coffee there can kill ya. But not here. It was pleasant enuf. I used the wifi there. It was cool. Ill go there b4 Starbucks any day.

A nice local chain coffee shop with colorful chairs and good coffee. Blink your eyes and you could be in a Starbucks. Very popular with students, nice outdoor patio.

Went today and my drink was great but not exactly what I wanted. The service was great too, at FIRST!! The barista his name was James, well he made a small mistake by putting whip cream when I said I didn’t want any. So I politely asked him if he could take the whip cream off, and he got SUPER defensive and basically TOLD ME I LIED about saying no to whip cream. And since he was being so rude about my simple request I was fed up and just left with my drink as it was. I didn’t like this customer service at ALL from James . Hope he doesn’t do this to anybody else .

Staff is rude! Barista was so busy flirting with a girl in nice heels he didnt make my coffee. I had to ask after waiting entirely too long. And then he basically told me he would get to it. Rude!!!

Its up to the baristas if they want to hear your whines, as they pour you some of their delicious coffee or tea, which probably is the same damn arabica bean they use at Starbucks.
