I moved my prescription service to rite aid on Ford Street in Redlands thinking it would be more convenient since it is closer to my home .This is the worse service I have ever experienced. Every time I use this pharmacy there is always one prescription they “ claim” was not sent .Several trips are always made with long wait times. The attitude of the employees is horrible. The pharmacist who’s name is Ngozi has a horrible attitude ! I had to wait 30 min and my prescription was the only single slip in the box waiting to be filledI will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere.
I had made an appointment at the Redlands Rite-Aid for the Moderna Covid-19 shot over a week ago and I was sent at least three notifications, the last on 8 Sep 2021. Each of the reminders had the correct date and time with a confirmation number. I purposely chose this Saturday morning in case I had an adverse reaction, I could recover before my next work day. I arrived 5 minutes early, per the instructions on the reminder, only to be told we dont have the Moderna vaccine ready, we forgot. I could return another time. Then, I was told my Medicare card was invalid. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone with Medicare. It is a valid card assigned to me. Per Medicare, the clerk at Rite-Aid was lying or incompetent.I was going to try and return on Sunday but something came up and I now cant get the shot for two weeks. The next time someone says I need to get the Covid-19 vaccine, I am going to tell them about this experience.
I cant give negative stars as a rating or Id do so. The personnel at the pharmacy have the worst attitudes. It doesnt matter when you arrive, youre bound to be treated as if youre a nuisance & theyd rather do anything other than talk to you or assist you in any way. Im at the point where Im pulling my prescriptions from this pharmacy simply due to the attitudes of the staff. As a side note, they will soon stop taking GoodRX for discounts, so added reason to find a pharmacy that wants my business.
Always professional. Very friendly staff
Slowest. Pharmacy. Ever.Wasted 45 minutes of my day waiting for something that said it was ready to pickup.
I think the problems i was experiencing last month were mostly due to a temporary staffing shortage and or work overload plus temporary techs being brought in...it seems the usual staff is back and all is back to the normal smoothness we have come to rely on. Thank you again to all of my local rite aid pharmacists and techs .
I’m liking the New Sign!!
Rude stuff!! And very disorganized, go anywhere else
Associate Don makes every visit, to this Rite Aid, a pleasant experience... whether hes operating the register, scooping ice cream or assisting on the floor, Dons illuminating personality will continue to bring me back... he is the definition of service with a smile😊
I shop at this rite aid about every 2 weeks as its closest to my house. This last time I had to wait 20 minutes for my prescription (which is completely reasonable). I had my 1 year old with me so we were playing around the aisles while we waited. I bought my prescription and my goodies and left. I then had an obviously uncomfortable worker follow me out to my car and ask for my receipt. I had just spent over $100 here and am a regular. It was so incredibly rude. This is why rite aids across the nation are shutting down. Get some better management and treat your customers with respect. Ill drive the extra 5 minutes to CVS from now on.
Newly renovated open floor plan. Team members always greet you when walking in.
Went to get a persciption transferred from a different pharmacy to this one because it would be cheaper to get it filled here. The pharmacist asked why then said no it wont claimed they dont take GoodRX when they are contracted to then refused to even transfer my persciption or get the name of the perscription until I tore her a new one. Flat out refused to transfer my antidepressants because she didnt make the order in time to make it the next day. Told me to go somewhere else.
I love that for a pharmacy, it also has a Thrifty Ice Cream counter. Excellent for the summer.
Went to get my daughters flu shot on January 7th 2018 the pharmacist didnt even come to talk to us she had her assistant tell us know she cant give her the flu shot because shes not allowed to my daughters 10 I called the Rite Aid in Redlands and they said yes come we can. Dont waste your time going to this Pharmacy that certain pharmacist is lazy and rude I saw her attitude when she was even talking
Nice and clean and staff is really friendly to you
On more than 1 occasion, twice within the last two days I have waited over/nearly 10 minutes before the staff calls for a second/back up cashier. Poor management in my opinion. CVS it is! Over this disregard for customer service.
The entire crew is very friendly and helpful.
Friendly service and good prices
Great pharmacy quick services, less wait time
I just like it because its close to my house plus Ill be on my way with some icecream.
Nearby, friendly helpful staff.
Doesnt stand up to the level of service or inventory that is expected from Rite Aid stores
Good store
Great service!
