First off I would like to say that I was with this storage for a couple of years. I had gone through some very difficult times. Heather was the most amazing person. I honestly was treated with so much respect and compassion during heartbreaking times but they worked with me every step of the way. Amazing staff. Heather is the best of the best. If you need a storage, for many reasons I would always recommend secure self storage off Redlands Blvd. Thank you for such awesome customer sevice and keeping my things safe through all these years.

We came in on Wednesday 7-7-21 and spoke with the Manager Heather. We inquired on storage and she informed us that her facility was full, but offered to look at other SecurCare stores in the area. This young lady had come in out of 103 degree weather, was clearly overheated, and managed to maintain very friendly, helpful, and upbeat customer service. She offered us ice cold bottles of water, which was wonderful as it was incredibly hot outside. She wasn’t able to locate a storage spot at the other stores in the area but offered to put us on a waiting list. We accepted and she took down our information, we let her know we would be needing a large space by 7-16-21 and possibly 2 more, for storing equipment and tools for my husbands business. We had looked at other companies and could have rented a spot with a couple of them, but because of the customer service and dedication of the Manager, Heather, we have decided to do business with SecurCare. She called us today and let us know a large unit will be ready by tomorrow, and we are relieved and impressed. Thank you Heather for showing us service on a level we haven’t seen in 20 years, in a time where kindness and true interest in customers has all but died off, you have held on to the old school spirit of customer service and being just a genuinely good person. I hope your company takes notice of your efforts, your attention to detail, your work ethic and gives you credit for a job well done! Thanks again.

She had AMAZING customer service, and made my visit stress free. Once again a very convenient location on Redlands Blvd. Heather the manager rocks, shes always eager to answer any questions I may have, when shes not out on the property cleaning up or sweeping. Ive had a storage unit there for a decade now, great folks to do business with, great place for all your storage needs

Ive been using this storage facility for at least 4 years and theyve always been very willing to help. Fadia was amazing. And Heather is OUTSTANDING!! shes always willing to help and she keeps that place looking immaculate.Great choice for your storage needs.

Saw on the website that a small unit was available at this location. Which is great because it is right around the corner from where I live. Made the reservation online.When I pulled up with my truck of stuff Store Manager Heather (a very friendly and personable employee) thought all the units were rented out. After checking the computer, she informed me that First come, first served and proceeded to take my information to rent the unit. Things went very smootly.The only problem I really encountered was the online contract. E signing my name and initial was fine but it seemed a little long and sometimes confusing.

Ive rented here now for several months and have had no problems. I find it easy to access. The billing is convenient with auto pay. The lady I dealt with when originally securing a locker was real helpful and able to quickly and completely answer all questions I had. I would (based on my experience) certainly recommend this business if someone was looking for extra storage.

We use have our things there but the manger Heather is a bit of a drama queen an tends to do things that arent above board then when caught throws the tenit under the bus an they get the boot wasnt happy with her flirtatious actions towards my hisban

Unit was broken into here. Also two peoples units broken into the same day. How did they allow that to happen?

The staff is the upmost professional, polite and kind. Any questions I had were answered with hestiation. I never had any issues. I would recommend them everyone. Clean grounds.
