Quick and friendly! love Target and drive up service is simply the best

You can NEVER do a full shopping here unless you walk into the store. Example: There are NO paper towels available for delivery. I can get my normal multi-surface cleaner by pick-up only. I can get my normal body wash by shipping only. I would have to go to 3 separate stores if I wanted delivery or drive-up for a full shopping, BUT everything is actually in stock if I go to the store after work and shop myself.

Youll find just about everything you need here, and at the moment they are practicing social distancing measures. Very helpful staff as well. Some of their self checkout machines were broken when I was here but that was the worse of it.

I love Target and really miss going into the store but I do a lot of curbside pickup. Thank goodness they do it! I am extremely happy with my Target and the Target app because they finally got the bugs out of the app and make it much easier to navigate. I am a technology teacher and if I was having trouble then they needed to make some changes...and they did! Way to go Target!

Sloooow cashiers. I unfortunately got in a line with a cashier that was so slow, and didnt realize that he needed to use the scale to weigh the fruit of the customer in front of me. When the manager came to help, he debated her about how to do the transaction. Twice! Same debate. I got out of line to check out faster with another cashier. What a waste of time.

You will get everything of need here. I have rarely come disappointed from Target. Prices are reasonable and you have lot of options as well. I especially like their home furnishing section as they have several things that you can get. These days due to covid you need to keep social distancing and also use masks. They also sanitize the shopping carts frequently. I also lik ed that they have displayed huge banner and boards indicating CDC guidelines. Also, there is ample of parking outside which is helpful.

Lots of parking and nice people greet you as you enter. Customer service is very nice. Support section always open. Kinda nice. Great selection well organized. You can find everything. I would highly recommend it.

One of the nicer Target stores that Ive been in, well stocked, clean and organized. They have a Starbucks inside as well as a Pizza Hut express snack bar which is nice. They also have optical department, Pharmacy and a grocery section with produce, Frozen and Dairy. Employees are friendly and helpful. Large parking lot.

I used to shop at Target with my family at least several times a month. Staffs are nice when you make purchases; however, after I experienced a horrible customer service today I dont think I will go back there for a while. It left such a bad taste in my mouth.

A large location with a good selection! Self-checkout is a breeze and rarely has a line. Theres been quite a few times random areas are out of stock or are messy, but nothing crazy. Ive always had a pleasant experience shopping here.

Everyone I know already knows about target. I can recommend the company to them for the unique and different things I find there.

Drive up is awesome! I love how quick and easy it is to pull up and get my purchases loaded in the trunk without having to go inside

Ben, the store associate who helped me at the Customer Service Counter was extremely helpful in processing my return. He asked clarifying questions and assisted me to the best of his abilities. He is a new associate and didnt have his own name tag yet. I was very pleased with his assistance.

First time writing a review for anything, but damn. Ive been coming to this store for about two years and its really, really gone downhill. Theyre always out of something on my shopping list: today it was zero-alcohol mouthwash and antacids, last time it was medium-firmness pillows. Id say four out of five times I go to this store theyre out of something I need. Avoid. Youre better off going to the Fred Meyer across the street or the Target up in Woodinville.

Tl;dr;: Its a super Target, but its super understocked and underwhelming.EDIT: tl;dr: Its mid-March and this Target still trashed. Its even worse than it was right after the holidays. Im not sure what the issue is as they seem to have a normal number of staff and the staff are generally nice and helpful. But if you look at my new pictures youll see completely trashed shows aisles and the clothes aisles were worse even. You would think in this higher dollar area that the quality of the store would be higher. And completely crushed product going on the shelves. Im not sure whats broken here but something is.Original Review:My first thoughts about this Target were that its awesome, its large, its a super Target. This was pre Black Friday. Now almost a month after I cannot understand what is wrong here. The store has a ton of employees on the floor but they dont seem to be getting anything impactful done. Theres multiple empty carts (or carts with things that need put back where they go) crowding aisles, multiple carts of distro that need put on the shelves, and constant cases of empty gondolas that crowd aisles when they should be removed or restocked and better placed. All of the aisles seem bare, like this place is having a going out of business sale. The only good thing is its a super Target and if your looking for a selection you have it, if its in stock. The employees are friendly and are the only other thing good about this location. They need an after hours reset to get this place back into shape if they want to look presentable before the end of the holidays.

Terrible customer service from a manager !!!!! But Christopher needs to be promoted as he was extremely helpful when I spent $300 there. I’m extremely disappointed from someone who is a manager in the hospitality industry.

Usually great experience with finding what you need, always clean well organized staff is often helpful highly recommend this location for day to day needs.During the rush hour too many people in the store and some people don’t keep the social distancing,You can find almost anything you need but not the men rain boots specially you need that a lot in Seattle because it rains a lot unfortunately you can’t get in here this branch. You should put men’s rain boots with many options I’m sure you will sell a lot.

I want to report that i had an excellent check out experience on 11/10/20 at 1:26pm with a cashier who i think had the initials of td. i didnt know how to load the app, for the discount, on my phone. this cashier was extremely patient and helped me with the process. she also didnt make me feel bad for not knowing but was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. this was a wonderful experience with customer centered treatment. i want to highly commend this cashier for her patience, understanding, and excellent customer service. td makes your store shine. i am asking the store to recognize this cashier for excellence in customer service. thank-you

As a previous phone operator for this store, I know that I should not have been waiting 40 minutes on the phone for someone to answer one question. I understand COVID-19 has affected many businesses in very difficult ways, but with that, there needs to be better customer service both online and over the phone. Please try to be more diligent about catering to your customer’s needs as it’s a very frustrating experience to sit on the phone for so long knowing that I could have had my problem solved in 5 minutes max. As well, I was hung up on twice and my question was never answered. Feeling pretty disappointed:/

Its very easy and not a lot of fuss. I feel very safe from virus and love the convenience of picking things up that day or the next. One of the least hastle free way to get things you need. Only way to improve would be to offer refrigerated/frozen foods, but I understand the difficulty of this without major construction.

This is a decent run of the mill huge Target stores. No complaints as such.

Bought this tent here at this location back before the pandemic hit. Finally took it out last weekend and it was broken. Some of the support rods had been broken in manufacturing. Tried to return it and was given no real help even when it is still sold online. Very disappointing that they sell broken products and will not return them because of it being a seasonal item for the store itself. It isnt like you guys are franchised from your online. Do better Target. Never been so disappointed in you and your help.

Staff at this store extremely nice. Best place in the area for kids clothes. Only place where Good Dirt is available.

Since September 2018 the shelves are often empty of items that are commonly needed. For example: I purchase the same brand and flavor of yogurt on a weekly basis. Since September I rarely have been able to purchase because it is never available. This the same story for many items.Employees are often in the aisles complaining to another employee (often management) about their scheduled hours and other employees work ethic. Sounds like a lot of finger pointing going on. As a customer I do not need to be privy to the complaints of the employees.On the weekends the aisles are often blocked with staff stocking shelves. It is hard to get around.This used to be an amazing store with employees that were happy and would ask how they could help. Not any more. A typical check out will often include no eye contact and not a single spoken word. Disappointing.

Easy to order and pick up either curbside or instore.

This Target store is a good store to find clothing, entertainment and electronics, home decor, and groceries. This is a huge Target store and with a bigger size store means restocking shelves can be a challenge. Usually I can find what I am looking, but there are many of shelves in different departments that are empty.

I couldnt be more thankful of the local Target Redmond employees. Still working despite whats going on, they should be praised and valued more than they are.I walked in on Saturday the moment they opened with 7 others... nobody aside from me bothered to greet or acknowledge them. Nobody thanked the cashier who was clearly dealing with a lot, including an employee who decided to no-show and called out the moment of their shift, not giving enough notice.Theyre likely short-staffed, tired, and working to do their best. Hopefully being compensated accordingly, but likely not enough to deal with bad attitudes and entitled customers.

I have always loved Target but it is getting more and more frustrating shopping at this one and online. Grocery stock-outs are getting so bad it feels like they’re going out of business and hardly worth trying to shop there because you end up having to go somewhere else. Their app almost NEVER accurately knows what is in stock in the store. And the cash register experience is getting worse; using gift cards has become needlessly complicated. And you have to watch like a hawk to be sure you get the gift card deals and discounts shown on the shelves. Buying online is no better. I’ve repeatedly ordered something shown as available only to get an email a few hours later saying it’s not... then another asking if I still want it... but that order results in the same “whoops we don’t have it” email. Store staff is good; it’s not their fault. Daniel in electronics has been particularly helpful and an example of an employee who puts customers first and goes the extra mile when I bought my new iPhone.... unlike the girl there I dealt with last year buying one as a gift who assured me the recipient (who is on my Verizon account) could activate the phone later when he opened the gift. She had blatantly lied to me; the recipient’s existing phone was immediately deactivated and disabled. The gift surprise was ruined. When I complained to her later she pretended not to know what I was talking about - again lying to my face. You need more people like Daniel and fewer selfish liars like that girl who looked like she was still in high school.

It was so easy to order and to pick up. Seems like it can help keep target team members safer since it can reduce the number of people coming into the store

Dont shop at this target because their employees dont keep physical distance from you and also being rude. My wife and son was looking for the shirts to go with our sons pants which we already picked out and this employee named Kim was busting in front of them and telling them that you guys messed them up after I told her to keep the distance. I was so upset with her because she put us in danger of getting Covid-19 from her and her being rude to us, the customers. Its unfortunate that we will stop shopping at Target from now on. My wife used to love shopping there before.

The women at checkout named Da at the Redmond Target is the best . She is friendly, kind and gives recommendations on things in the store on sale we may like. I will wait in a longer line for her to check me out. She is truly a gem her makes the shopping experience personal!

Great store better collections.

I ordered online for in store pick up. Got email that my order is ready. When I came my order was not ready and they were not able to fulfill it. So they cancelled my order. I lost all that time driving to the store and back. Very disappointed!

I went grocery shopping during the pandemic and they were wiping carts at least, but they really should limit the amount of people inside. It’s hard to practice social distancing when they are jammed full. I’m disappointed because they are doing the absolute minimum and nothing more.

They got everything here, and its always clean. Favorite target ever. Lots of parking and minimal traffic so Im able to get spaces closer to the front doors pretty easily. This is the most well kept target Ive been to so far. You dont see a lot of misplaced items. And if you do, its minimal and in the clearance section.The employees approach you and you dont have to wonder around looking for someone to ask a question to. Really great staff! Damaged packaging on items is minimal, too. There are quick to get it off the shelves. I hardly ever see empty shelves, though.They have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut here. You can literally spend an entire Saturday here.Probably the only complaint I have for this location is the bathroom trash cans are always overflowing but other than that I love this place.

Target has a very wide assortment of items which are needed by every family on a day-to-day basis. Moreover the staff are, ever so friendly and ready to help, if required. The aisles are well marked and the prices are very competitive, making TARGET an ideal store to visit and shop. Thank you.

Target is always great, copious selections, good prices. Clean and tidy. Wide isles, easy to navigate through the large store quickly. Very smooth experience. Customer service is obviously well trained, which I think is A ~ A+ level. Also, cashiers in this store are relatively nicer in the area per my experience.

Absolutely disgusting store! Worse kept/organized Target I have ever visited. Bathrooms and floors were dirty and in a way a health/safety concern.

Target carries so many wonderful products! The people that work there are kind and helpful. I love walking the aisles and finding the things I need and a few bonus treasures along the way.

Great selection and value. They just rearranged the store and it is layer out much better than before. Although this can be confusing at times. The mens clothes can be surprisingly fashionable.There are now 4 self checkout lines which has added a lot of convenience to check out.

Need to wait for 15-20 mins in my car to get my pick up order delivered to my car.

Nice Target. Have lots of grocery store food, milk, produce, etc. Safe area. Friendly, helpful staff. Seems I can always find an employee to ask if they sell something or where it is located while shopping.

Went in for a game, had it in stock and price matched it no problem. Clean large shop with a large selection and wide aisles. Plenty of servers so no waiting. Suppose it would be better if you didnt have to price match though, I wasnt the only person in the queue doing so. I would have gone to the shop with the decent price if I didnt have a gift card to spend after all.

I love this Target. Its huge and the staff are all super sweet. You can buy cheap cute clothes and they also have a maternity section. Bras arent as good as some other places might be, though. They always seem to fit wrong on me, so I wouldnt recommend them for that. However, in every other way, they are a great all purpose store!

Target is great! They have pretty much everything you could need from clothing to homeware to food and more! Definitely use the cartwheel app - you can get great deals that may not otherwise be posted. The target red card is also great, you get 5% off literally every time. The best part is you dont have to open a credit card, they can just link it to your debit account.

Never had a bad experience at this location! Well-kept, and can occasionally find a great clearance deal. The pharmacy staff is great!

There was one employee, while I didnt catch his name, which I should have, was the nicest man. I mistook a top for being on sale. I could have SWORN I saw the clearance tag on it, and totally got it from the clearance rack. But when I got up to the register ... not on sale. They even offered to check the top for me, it was not on clearance. Bummer! I guess I went a little crazy for a second, but this nice employee discounted it for me anyways. Made my night. Will def. be going back for all my Target-related needs. :D !!!

Selection in this store is great, service is always mediocre at best. Shop here weekly, am yet to encounter a friendly employee. All the employees seems to either be brand new and inexperienced, or hates their job and doesn’t want to be there. I’ve made one return which was a grind because the employee claimed I couldn’t return an unused item because it was on clearance. I had to read the policy to them from the Target website to resolve the issue. Today, I asked if I could have a price adjusted on an item which was on sale earlier in the week, then went on deeper clearance today. I purchased the item for $21 on my red card, and it was now $11, I asked the employee at the customer service counter if I could have the price adjusted, he said I could and just to bring it in. I went and got it, came back to the store a short time later, and another employee tells me I can’t because it’s a clearance item.That’s fine, if it’s their policy I’ll live with it. But it was more than a little frustrating to have my time wasted by an ill informed employee.

It’s a place place but the deals aren’t that great always. Make sure to check out deals and off, compare it with other places since this target is really close to other similar shops and then make a decision cause you’ll save a good amount $.The staff is sometimes friendly and there’s a Pizza Hut inside which makes shopping fun. Grab a free cup of water at Starbucks inside! Great fashion items and accessories.

OMG what an experience! First the store is disgusting and dirty, especially the bathrooms. Im pretty sure I stepped in pee. Then the aisles are so disheveled and the staff is absolutely lacsidasical. But the worse part was when I went to the counter to buy a pair of pants. There wasnt a tag, so instead of the cashier asking an associate to do a price check he sent me to go check the price. Okay? So, I went back and when I came back he couldnt find the pants. Hed sent them off with another customer while I was gone! So someone out there just got a free pair of pants from Target! And I went to Kohls for better service and associates who pay attention to their jobs.

Managers are unable to call more cashiers up when it gets busy. Every time I come here and theres a risk they act like its the first time theyve seen it get busy. They are unable to prioritize people who have small kids, disabilities, large carts or who have been waiting longer.

Good selection but as someone else mentioned, the staff seems to often be clueless. I would attribute this to their high turn over rate. Ive also had to read their own policies to them before. Nothing wrong with the store itself though.

We typically go here for kids stuff as they have much better quality than others, but slightly pricey. The store is nice and clean and looks like a typical target store.

My favorite local Target to shop at. It always seems in better shape than the Factoria Target, and its quieter and less crazy. You can wander around here for a while and its relaxing. Parking is never a problem either.

Always go in saying Ill just look around, and come out an hour later with 100 things I didnt need. As far as this specific target goes, they have a great selection of a variety of products. They always seem to be stocked with whatever you need.

Top quality merchandise, displayed beautifully, and calls you to check out items you didnt know you needed. Their goal is to offer top sellers. Dont expect to find Amazons offering, just the top sellers.

Huge Target! Lots of parking. This Target has a Starbucks that does not take online orders. It also has groceries and very wide isles. We got great customer service from every employee we interacted with.

I was having a hard time to look for LOW RISE JEANS and TARGET just made me so happy. I found all the jeans I needed and fits perfectly on me.

Worst store that I have been in. Carts full of stuff sitting in aisle so you cant see merchandise. Nothing is straighten. Everything is just piled up on the shelves. And a lot of empty shelves. Bathroom stinks. Whoever is running this store needs to go. But I wont be back!!

I needed shoes for my kids, but the shelves were all messed up, but thanks to the staff member named Christopher, that took his time and helped me find what I need, and then helped me get the price for it because there was no price tags on most of the shoes. Thanks to people that do their job well!

While we enjoy shopping at Target, this store has been a complete disaster every time we have shopped at it in the past six months. There is no merchandising standards, product is constantly missing, product is scattered. Shopping carts are unavailable due to the staff using them to restock the store and them leave them filled and blocking aisles during the weekends. Areas of the store are literally unshoppable during peak hours. The staff is not helpful at all.

Target Redmond is easy to get to, and I shop online mostly and ship to this.store. its right.out of the 520 freeway and makes it.easier for me. good staff, huge place.
